Opened today. Lots of "sweet-toothed" folks showing up to check them out. Owned by a mom and daughter who bought into this franchise, which is the only one on the Peninsula. They have a nice display of the cakes. So the customers will definitely get the appeal as soon as they walk in. Various sizes of bunt cakes which will accommodate all occasions. They have a wide array of flavors too. I'm not huge on sweets but got four individual ones for family and friends. Pecan, lemon, chocolate, and red velvet. I stuck my fork in the red velvet and grabbed a taste. Pretty sweet. Very moist. A bit cold. Enough frosting and a bits of chocolate chips. True cake, not fake. Sweet lovers will enjoy these bunt cakes, no doubt. I appreciate entrepreneurs brave enough to open food/dessert businesses as we are working to come out of the pandemic. I ordered online ahead of time and picked up several bundtlets at Nothing Bundt Cakes today. They weren't all for me, I swear. The advantages of ordering them ahead of time are that you're guaranteed the flavors you want even if they run out that day, and you can get extra frosting for a dollar more (or no frosting for the same price if you're out of your mind). I tried the flavor of the month, which was key lime, and the snickerdoodle, which was a flavor of the month but has been upgraded to a regular flavor now. The extra frosting made the cakes so much more delicious to me. I also tried the carrot cake with extra frosting this time, and I'd be hard-pressed to tell you which was more spectacularly delicious, the snickerdoodle or the carrot. I guess I'll just have to get one of each every time I come to Silverdale from now on. read more

I've been a fan of nothing Bundt cake for years and I am a frequent customer to this new location being that I moved to Washington from Louisiana and haven't found a location. This morning I went to get my normal two cakes and was not greeted by Jada when I came in. Normally staff is very nice. Today when I walked in Jada frowned upon me. I asked for two cakes and she just threw them on the counter without putting it in a bag. I asked for a bag and she just threw the cakes in the bag and folded it in the most nasty way and didn't even place my sticker. My feelings were truly hurt and I wish more companies should screen employees character especially if they tend to not wish to serve people of color in the same manner that they would anyone else. We weren't quite sure what to think when this shop first opened. They have . . . only Bundt cakes? Just rows and rows of them? Well, yes. They sell mostly Bundt cakes. They also have an adorable selection of party-themed gifts and accessories. The cakes come in a variety of sizes (we tried the lemon "Bundtlet") and are amply frosted. The owner offers gluten-free cakes, and has a complete ingredient list for people with food allergies. The shop was clean and attractive. So a little back story my teenage daughter is on a diet (her choice/goals) so the "good" mom that I am pretending to be isn't bring a lot of breads, sugars, cakes, ice cream, candy, etc... in the house. I wouldn't like it if someone did it to me, and I'm not going to do it to her.... BUT DARN IT ALL TO HECK!!! This place makes me want to be the worse mom ever and throw out the entire rotter drawer... I mean veggie bin... and replace it with cake! I don't think Im going to give this cake justice in the words I am going to write, but I will try. Just keep in mind at whatever happens to come from my adjective ramblings times it by 10x or hell even 100x.... This place is immaculately clean. They have knickknacks tastefully displayed for sale around the shop. Not a speck of noticeable dust, dirt, or that one lone pine needle that always seems to just hang around. I do recommend taking the time to look at everything. There are some really cute pieces there. So my *inner chubby, chubby, fat kid stepped into this store and immediately got happy AF! The smells alone in this cake boutique are enough to probably get me my days worth of calories. Just warm scents of vanilla, nutmeg, chocolate, lemon, pecans, etc... lingering in the air inviting you in. Which my I.C.C.F.K. (SEE NOTE) said "don't mind if I do!" and promptly went to look in the smudge free, and crumb free display case. There were 9 different flavors neatly displayed on pristine cards in front of the personal sized "Bundtlets". I went with 3 on this first voyage to "thank goodness I have Adult money, and no one can tell me I can't have cake for breakfast, lunch, and dinner" town. I chose "Chocolate, Chocolate chip", "confetti", and "lemon". It was a very difficult decision, but I went with these because they are in my personal opinion classic cake flavors. I figured if they can nail classics, then I will try the more "complex" flavors next time. So I have only eaten the Lemon Bundtlet so far. I will tell you it is taking a great amount of will power not to go house the other 2 right now! This cake had the consistency of almost a sponge cake, but so much more (sorry controversial word here but..) moist. It was almost like they soaked it in a simple syrup, but I'm pretty sure they don't. I will be asking next time because if this is a secret I need to know it! The flavor of the Lemon cake was just divine. Nothing over powered the other and everything worked in perfect harmony. The frosting was the perfect consistency, not runny or so stiff it is almost brittle. The frosting paired with the cake make for almost a symphony in your mouth. I can't wait to eat the other 2. I have put one in the freezer and plain on seeing how they defrost, because it's a game changer if they defrost well. They have other products like the "Bundtinis" which are like a 2-3 bite cake. Almost a cupcake but way less frosting (which I like). Those come in a dozen only, but would be an excellent way to find out which one is your favorite. They do standard sized Bundts as well. The sizes include 8 inches, and 10 inches. They also make towers out of the standard size Bundts, and the Bundlets (The Bundtlets can be gift wrapped, which would make a very nice gift for a celebratory cake event.). I definitely recommend stopping by and seeing if anything catches your eye, because if it does it will catch your heart and stomach too. Definitely love at first bite! read more

Bought the White Chocolate Raspberry and the Chocolate Chocolate Chip cake. Both of them were tasty. The cake itself was moist, the only complaint I had was that there was too much frosting for my taste. The cake is so moist and sweet that it doesn't need so much frosting in general.
