I was driving on Cleveland Blvd and saw her sign and thought well why not!! I've tried every other place!!! Besides it looks like a really cute place! I wrote down her number and when I got home I texted her to see if she was taking new clients? And to my surprise she was!!! Crystel responded super quickly! Always accommodating if possible!! It has been a wonderful relationship and beautiful nails ever since. I highly recommend Crystal, I give her a five star rating and I would give her a higher rating if it was possible!! You won't be disappointed. She is amazing. Give a call

I honestly hate having to leave a review like this, but after the experience I had, I feel like I…read moreneed to be honest. At this point, I would honestly just like a refund for both sets of nails I paid for. My friend and I got our nails done on the same day. Within a week, we were already having issues with our nails, so my friend called the salon. She was told that because it had only been a week, they would fix our nails for free with the same designs. We were told it might be a couple of days before they could get us back in, so we scheduled the appointment and showed up. When we arrived, my friend's nails were fixed without an issue. When it was my turn, however, I was told that because it had been more than two weeks, he would only do a solid color for free and would not redo the same designs. At first, I was willing to accept that and move on. Unfortunately, the actual repair was extremely disappointing. Three of my nails were fixed very quickly, and the quality was noticeably different from the work done on my friend. One nail is now lifting because the original extension was not completely removed and another extension was glued on top of it. The color is also missing from that nail. One of my pointer nails was filed/applied noticeably crooked, to the point that it is very obvious. There are also areas of discoloration where the polish was applied properly in one area but looks incomplete or uneven in another. My thumb has a similar issue. What bothered me just as much as the quality of the repair was how I was treated during the appointment. I tried explaining that we had both gotten our nails done on the same day and that this was supposed to be a repair appointment based on what we had originally been told. I felt dismissed and belittled when I brought up my concerns. The experience became especially uncomfortable after my friend left the room. He barely spoke to me for the remainder of my appointment, and when my friend came back in, he immediately started talking to me again. My friend even asked afterward what had happened because she noticed the change in how I was being treated. I don't expect perfection, and I understand that nails can sometimes have issues. What I do expect is consistent customer service, respectful communication, and a repair that is done properly. Unfortunately, I did not feel like I received any of those things. I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and like my concerns were an inconvenience. At this point, considering the problems with both sets and the experience I had trying to get them corrected, I feel that a refund would be the appropriate resolution.

We were a little worried taking them somewhere we had never even seen, but decided to try it. Booking was quick, prices were reasonable, and finding this clean, cute salon was easy. Most importantly: we were beyond satisfied with the results. We had the luck to have Jaden Mortenson as our hairdresser. We asked for cuts (about 5 inches), long front layers, and washes/blowouts. He did an amazing job!! The girls' hair looked shiny and silky, healthy, and fabulous. The girls said Jaden even chit-chatted with them during their appointments. When we got to my sister-in-law's, she instantly asked me to share the salon info with her. Wishing we could move this place and Jaden back home!

I am definitely going to be a regular there for my facials.

A woman did my pedicure, and I specifically mentioned that I don't like polish getting on my skin. She tried to clean it up, but I still have gel polish on my skin 5 days later. I kept hoping it would come off on its own, but since it's gel, it's definitely hanging on. I hate being picky, but when you're paying $70+ plus tip for a pedicure, you want the polish to look clean and professional. The salon itself is clean, staff is kind, the decor is nice, and even the flowers outside give it such a pretty, welcoming vibe. I would return, but I'll definitely be requesting the older gentleman who did my first pedicure.
