Secondly, I had the rhubarb danish with exquisite lamination and layering of pastry. The rhubarb filling was perfectly balanced between tart and sweet, an absolute knockout. The Stumptown coffee was a dark relief as a foil for the rich pastries. This bakery is a GEM!

I even reached out to the owner via Instagram and she came at me with all the excuses saying things like "I am sorry you're not happy with your purchase" and "I really don't know what you would like to do here."
