So far my vehicle has been their since 01/19 and as of this review (01/21) we are still waiting on parts... oh yeah, don't think they will have a loaner car for you... Guy told me loaner cars was a privilege and not an obligation on the dealership... Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.. I wish I would had read this before I bought my truck there.
