    Taken 6/28/2024: white vermouth
    Jeff R.

Visited 6/28/2024 This was one of those indulge moments and it was worth it. I probably wouldn't have done it on my own but this was the only request from my aunt for our joint family 2024 European vacation so ta-dah I get to Yelp it. The restaurant is part of the north tower (hence my NORD picture included). Reservation was made a couple of months in advance. We opted for the lunch fixed menu. They offer a fixed menu which includes drinks as well but not all of my party are drinkers so that didn't seem worth it. Food: Starters chosen were the white asparagus. Served cold, the crisp asparagus with the raspberry vinaigrette was a refreshing way to start. As expected, fresh bread came out in a cute little leather case and the creamy French butter was so good we asked for more of both. I ordered a white vermouth as an aperitif. The three mains offered were a chicken fricassée with roasted carrots, a pike quenelle with Nantua sauce over potatoes, A creamy Camaruge rice with comté cheese, and a (my choice) a seared octopus over einkorn. I really liked my octopus which had a light crisp to it but the meat was still tender. I had never had einkorn before and I found it enjoyable very much like my normal diet of white rice, a grain used to soak up sauces and juices to make for a tasty spoonful. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Dessert was a light chocolate crème which was good though not the exclamation point I had hoped for to end the meal. Service as you would hope was outstanding. I love when a server takes the time to talk with the party and considering this was my Aunts request, I was especially happy and amused that he kept addressing her as Aunty himself and paid lots of attention to her needs. The restaurant view was good but to be clear you're in the middle of the tower essentially at the lower base not eating at the top. So part of your view is the tower itself (girders) and the city. The restaurant itself was very clean with crisp white linen and with all the windows was a bright open feel. A photographer was available to take shots of the party which was a nice touch.

This is a once in lifetime experience that I wanted to try when I took my mom to Paris for the first time. I opted for the highest tier, dinner at a window table overlooking the Trocadero. Reservations were easy to make, but do fill up quickly so I recommend doing it weeks in advance. Dinner resos buys you a lift ticket to the first floor bypassing the crowd and long line. For the food, it was delicious. I'd say not the best meal I've ever had for the price but its the experience and view you're paying for. With that said, this is a Michelin star restaurant. We were welcomed with champagne. We got the Grande Dame menu, a 4 course meal that was definitely very filling. For starters my mom got the blue lobster (10/10 would recommend) and I got the pea tartlet which was not bad, it's the Chefs favorite so I got it but it was ok. The first course was like a pastry of meat like a pate chaud of sorts, tasty. For the second dish, I got the monkfish and mom got the lamb. By this time we were so full or else I'd licked the fish clean. Desserts was the icing on the cake. Drinks are unlimited and I like our red wine. Our server Adam was attentive and accommodating and made our evening one for the books. I'd come back again but for lunch since it's cheaper. For dinner, I'd recommend getting the 9pm reservations during the spring since you get the view of Paris in the day time and sunset at the golden hour. The view is just heavenly.

It's hard to say enough about this experience. When you come to Paris and you're eating in the Eiffel Tower expectations are high. I was afraid this would be a bit of a tourist trap with a good view and an expensive price tag. It was not, it's an impeccable restaurant. The food was amazing, one of the best meals I had while I was in France. The view is undeniably amazing, as is the venue. When you book your reservation, you get to book your table, and I decided the extra cost to be seated next to the window was worth it. The service was also excellent. Our server spoke four or five different language languages, three of them he used during our meal because the tables he was serving nearby all spoke different languages. It was impressive. When you come, make sure to leave time for entry into the tower. It can be complicated and if you don't go in through the correct entrances, you can be delayed. Better to have extra time here than to miss your reservation.

Recommend placing reservations! Food was great! The wine was good. Food came out in a timely manner. Service was ok. Being surrounded by couples and families drew away service from my table since I was solo. Plus seating was terrible for me. Thank you!

Madame Brasserie is located on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, and their dinner service made for a touristy but memorable dining experience in Paris! The dinner menu came with a choice each of three appetizers, three entrees, and three desserts, along with mini baguettes delivered in a cute pouch. The appetizers included Veal Medallions, served chilled with an anchovy sauce and slices of crisp toast; Nicoise-style tuna seared on one side and plated with vegetables, anchovies, and a light tomato sauce; and White asparagus topped with hazelnuts and French caviar. Of all the appetizers, my favorite was the veal, which was super tender and juicy and went nicely with the creamy, umami sardine sauce. Next came the mains. The Vol-au-vent was a circular baked puff pastry pie stuffed with chicken and topped with a creamy, umami sauce made of morel mushrooms, asparagus, and truffle; and the Chicken fricassee came with a piece each of white meat and dark meat chicken, topped with the same creamy mushroom sauce and served with a block of rice with a crispy exterior made of melted Comte cheese. Finally, the Meunière-style sole fillet was a pan-fried half fillet of bone-in sole served with green asparagus and crispy toasted buckwheat. Of all the main dishes, my favorite was the crispy, buttery vol-au-vent, but especially the creamy morel and truffle sauce that came on top! For dessert, the Chocolate Liégeois was a chocolate pudding-like dish topped with jelly, Chantilly cream, and brownie squares, all served in a glass; and the Lemon Merinque Tartlet was a sour and bitter lemon custard topped with a light meringue and served over a crumbly tart-like crust. But my favorite dessert was definitely the Coffee Profiterole, a light pastry with a medallion of coffee ice cream in the middle, surrounded by a ring of cream and topped with gianduja (dark chocolate and hazelnut) sauce. The profiterole even had a nice crunch, featuring whole coffee beans and candied hazelnuts in the middle! Overall, this was a memorable dinner with surprisingly good service for such a touristy restaurant. Though the food came in relatively small portions and was expensive for what it was, the execution and flavors were on point for a fine dining experience!

I booked my Eiffel Tower dinner and tour through Viator. The restaurant is on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. The tickets allow you to skip the line to the lift. At the restaurant you're given a three course meal. You have three choices for each course. The meal come with your choice of red or white wine. They start you off with a complimentary glass of champagne and some bread. Don't eat the bread as it's too hard and will crack your teeth. The tomato gazpacho and peach Melba were fantastic. The chicken was tender. Now I ordered the chicken with crispy rice because Bobby Flay makes it all the time. However, it's a no for me. I think I still have that darn rice in my teeth a week later. Nonetheless, the views are breathtaking and you'll never forget this experience because your photos will be phenomenal.

We were visiting the tower so we got this food since we were hungry. As a person, I don't normally have sets so it was interesting to me. I got a 3 course meal: the veal (starter), surf and turf (main), also had a desert. I also had someone get something on the kids meal. Didn't take many photos but added the few that I did. The fish was good (from Kids Meal); however, other things were a bit lackluster. For instance, the bread (baguette) was incredibly hard and NOT easy to bite into. The desert that I had (includes ice cream, chocolate) was too sweet. As for the service, our waiter was okay. It was a little bit weird as we were sharing the food and told our waiter that but they did not give any extra utensils nor ask if we wanted more. With that, we also asked for water and barely got any and had to ask multiple times. Ambiance is good, because i guess yes you literally are at the Eiffel Tower! But would recommend reserving a spot if you want to eat here. If you don't, you have to eat with a little bit of a blocking view (of the fence).

A restaurant within a World Landmark. Madame Brasserie comes through unexpectedly. They understand the assignment. Sami ( our server ) spoke our language and knew the 3 course meal was the way to go. Kudos to you. A must have in a place where many pretend to make it happen. Open your eyes and your appetite will follow. Welcome yourself Paris and begin here for an experience. Get your Moet full upstairs and come here for the rest.

What an experience! This was on my top of to do list when I knew I was going to Paris. It was a beautiful view from the elevator on the way to restaurant and once seated, the view was even more spectacular. We had a late dinner time so we were able to see the sunset. (It was magical & breathtaking I didn't even think of taking a photo of that) Service was very good and the food was good. We were first welcomed with champagne followed by different options of wine, they were all excellent options. I would recommend this restaurant just for the experience and views. I plan on visiting again for their brunch menu.

We had lunch yesterday at the Eiffel Tower! What an experience. From the fround floor looking up, you don't realize how high up you will be, but once at the restaurant, you have a great view of Paris! We opted for the the premier window seating (how oftenndo you get to do this?!). Although the overall experience was amazing, I could not give this review 5 stars as the food was so lackluster. Lunch is a set 3-course meal with three options in each category: appetizer, entree and dessert. There were 3 of us. For appetizer, two of us got the veal medallions and one got the white asparagus. Both were delicious so we thought we were in for a great meal. Best asparagus dish I've ever had. The veal medallions were the most tender cut of beef you can imagine. For entrees, two of us got the Hake Filet amd one the Pappardelle Pasta. The Hake was ok, cooked well for not much flavor. Accompaniments were pretty minimal. The pasta was not good at all. Something I would not even consider serving at home. Absolutely no flavor to the sauce, the peas were undercooked, and the pasta itself was very inconsistent (doughy in parts). The desserts were a chocolate based pudding type dish and a lemon meringue. Both were not good and we did not eat much of either. Glad we got to experience this once but wish the food had lived up to the setting and place!

The best views and amazing service. The food was phenomenal and I can't wait to go back.

CAFE FOOD WITH 5 STAR PRICE Took my 2 nieces for a nice Paris/Eiffel Tower experience on their first time/first day in Paris and this was a disappointment. The food was awful!, service was terrible, we were rushed through the whole meal. Our water was not refilled as it should be when dining at a nice restaurant. This was the worst restaurant and I've been to in Paris....honestly, worst from all my restaurants experienced.

This restaurant is located on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. We came him for a light snack before continuing with our day. It was just very special to have a "meal" up in the Eiffel Tower. The escargot was good but the cookie was a little on the harder side. We came here for the experience.

The richness of the flavor and the texture which is not reminiscent of the traditional roasted duck or foie gras, but rather a much more like a luxurious and indulgent version. We enjoyed our dinner on the outside of the restaurant after about a 20-30 minute wait. The bone marrow had the best flavor I've experienced for the dish. However, it is definitely overshadowed by the rich flavor of the foie gras. This experience was unforgettable, with our view of Parisian streets on a brisk, April night. We even came back on our last night, but didn't realize the hours on Google maps was for the deli. The restaurant closes earlier, before 9:00 PM. This meal got us thinking about Paris in a positive light, and we hope to be able to come back to eat the amazing dishes again!

They had a number of goods to choose from and I ended up buying a few things for souvenirs. As for the actual restaurant, they had a number of delicious sounding items on their menu. Our server was very attentive to us and helped us decide on our dinner orders. Similar to the other restaurants though. After our food was delivered, it was far in between when we were checked on again. And after dessert it took even longer for our server to bring the bill. Overall, the food was a letdown. I do not exaggerate when I say that the frog legs just tasted like slightly flavored water. My friend's ravioli had a fairly decent flavored sauce but the pasta was a bit chewy. My friend's duck breast was pretty tough; I had noticed the table next to us also ordered it and they seemed to have trouble finishing/cutting theirs as well. As for my steak with foie gras, well the steak was once again tough and the foie gras was weirdly stringy. It was soft for the most part but there were parts that were tough and stringy. Maybe that's a section that's generally separated in the preparation process and it was missed? In any case it was disappointing. What wasn't disappointing was dessert though; perfectly sweet and balanced.
