Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone yesterday and he was very helpful able to fit me into their schedule for this morning. I ended up coming late but that wasn't a problem for them. I arrived at 9:50 and was out by 10:25. Professionally done work. No hassle with using my lifetime warranty. Solid experience to say the least. After, the process was done I came out to inspect my vehicle and noticed several air bubbles around the edge of the tint, along with the a broken window trim frame. I made the staff aware of my concerns with the work done and the response I received was unprofessional and highly upsetting. Heather proceeded to have an attitude with me as I described my concerns with the work done. She stated that she would not be able to get anyone to fix the problem until the following week (Monday). I explained to her very nicely that I did not bring my car into their shop with these issues. She proceeded to walk away from me with an attitude while I was still talking. I asked to speak with manager and funny enough she stated she was the manager. Overall, I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30am and my vehicle was not ready until 4:30pm. I am now waiting here and it's 6:09pm passed business hours awaiting for my vehicle to be restored to its prime condition. Heather did not apologize at ALL for the inconvenience. Heather needs some additional training in giving an exceptional customer service experience. Hopefully, no one else will have to deal with the unfortunate circumstances that I have encountered. Side note: shoutout to Elizabeth and Jay for being kind in this frustrating situation.

Got Llumar CTX 15 put on and he was done within 2 hrs. Grabbed a beer at Ale & Ivy and knew I was in great hands. I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done).
