Unfortunately, I really wanted to like love this place. Let's start with pizza which was a positive as it was edible and basic. Basically, the fact there isn't a complaint is a positive. We also got a chicken "gyro" which impressively accomplished having no flavor. Part may be the missing feta but with "seasoned" chicken, red onions and tzatziki sauce you would assume it would taste of something. Nope. If I was blindfolded, I couldn't tell you what was in it. This is the gyro that only hospitals and nursing homes would serve. Now, the last item is the onion rings. As we got take out, the choices were some sauces like ketchup, cheese, etc....given it was fried food and takeout, I incorrectly believed a basic level of food preparation knowledge existed and a sauce should be on the side in a separate container. So you get a good, healthy size wing for sure. For the most part the flavor is consistent whenever we order. The main issue I have is I wish they made them crunchier. They have this garlic parmigiana (I think that's what it is) wet sauce that leaks through every time when we get delivery so try to avoid that for delivery. They do taste great though. The Cheesesteaks were good but need more cheese. Bread and seasoning were spot on. French fries were excellent, I would get them again. We also order boneless buffalo wings...they were a let down. I was craving a cheesesteak so I looked on Yelp for a place in the area and found this place. I first noticed that they had lunch specials until 3 which I appreciated (I got there around 1:30.) I was the only one there but noticed that all the tables had crumbs on them and hadn't been cleaned. That was my least favorite part. However, the food made up for it. The fries had a nice seasoning and the cheesesteak was great. The bread was perfect and the meat to cheese ratio was spot on. Great job.. it would be even better with clean tables! read more

Ate here with my wife and father. I got 20 wings. Took along time for them to come out. My wife and father got there food and ate it all by time wings came out. Finally after they came out the wings per pink. I complained the wings were pink and the lady rolled her eyes as if it was my fault. I'm not going to eat raw chicken and get sick. The second batch came out and they were cooked correctly. They were mediocre, nothing special. The cheesesteaks my wife and father got were mediocre. The bread was good, but was all that I could say positively. Actually the staff were polite and kind. The "large" was one of the smallest cheese steak sandwiches that I've ever had. Mixed review, first time at this place - I had a cheese steak and FF, called in as take out order. Everything fine, order taker was polite and easy to talk to. No screw ups. My biggest problem was the cheesesteak was priced at top dollar, but was pretty weak in how much meat - seemed noticeably underfilled in my estimation compared to some of my other spots. FF were good, nothing to rave about but decent. I'm not sure if I'll be back or not. Some reviews love their wings, and I might try them sometime. But looking at the menu, most of the stuff is over my price point. I know - inflation - but with the way things are these days, I'm very cost sensitive (I'll admit). Good sandwich and good bread, BUT regular and 8" cheesesteaks are the same size and they charged more for a regular. Also 8" for lunch comes with a side but they didn't ask. Called in a delivery order for a medium steak stromboli (with cheese) around 5 pm on a Friday. Price tag: $23.31 and 45 minutes for delivery. After hanging up phone, thought price tag was excessive so called back Was told "I didn't hear you say medium". My response should have been: I didn't hear you ask me what size I was ordering. Good news, within 20 minutes -- yes, 20 MINUTES, a medium and large steak stromboli were delivered for the price of a medium. The downside -- the food was mediocre at best. Very little meat. We usually get great cheesesteaks and salads, but this last time tried a club sandwich. The toast was BURNT and barely any chicken or bacon on the club. We ate at Philly Cheesesteaks & Wings in Limerick for the first time last night. Our experience was very positive, although we had wings, not cheesesteaks. The restaurant advertises that their wings are fresh, never frozen. They were very large with plenty of meat, and very crispy. We had the mild wings, and I really liked that they had enough heat for me, but not a lot of sauce. Others in our group wished there was more sauce, but I saw the lack of sauce as a positive. We also had the Caesar salad, which was better than I thought it was going to be in a restaurant specializing in cheesesteaks and wings! The lettuce was fresh and there was real cheese on the salad. One of the tables next to us had cheesesteaks, and there did appear to be plenty of meat on the sandwiches. The restaurant was clean, too, which is important to me. Staff was friendly. I'm sorta in the middle of the road with this place. Ate their 4 times, the food is ok but not great. Cheesesteaks are decent, but fries seem soggy everytime I get them. Had cold hogies once, just ok. Better than wawa I guess, but nothing special. I went in today for a cheesesteak take out order and saw a sign- voted best wings in area.. so I figured I'd try them out. Not good at all! I don't know who voted, maybe it was the people that live too close to the nuke plant and have lost their taste buds. You could get better wings from pretty much any pizzeria in the area. I've been ordering wings from here for football season for a number of years. I really like how they deliver as far away as Collegeville. The "suicide" wings are actually edible. Many times the extra hot wings obnoxiously hot. This place does it right if you want more than just Frank's Red Hot. The larger orders come in a pizza box which is perfect for a big crowd. read more
