I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). I stopped by just a dent about a week ago and spoke to Hector about a damage to my rear bumper…read more there was a dent in lower right side and the side portion that goes into the fender had popped out. Hector gave me an estimate between 150 and $350 and said that there would probably still be some damage there and I needed to pick up a couple of brackets at the Lexus store. so I ordered the brackets and they were ready today so I stopped by the store. Hector had given me an estimate of somewhere between maybe an hour and three hours so I was just getting comfortable talking to my friend of mine, when Hector came out and said come and take a look. The dent was almost completely gone. The paint had some ripples in it, and there was some white showing because I'd smashed it pretty well. But the side panel was completely flush brand new. It was amazing how quickly he repaired it. When I asked him how much it was and he replied would be $150 I gave him about three hugs the third one was after he told me he didn't need to use the. brackets that I purchased so now I did Hector save me $200 on his own estimate but the Lexus store took the brackets back without any restocking fee so he saved me another $125!!! My old Lexus looks fantastic. It's got 150,000 and no longer looks like a beater from the back! Hector should be swamped. He's honest he does fantastic work and an incredible price with drive-through speed! If you have a dent you need to go to this place absolutely spectacular!! And tremendous value!!!!

First off, this place is so clean and neat, it's just spotless. The people working here are all very polite and nice (I spoke to Ricardo, Constanza and Luis) and they are all very pleasant and friendly. They kept their promise of repairing and not replacing the bumper although after opening the bumper they found out that replacing it would be a lot easier and more sensible than repair, but they kept their promise and repaired it. The end result just looked fabulous. It's certainly not a cheap place but their prices are a lot better than the dealership for the same or maybe even better quality of work. I have had one experience here and the experience was a five star one, and I will definitely go back if I am in the area and need a car service.

I needed swirl scratches removed and the interior cleaned because the previous owner apparently smoked in the vehicle. I met with Ricardo and he took a few pics. He said that Luis (owner) would get back to me the next day. The next day came and went -- nothing. I called and spoke with Ricardo who then promised me a quote. Still nothing. One week passes and I finally PM the owner. It turns out the owner was out of country on vacation. I wish Ricardo would have just said so. People don't know how to manage expectations. Luis was more cordial, told me that they don't really specialize in "old" cars and said they would charge like $1000+ to do it (which seemed ludicrous). Anyway, he referred me to Shine Mobile Auto that apparently details all of their vehicles. Unfortunately, I had mixed results with their detailer, which I'll cover in a separate post. At the end of the day, I wasn't terribly impressed with how they run their business and their referral didn't keep his promises, so I can't say that I had a positive experience.
