Once the gentlemen returned to the floor and retrieved the pieces from the sales floor he stated the coupons are at the sales counter. We were told by the bald black women there are no discount coupons available because, "We have given out so many coupons!!" Strange uncomfortable experience, shop at your own risk and avoid her! We came in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. After wandering around, it appeared a line was forming so we lined up. However, after a few moments, a younger women approached asking how she could help. She measured, wrote up the order and and cashed us out in less than 10 minutes. She explained what the next step would be and we were on our way. I have tagged his mom and grandma in for pick up but based on past experiences with my boys and the efficient from last Saturday I have every confidence everything will be fine. TBH I have no idea how they compare to other tuxedo places, pricewise, but I think they have a great selection and the customer service is clearly a priority. Now that I am done with dressing young men for prom I will have to find some black tie events for my husband to take me to. :-) They have a very nice selection of mens clothing and they might do alternations, although I am not sure if that is just for purchase from them or if they take outside work as well. No one came to ask if we had anything specific in mind or if we needed help. We even tried to walk over to the area where the ties were hung up and the employees were taking up the entire aisle to get to the ties, while they continued yapping with a customer and paid us no mind. They didn't say a word or give us access to walk through to look around so we decided to take our business elsewhere. I would leave a one star but this review needs to seen by everyone.
