    Regular Fries

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to order takeout and we were far from disappointed. We were pleasantly surprised to find out they are a family-owed restaurant! We always try to eat at a mom-and-pop while traveling. Andrew went in to order and it took about 15 minutes to finish. He said the employee working the register was very helpful and friendly. She gave us recommendations on what to try, which seems rare these days. While waiting for our food, Andrew said another customer was raving about how good their food is. I ordered the small cheesesteak with a side of macaroni salad and Andrew ordered the regular outlander with medium fries. We were recommended to try pepper Jack cheese on our sandwiches and that I try the macaroni salad. I've never had macaroni salad like the one they make and it's sad to think I might never get the chance to again. The sandwiches were SO good and basically melted in our mouths. The portions were much larger than expected, allowing us to save half of our sandwiches for leftovers. I thought about those leftovers for DAYS before we got to them. We all know by now that Andrew and I don't eat leftovers. The only downfall we had was it took us about 10-20 minutes to find the restaurant. On maps, it says it's located at Texas Roadhouse, but it's further back by Kids First Swim School. This isn't a huge deal, I get it. However, it caused us to be late for our event and miss the VIP.

We tried this place for the first time today! It was spectacular! The sandwiches are STUFFED with meat! Fresh, quick and delicious. The pierogies are also amazing. Not sure if they are homemade but they seem like it and stuffed with filling. Absolutely will be back

Gloria is the owner and very nice. The steaks are awesome, packed with daily shaved rib eye steak. Great selection of sandwich options. I highly recommend trying this place if you love cheesesteak sandwiches.

The steaks are amazing! This is one of very few places that not only carry gluten free rolls and buns but quality gluten free rolls and buns. Previous reviewers stated this is a good place if you like steak-umms. Jay's Steaks uses quality products by Dietz and Watson. If you want a good cheesesteak come here, you will not be disappointed!

Packed so tight you could eat this while driving and you won't lose any meat. None better in the area.

The steak was just ok. Does measure up to competition. Seeded roll only available for large, cheese was barely melted.

They've done a marvelous job of keeping the place clean to the touch while being in business which seems like forever. Most bars get grimy after that many years. (Nippers and Sly Fox before they closed come to mind). Son wanted to check out Tom's after baseball practice so we drive up. Forgot they were cash only and didn't have a debit card to hit the ATM inside. Worked out with $1 wings and two sodas. I'm not a breaded person at all while my son doesn't mind them. The wings were the best breaded wings we've ever had hands down. The sauce was the mild so can't speak to the other sauce types. The wing itself tasted and mirrored Speck's Chicken. You could probably eat the wings unsauced and not regret it. Have cash or a debit card and try their wings while listening to the jukebox which never has a bad song.

It's cause I remember when the original owners would make and fry meatballs on Sunday. So big Floss cut them in half and they soaked in sauce until they got to the roll. I get that things change. I've had plenty of mediocre food service meat balls, but I've never tasted anything this bad. The fries were passable. The cheesesteak pretty good. But those meatballs... made me cry

I have been a regular customer of Primos for years. I previously used a different location, but…read morelater switched to this Royersford location. Since the switch I became a loyal regular customer of this location. They normally do a fine job and the food is great. But during the last week of this past January, approximately the 26th, I placed an order and it was not satisfactory. I called the store to voice my complaint to the manager. That manager told me he would issue a full refund to my card. Ok fine, good business decision. I didn't receive the refund by February 10 so I called the store about it. Now I am dealing with a different manager, not the one who offered me the refund. I tell this second manager that I have yet to receive my refund. He sends me a screenshot of my order, which he is saying is suppose to mean I was refunded. But a screenshot doesn't mean a damn thing if the money NEVER reaches my bank account. I continued to voice my concern to this second manager that I am dealing with and do you know what he told me? He said that no matter how many times I called the store, they were NOT going to do ANYTHING further to help me with this. He refused to even look into the matter for me, a loyal regular customer. This order was placed approximately January 26, and I called that same day with my complaint. So I said ok, maybe I am jumping the gun. I will quietly give it more time. Today is ST PATTY'S day 3/17 and I STILL never received the promised refund into my bank account. My order was OVER $50. Apparently they do not appreciate loyal customers. So I take back what I said earlier about "good business decision". PrimoHoagies (Owner) 2 weeks ago Hello James Harrison Gore, thank you for your detailed feedback and for being a loyal customer. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. Please reach out to us directly through this link so we can address your concerns: https://www.primohoagies.com/contact#feedback. Today is 4/1/26 After sending a copy of my review to the link given to me ny the "(Owner)" 2 wks ago, I have heard NOTHING back. We are talking about a *PROMISED REFUND* by Royersford PA store manager Aiden. You have my version of what I had to deal with in my Google Review above. I will not stop or be satisfied until I receive the refund $50.85 that again, I was promised.

Primos as a chain has always made good food, however, this location is to be avoided at all costs…read more Made a simple order yesterday -- a cheesesteak and 2 orders of rice pudding. The stead didn't have all the toppings and was incredibly tiny. In the past at other locations had made the same order and the sandwich was a serious gutbuster. But here, just pathetic. The rice pudding had a ridiculous amount of cinnamon on top of it - which apparently was to hide the fact that it was rancid. When I reached out to the store, they offered me 15% off my next order. Clueless. That makes it right? Like there is going to be a next order now. Like I said, Primos is a fine chain, but the Royersford location is a disgrace to the label. Go to Giovanni's or anyone else, this location is a write off.
