I expressed shipped a dress to the UP of MICHIGAN... they failed to deliver it within the time and all the store agents have been telling me it's in New York, or my package now has a lost claim on it, the agents within the customer service of Windsor itself is useless as well. I never got my solution resolved, never got my dress, never got the whereabouts where my dress is really located, and the Windsor store in Troy, MI does not care nor answer their emails/phone calls. This is the place where most of the local girls go for prom, homecoming, or formal wear. Last homecoming my daughter bought a gorgeous dress and was featured on the Windsor page. This year my daughter wanted to get a head start on homecoming dress shopping. Windsor has all kinds of price ranges as far as dresses go. My daughter found a gorgeous dress. She looked like a Disney princess but it was $200. I think a tad high for a one time dress that's not for prom. We will return for another round of dress shopping. rude as hell sales attendance. I came in right when they opened around 10 o'clock just to buy a shawl for work because I can't have my shoulders out and I went to get rung up at the register and the attendant whose name I should've asked for but forgot told me to look for the other attendant because she wouldn't ring me up. I simply left and didn't say anything to them and didn't buy the shawl that I needed for work. came back about 10 minutes later when I come down a little bit to actually buy the clothing I needed at which point the same attendant decided to get in a fucking argument with me in front of her manager and tell me that she hadn't said what she said to me and that they were so confused about why I left. I wanted to jump across the counter. Do not come here unless you wanna get in a fistfight with someone. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, and my job is helping customers. they misled me about their own return policy and then refused to return my clothes. I had to complain at corporate, who thankfully resolved it. when I called the store back to confirm the okay for the return, she refused to let me speak with whoever spoke with corporate and had me on hold for over 20 minutes for the "manager" I never spoke to. thanks for ruining my day over $100 worth of crappy clothes. read more

I purchased a dress for a benefit event that was final sale (very clear no returns or exchanges). The night of the event, I noticed the dress was damaged. I brought it to the store-- not expecting they would do much for me since it was so clearly labeled "final sale". Luckily, I was greeted by the manager, Ashley R. and assisted by the other manager, Angela D. who could not have been more friendly, helpful and sympathetic to the situation. They did everything possible to make me happy. Their customer service was top notch and I am grateful to the management at this store for taking the time to listen to me and make sure I left satisfied-- even when they didn't have to. Kiesance was absolutely amazing. I always shop at Windsor and actually bought my bridesmaid dresses here. They don't have returns for finale sale special occasion normally and I was so scared hundreds of dollars went to waste because I found another dress I fell in love with for my girls. Kiesance was able to give me store credit for these dresses. I know this isn't normal but under the circumstances and seeing that the dresses were still wrapped with their bags and had tags and their hangers, she was able to give me store credit to use later. Today was a really good shopping day at Windsor. I was looking for just two outfit's for a coming up trip. Really didn't feel like looking, but knew what I wanted. So freaking happy this nice guy name Dionte who was working there help me. I showed him the type of styles and colors I was looking for. This man literally find the two perfect outfits, not only that showed me other items that I might like. Which I loved and had to get them as well. All I'm going to say is I'm going back to this Windsor yes for the clothes. But also because of the customer service Dionte provided to me and the other ladies shopping at the time. The manager that was there was super rude and said I can not return my items because the policy says the order date has to be within 14 business days. She has no idea what her policy is and the staff all gathered up at the register and acted very childish and they started being sarcastic when I told them it was from the shipping date. I can not express how much I appreciate the team at Windsor in Oakland Mall!!!! Like seriously go there. I was treated with the epitome of customer service. They went above and beyond to help me even came in early the next day for me to pick up my dress. My week was severely stressful. I had 2 family members pass away and I am was at my wits end. There are so many people that work in customer service that truly hate their jobs and could careless but this team of people were truly a blessing. Let me start by saying that I'm beyond late but the experience i had shopping here was great! I personally don't care to go to the mall, but i didn't have a choice graduation/birthday was coming up and what I had ordered didn't quite turn out the way I thought it would've and I didn't have time to to reorder. So I went to Windsor and Deantè (mr.119) i hope that was right ...was the absolute biggest help! You can't imagine the the level of stress I was experiencing when I should've been excited. I only needed 2 things. A bralet or a body suit and a duster or a blazer. He instantly took me through the ENTIRE STORE and showed me EVERYTHING! He knew where everything was and his energy was amazing. I tried a few on but couldn't picture it without the pants. So I had to come back. Came back the next day, purchased a bralet and continued shopping for the second piece. They didn't have it other wise I would've just gotten it there, but no one had what I was looking for. And I was iffy about getting what I saw in VS. The last boutique I went into I ran back into to Deantè. By this time he was off the clock and didn't have to do anything for me but was determined to help me find what I was looking for. We went back to VS looked at both pieces and he had no doubts! Can you ssmmmmeeelllllllllllllll what Windsor is cooking???!!!! I shopped here a few days ago with my daughter who was invited to prom last minute. We went to this location as its closer to us.Why o why did I make this mistake of putting myself and my daughters health at risk...My daughter chose 4 dresses to try on,fine,not the problem. I expected a wait as it is prom season but didn't expect the line to be held up because all the fitting rooms were not in working order. How can fitting rooms be out of order,you ask? Well let me tell you.This location has an issue with the sewage line. I overheard the store manager Kate talking with another employee about how the bathroom overflowed and it went into the fitting rooms and that is why two of the fitting rooms have "out of order" signs on them. How disgusting!!! I could tell by the complaining of other customers waiting to get into the fitting room about the odor alone that the sewage that made its way through the walls and into the fitting room that it had not been properly cleaned. I told my daughter that we would not be exposing ourselves to shopping in poor conditions as such,especially with such a pungent odor of feces. Its bad enough that the associates have to stand back there getting customers rooms to try on while inhaling the scent of toxic waste. Those poor girls!!! My coworker is also shopping for her daughter who is around the same age as mine and I directed her not to go there. I was appalled when she then told me they had a similar experience but it was worse because her daughters' clothing had fallen off of the stool in the fitting room into a puddle of sewage water from the bathroom overflowing previously. She then told me that one of the managers, Teagen, whom was there at the time bought her daughter a new outfit (talk about company loyalty!) because there was no way she was going to allow her child to put clothes on that were drenched in liquid filth! This location seriously needs to get it together!! Even with the overbearing odor in the air, the smell of a lawsuit would be stronger, I'm sure! read more

My daughter and I visited this store yesterday shopping for a Homecoming dress. The store has a large selection of dresses (which is so wonderful), and was busy as would be expected. We tried on several dresses, waiting in line for the fitting room twice. There are many dresses up high, so assistance is needed to get to them. It was obvious that there was not enough help in the store, which was later confirmed by the manager I spoke with (a couple scheduled employees did not come in). Anyway, one employee really stood out: Thanni (hope I spelled that right). She was working the fitting room like a champ, putting dresses back on the floor, helping to get those high dresses, all without complaining or even seeming to be irritated. I complimented her and the management for her great attitude. I was told to post something on Yelp because corporate reads the review. I hope you have some sort of reward program for your employees because Thanni certainly deserves it. She worked tirelessly the entire time we were there...which was probably about an hour.
