Overrated by a mile. Presentation was amazing, the staff that took me to the elevator was nice, the lady checking us in was on the phone for 5 minutes without acknowledging us, so started off with a bad impression to begin. First plate, hair/cloth fibers in my food, but then tried to make it right and apologized by giving me another meal in the tasting meal, and then same thing happened again, and they made it right by taking it off my tab, but it just leave a sour taste in your mouth. Crossed it off the bucket list but it fell short of my expectations.

Perhaps the greatest meal I've had. Truly such a special experience, with stunning views of the city. Service was stellar from the second valet greeted me, and stayed that way throughout my 2 ish hours dining. As a solo diner, really appreciated being seated in a corner (window!!!) seat. Began with a glass of champagne, then was served the first amuse bouche, a mini tarte, which was followed by bread and butter. Bread was unbelievably light and airy, yet the crust stayed perfectly crisp. Next up was wine service, followed by the second amuse bouche, a celery soup. The first real course was lobster, which was in the bottom of a deep bowl filled with a frothy cream. Lobster was as tender as you could hope - I think this may have been my personal fav. Scallops were a close second, topped with shaved dried caviar tableside, bathed in a Parmesan sauce. The lamb was next - a chop and super tender shoulder (?) that reminded me of pulled pork (I'm American, can you tell). Both were delicious, but the chop was fattier than I like - personal preference. Dessert was a chocolate soufflé. Again, much lighter than I was expecting. The dark chocolate crunch on top was the best part of it. Before leaving, was given two final bites - a kumquat tarte and one other that may have been my fav bite of the meal, so disappointed I don't remember what it was lol. Parting gift was a bar of chocolate. Wish I had time to check out the observation deck, but even without that, it's gonna be hard to top this experience.

Amazing experience! I definitely recommend! Our experience dining here was truly an amazing experience. The service was superb from being seated to being escorted to the taxi pick up location. You cannot beat the views. We were fortunate to have a very nice center window table. The food was out of this world. It's pricey but worth it for this unique experience. Just do it! You won't regret it!

Overall very delicious. For the most part, the menu is very seafood forward, highlighting langoustine and lobster with variations of citrus. Service was impeccable and the staff was easily and readily available for questions and help with taking photos. One fun little perk of dining here is that there is a private entrance to the restaurant as well as access to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel(no need to purchase a separate ticket). I think the only dish that could use some minor improvement is the lobster, because the first bite has too much olive oil when trying to break through the zephyr. Also other note, it was odd that the garçon asked if we wanted wine/champagne/rosé like it was a complimentary first glass, but surprise hidden charge of 40€ per glass, which is fine it would've been nice to know that beforehand. 7 courses total over 2.5 hours, seafood forward, a moist chicken, and delicious desserts overall. 4.5/5

The view was amazing, however it took us about 30 minutes to enter the restaurant, the staff was nice and understand about the delay. The food here is not for everybody! We definitely left hungry, the portions were very light, and the food is fusion of multiple flavors that are not so commonly mixed! If you'd like to try something new this definitely is the place for that.

Absolutely incredible. The view is breathtaking, the food is fantastic and the service is incredible. This is a very unique experience. At night you can see all of Paris from such a wonderful view, it's very romantic. Definitely pricey, but worth it!

Wow . We had lunch here and let me tell you this was worth tracking from US to eat here. A definite must if you are in Paris. The staff was truly out of this world. Very helpful with selections and every time they brought out the food it was like an orchestrated presentation. Now the food I wish I could give 1000 stars Yum yum yum Staff should get 100000000stars

The most incredible, delicious, and luxurious dining experience I've had in my entire life. After a gorgeous elevator ride up the Eiffel Tower, your table overlooks the beautiful city of Paris. The food was impeccable and our service was outstanding. I cannot recommend this experience enough, an absolute must and worth the price tag!

It's not difficult to understand why Le Jules Verne is considered one of the most exceptional and iconic dining experiences in the world. This isn't just a restaurant -- it's a once-in-a-lifetime culinary journey set against one of the most breathtaking backdrops imaginable. Dining here is more than a meal; it's a bucket-list moment that delivers romance, artistry, and flavor in equal measure -- all from within the Eiffel Tower. A two-Michelin-starred establishment, Le Jules Verne effortlessly lives up to its acclaim. From the very beginning, the experience feels extraordinary. Guests are granted private access through a dedicated entrance, setting the tone for what's to come. You're then escorted via a private elevator to an exclusive floor high above Paris -- blissfully removed from the crowds and noise below. The panoramic views alone are worth the effort to secure a reservation, but they're only the beginning. The staff delivers hospitality at the highest level: warm, polished, and exceptionally attentive without ever feeling overbearing. Every detail is considered. Every course is an expression of precision, creativity, and the deep-rooted elegance of French cuisine. This is a place that celebrates the culinary arts -- where each dish is a testament to flavor, technique, and visual beauty. I chose the seven-course tasting menu, paired with a beautiful bottle of wine, and was taken on a true gastronomic adventure -- each plate building on the last in complexity and finesse. From land to sea, the menu is diverse and dynamic, reflecting the depth of French culinary heritage with modern sophistication. That said, a gentle word of advice: if you're a picky eater or unwilling to trust the chef's vision, this may not be the right setting. Le Jules Verne is not about ordering your usual favorite -- it's about surrendering to an experience designed by masters of the craft. Reservations are essential and must be made well in advance, but I assure you -- it is worth every bit of planning and anticipation. Le Jules Verne is a love letter to fine dining, an unforgettable Parisian moment, and a pinnacle of culinary excellence. If you're planning a visit to Paris, make this a non-negotiable. It's not just a dinner -- it's a memory you'll carry forever.

Dining at Le Jules Verne is a full-sensory experience--imaginative cuisine, impeccable service, and breathtaking views of Paris from inside the Eiffel Tower. The space is modern, bright, and elegant, letting the view and the food take center stage. From the foie gras with sea foam amuse-bouche to a lobster dish in a delicate vanilla-apple panna cotta, each course was creative and balanced. The lamb was a highlight--perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and beautifully plated. Dessert brought it all home: a tangy-sweet rhubarb with yogurt ice cream that was light, refreshing, and utterly delicious. This felt like a restaurant aspiring to even greater heights--perhaps a two-star reaching thoughtfully toward its third. Whether it's the setting or the touch of France's recently named best chef, the experience exceeded expectations. Un vrai plaisir.

This restaurant is nothing short of incredible. The service, presentation, quality of the food, and ambiance were all incredible! Not to mention the breathtaking views of the city while you dine. Truly an elevated dining experience. We went with the 5 course tasting menu plus the extra cheese course and each dish was as impressive as it was delicious. We especially loved the lobster, langoustine, and lamb dishes (and this is coming from a person who typically doesn't eat seafood or lamb!). By the time we got to the dessert we were stuffed. Next time I would forgo the truffle cheese add on as it was already so much food and was much too decadent, but the rest was great. Their suggested wine pairings were also excellent. I know it's a splurge but if you're visiting Paris definitely consider coming here. Make sure you make reservations well in advance and adhere to the dress code- they WILL turn away folks without the proper attire. Enjoy!!

My wife and I surprised our two kids with dinner at Le Jules Verne this evening as it was their dream to eat there. While it's certainly not a restaurant meant for families with young kids, we weren't the only party with children. This was the second time dining at LJV for my wife and I and it was equally as magical. The food was superb and service top notch. We opted for the 7 course tasting and the meal took about 4 hours. LJV continues to be one of my top 10 meals ever. If you are in Paris and can take the splurge - go!

We enjoyed our dinner on the outside of the restaurant after about a 20-30 minute wait. The bone marrow had the best flavor I've experienced for the dish. However, it is definitely overshadowed by the rich flavor of the foie gras. This experience was unforgettable, with our view of Parisian streets on a brisk, April night. We even came back on our last night, but didn't realize the hours on Google maps was for the deli. The restaurant closes earlier, before 9:00 PM. This meal got us thinking about Paris in a positive light, and we hope to be able to come back to eat the amazing dishes again!

First, the cheese failed to emit the baked, melted gruyere cheese, there is no aroma at all. I don't think they used gruyere cheese. May be mozzarella cheese. The worst part was the bread in the soup. It tasted stale which ruin the flavor of the soup. I had to finish without the bread. Escargot - Another disappointment. What made escargots special was the garlic butter and herb. Here, there were the herbs, no garlic, and French is famous with their butter but I taste oil but not buttery. Other places I actually get excited dipping the bread into the garlic butter but not here. Pan seared Foie gras - The quality of Foie Gras was definitely there. It's not as well seared as I hope but they managed to cook it through without overcooking it. The size of Foie Gras is kind of scary, it's like a small piece of rib eye steak. With just the onion soup and Foie Gras, I could barely swallow anything. Generous portion.
