I ordered online for delivery. We waited and waited for the order to be delivered, listening for the doorbell to let us know that our order was outside. I tried calling their shop and nobody picked up. I finally had to install an app in order to get somebody who informed me that my order had already been delivered. Well it was, but they never rang my door bell and the pizza was ice cold. read more

Ordered takeout because we received a coupon in the mail. It was our first time here. The place was clean and the staff were nice. We ordered a plain pizza, cheesesteak pizza, and the eggplant panini. The pizzas were not terrible, but for how much it cost, we would rather order from TD Alfredo's. Their pizzas are much better and super cheap. The panini was very soggy. I could not pickup the sandwich without it falling apart. My husband tried it and was not happy with the taste. The fries it came with were also very soggy. The side salad was very good. It was fresh and clean. Because of the expense for your average food, we will not be returning. read more

Stopped here on a whim. The service was friendly and prompt. The menu has the usual selections for a pizza place, plus some Mediterranean dishes as well. Can't wait to try the falafel. Our food was fresh and tasty. The mozzarella panini was good and came with fries and a side salad. The fries were excellent. The Sicilian pizza was delicious. Will be stopping here again. read more

I can only speak to the takeout pizza, which was downright awful. Spongy, doughy, and undercooked crust. I looked under the pizza and the crust was still white, soft and gross. This place is just ok. So many people say their pizza is the best but I don't agree. Unless you order it extra crispy, it's an extremely floppy pizza, not really my gig. That being said, the pizza sauce is very good. And if you do order the pizza extra crispy, it's decent. Their fries are also on the soft side, nothing to write home about. My search for great 'za in Phoenixville continues. My go-to pie is their special. I give them major points for using fresh mushrooms since 99% of other stores use canned. In general, their toppings are fresh and high-quality. Unfortunately, the cheese and sauce are pretty bland, and last week they burned my crust. I'll probably return but not for a while. Food is usually good. Pizza is hit or miss. Tonight as well as my last visit multiple staff members were wearing their mask below their nose, some not at all. I heard when they shut down earlier this month it was due to a Covid 19 outbreak among the employees. read more

Palermo's serves up delicious thin crust pizza at a fair price. Glad we ordered the extra meat on our pizza, because even then it was sparing! It did have a sweet authentic sauce and lots of cheese - the perfect combination! We started our dinner with an order of jalapeño poppers which were very lightly breaded and stuffed with cream cheese. Delicious! Most places around here use a cheddar whiz, so it was nice to find a place that makes them properly! We also got an order of Ranch Fries - which were good in theory (Ranch, bacon, and melted cheese), but the fries were barely fried and soggy which ruined it for me! Overall we had a decent take out dinner and fed three people for $25. Not a bad deal! There are lots of pizza places in Phoenixville, but this is one of my top favorites! read more

We stopped in for a late lunch, and had quite satisfactory sandwiches. (We were headed for Thai Place, but it was closed after its lunch hour.) I had the chicken melt, which was pretty good; tasty, and good pannini, but perhaps a little dry; it came with a ho-hum salad and toasty but mostly forgettable fries. My mom got the garden sandwich; good. At an almost-empty time (2pm on a weekday) service was prompt and friendly, and the TV and music weren't distractingly loud. read more

if i could give this train wreck of a "restaurant" a zero star review i would. i used to love going here for lunch or dinner when it was under the old ownership but ever since a new owner took over it has been a mess! half the time the cooks don't even know how to make the items on the menu and it comes out wrong, especially some of the pastas. the wait times have gotten way too extreme and the expensive prices no longer match the quality of the food. i don't know what happened to this place but i will no longer be a loyal customer! read more

I am hard pressed to name a better pizza place in Phoenixville. Crust is on the thin side, fresh and chewy. Their specialty pizzas are fantastic and ingredients are always fresh. My favorite is the Eggplant Parm pizza. Paninis are always very good and my sons love the Fried Chicken sub. Great...now I'm hungry. read more

Ordered lunch from here a few weeks ago for a group at work. Service was good and prices were reasonable but otherwise, no one was really WOW'd by the experience. Several different sandwiches were tried and they were all just a bit bland. I can not comment on the pizza but maybe since that is in their name, it would be the way to go. read more

Had the BEST chicken cheese steak stromboli (sauce on side) from there on Friday night. Was packed with meat, cheese, and mushrooms/peppers and not greasy at all. I also am a fan of their fries. Have also had excellent cheesesteaks from Palermo's. read more

Palermo's is in a convenient location for me, so I go there often. I'm a huge mushroom fan, but Palermo's uses fresh instead of canned, and they may be shitake. Unusual choice for a chain. The Margarita pizza is verry good. Basil, mozzarella, and thick slices of tomato on white/garlic dough. They also have very good sandwiches. A little pricey, but hits the spot. read more

They are part of school programs to generate business - great. Thank you. Then patrons come in with coupons for school programs and they won't give you their magnets for your purchase for future use in pizzas. One or the other. Really? You have the most expensive pizza in the area and a little discount and support goes a long way. Embarrassing that it's one or the other. Help local school and families. Will go somewhere else. Food isn't horrible but there are plenty of other places locally that taste as good if not better. My major complaint is once again, he's jacked the prices. Over $15 for Chicken Parm?! That's ridiculous. I wasn't exactly thrilled with the pizza to begin with as the sauce tastes basic out of a can and the dough has a very unique taste to it but to increase prices as if you're a 5 star restaurant, no thank you. Palermo's pizza is my favorite pizza place to go to. They have great service and their pizza I could go on about for hours. The thin crust on the pizza is amazing and the best part is the sauce there is no chunks of tomato in it. Overall this is a great place to eat. read more

I had the most amazing tuna panini sandwich I've ever had in my life there last night. I normally don't write reviews for restaurants (or anything for that matter) but the fact that I can't stop thinking about this sandwich warrants a review I think. For that matter, the portobello mushroom pizza is also incredible. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal there. It's just an excellent little hidden away place in a shopping center off the beaten path. If it weren't a minute away from my house I might have never even gone there. But I'm very happy it's around the corner. Aside from Valley Forge Pizza, it's the best food I've had in Phoenixville. And I'm only 2 pizza magnets away from getting a free pie! (They give you a little pizza slice magnet every time you spend 10 bucks as incentive to go back.. but you don't really need it, the food is good enough). Definitely recommended. read more
