$12 and got 30% off extra
    Jacqueline O.

I've had 4 experiences in the last month. I've only ever shopped here a total of 5 times. 15yrs ago for a mattress which I liked very much. It lasted 11yrs. About a week maybe we could have a go I came there for the first time in 15 years and I purchased a dress. It was a beautiful dress. I'm not a namebrand person doesn't really allow me. If I like the dress or item that's all it counts. It has made really well. That's all that counts well this was made very well and yes, it was a Calvin Klein. Price was wonderful. It was $39 down from $150. I was there today, looking for a small clutch purse to be an accessory for my dress. I guess I was in the mall at 9:40am and I saw the doors open. I wasn't really paying attention to the time and I walked right in to Macys, rather than snap at me and tell me that they're not open yet and to come back in 20 minutes, I was greeted by a very pleasant man named Junior. He allowed me to come in and browse the clutch purses with my service dog told me to not feel rushed and to take my time. Also told me to be careful because not all lights were on yet. And then at 10 o'clock, I will see cashier starting to come to their stations and if I was ready to purchase, feel free to walk up to any of the cashiers. It felt great. I walked to the elevators. He advised me to go down to go to the clutches there I found the table filled with tons of 30 to 60% off merchandise perfect for what I needed found a $50 clutch for $12 a $40 clutch For $18. I was able to bring it to.TyJae, a cashier in the purse department. He held onto the items as I enjoyed browsing other items until his register was ready and open at 10 AM. As soon as it was registered, he gave me a little wave and told me no rush. If I was ready that he was ready for me if not, feel free to take your time and brow some more. At the register, TyJae was great. He didn't pressure me for a credit card. He showed me how to add another 30% off. Saving me almost $6 more. Told me at any point I could come back and sign up your card and I would receive another discount on my purchase. Help me put my email in so that I would receive my receipts through email. It's been a while since I've enjoyed a shopping trip at a large chain store. I will definitely return. Yes some prices are a little high price but if you wait things out, you can get a really good deal. That's actually better quality and cheaper than target and even Amazon. I'm actually going to cancel my clutch that I purchased from Amazon and return it. I had a very hard time, not leaving with a bunch of different purses. The 20 minutes I saved by coming in early, helped me be able to get to two of my appointments that I had set up after the mall so I truly appreciate that little time that I was given. it allowed me to shop with my service animal so that I was left alone, which is a rarity people do not leave me alone when I have my service animal. They always want to come up and pet her all the time. have to leave stores because I can't be left alone enough to shop so this was a huge treat! Thank you Junior. I hope you have an amazing weekend ahead.

Met up with salesman Jesse to go over some great new options for both queen and king size beds. This guy was sharp, dressed to the tea, super professional, kind, and went out of his way to show various price points, extras, you name it. I informed Mr Jesse that come February 1st, I shall return! Ask for Jesse on the third floor here at Macy's (mens and furniture toward the southernmost end of the mall) if your in the market for new beds, sofas, recliners for love chairs.

This was such a weird experience! I just had to share it! We came in to exchange a ring that didn't fit my fiance and to exchange it for a different style. There were three ladies who saw us waiting but didn't try to approach. They just kept talking. Then my fiancée goes up to them and ask for help they all three start arguing with each other that they don't have keys and no one wants to be the one to help? Okay then the lady who had to stay is rushing us and being pretty snappy. It was all just a strange experience!

The Macys Men perfume counter offers the best selection of men perfumes. The sales associates are very friendly and knowledgeable of your needs and fragrances . Salvador was great he walked me from the women cologne counter all the way to the men's side. That's what I call great customer service. The Men's store is beautiful and great selection of not only perfumes but men clothing. Macys have the best sales and offers. They also provide you with samples to make you try other colognes. They also have gift offers that are a great value as well.

Black Friday sale. Came here for hugo boss suit.

Good but not great. Macys is one of Del Amo's large anchor stores. They have 3 floors and are very large. If you want to go from one end of the mall to the other end of the mall, you will have to walk through Macys. My opinion is that they do very little to put up great products along the walkway to lure customers further into the store. Better yet they are old school and their clothes and layout of the store does not cater to the newer generations. I came here on black friday to buy hugo boss suit. Their selection is very little in store and offers more online. More sizes are available online and very little, if not, no available sizes in stores. I tried out their suit in the fitting room and it's a complete mess in there. So many needles everywhere like on the seat and the floor. Like i need to take off my shoes to try out the pants and the needles are all over the ground. The needles came from the nicely packed dress shirt that uses needles to hold its shape in its packaging. The cashier was not friendly and monotone. It seemed a bit depressing inside Macys from the atmosphere of the store and from staff. But the price is good. You can find deals at Macys and you can get discounted Macys gift card at various places. Macys have some good brands in their stores but better selection and sizes online.

They have tons of a little bit of everything. They have tons of women's clothing, tons of men's clothing, tons of T-shirts, and a whole lot of shoes. Really! A lot of shoes! The store is what I would say is a step above shopping at a thrift store. What they do here is, offer the best of the best of vintage clothing. So, when you go in here, you know you're going to find high-quality items. This is not to say that they're cheap. For some, their prices may be considered a little bit high. But, again, what you're getting is the best of the best of vintage clothing, and sometimes you have to pay for that privilege. Depending on what you're looking for, this store may very well have it. From my experience, this store is most commonly geared towards a younger audience. They have tons of T-shirts, jeans, and a lot of stuff that could be considered on the more casual side of the picture. For example, when I shop a vintage store, I'm commonly looking men's sport coats and suits, and stuff along that line. They really don't have a good selection of these items. This is just something to keep in mind if you're looking for that kind of thing. But, on the other hand, if you're looking for all of the more casual style of clothing, they have a lot of it. Located on Hawthorne Boulevard, this store is fairly easy to find. They have a parking lot in the front and the rear, which sometimes can become kind of full. So, you may have to park on the street. This is because of the fact this store is a very popular shop. A lot of people come here, particularly on the weekends. And, when they have their sales, forget about it. The store is packed. One way or the other, if you're looking for that vintage piece of clothing, that really cool something, that T-shirt that you've been looking for forever, that pair of really cool shoes, or whatever else, this may be your place to find it.

Staff were incredibly kind and were very welcome to conversation…read more I've been here about 3-4 times now and each time I find something new I want to blow my money on. Most of everything is quite affordable. There are pieces that do get a be more on the pricier side, but most of the time it is only shoes that are the expensive pieces. Also, the BIRTHDAY discount they have can be used INFINITELY throughout your birthday month??? Are we serious?

Once inside, what you will find is all of the things that you would expect from a thrift store; namely: clothing, household items, furniture, art, books, records, and a little bit of everything else. One of the great things about this thrift shop is that they often have sales. Though you never really know when this is going to take place, but walking in there, they let you know what the sale is going be. So, From this, a lot of times you can get clothing and other items really-really cheap. The shop is very well laid out. It's a large open space. Within it, the shop has rows and rows of clothing and other things, like the household items are near the back. Whereas, items such as books, records, and household items are on shelves along the walls. It's a very clean, open, and airy place to shop. They have a small parking lot in front. So, if there's a parking space available, you can grab it there. If not, you can always get a space along Hawthorne Boulevard. Overall, this is a fun place to shop. The checkout process was also very stress-free and nice, too. I got to interact with Juliann-- the lovely manager at this store location. She's such a hoot, and I loved sharing giggles with her. Pam was so sweet to help me even though I didn't have a slip for the return they did an even exchange and appreciated that cause usually they give you a hard time if you aren't in the system. Her customer service was great and she was so sweet and had me in and out in no time. They have so much here it's pretty neat but can get a bit overwhelming as well. I usually just buy their cool bags to be honest, the price of the stuff here is a bit much for me and I feel it's just a big hype but to each its own I've tried their leggings and don't really see the hype and didn't like the fit in the crotch area. Their sports bras are soft and all but my ideal small for them is like a size 8 and still fits pretty tight so the sizing throws me off per usual. They have nice jackets and other items for loungewear but again the price doesn't justify for me In my opinion. One thing I did notice an I felt pretty bad for the staff here is their AC didn't work and the store was very HOT and musty I would hate to work in a place like that and hopefully they can fix that for them so they can work more comfy. Most of the staff were wearing short sleeved shirts but still it was a hot day outside and it was pretty toasty in there. My overall experience was great and happy with my new Hunter green cross bag.

Over the past year, l've noticed a big improvement in how things are run, and I truly think the new store manager deserves credit for that. In previous years, when I brought in clothes to sell, my experiences with some of the buyers felt very unprofessional, in fact I had multiple bad experiences with one of the female buyers that I notice still works there. She was very rude and condescending and now when I come in to sell I specifically don't want her to attend me. However, this year has been a completely different story. The newer buyers seem much better trained, more organized, respectful, and clear in how they take care of their customers. The whole process feels smoother and more customer-focused now, which makes a huge difference. In fact, today I had a question about the pricing of some of my items and the new store manager was very helpful and I left feeling very happy! Because of these positive changes, I actually look forward to bringing items in again, and I feel more confident in the process when working with the newer staff. So, there are definitely trendier items here and clothes are organized based on different trends as well (Y2K, designer, vintage, etc). I like the openness and brightness of the store. It resembles its other location in LA. I like that the racks aren't overcrowded with too many items so you can actually slide the coat hangers and look at the items. I got 2 jackets and culotte pants from here. Each were $12.99. The store was very nicely organized and even had an armchair to lounge on. The shoes were in good condition. The bad: I saw several tops with holes, snags or frayed fabric. They don't have healthcare worker discounts like the thrift shop across the street has. The interesting: You can bring in 5 items at a time in the fitting room. One of the workers at the register was on her phone a lot but perhaps she was looking up values/prices of the clothes she was labeling? They do buy clothes here.
