A few pieces here and there are great to buy, but if you bought every single piece and wore it at once, I think it would be a bit too much and too loud. Again, unless that is your style then go for it! Staff are usually friendly. Their exchange and return policy isn't that great. However, I was able to return a Christmas gift that I received and was able to get store credit on a gift card. They also have a rewards program. But be warned if you pay with a gift card and your out-of-pocket cost isn't high enough, then you can't get loyalty reward points for it. A tiny area is in the back for clearance. They also have dressing rooms to try on clothing. Overall it's a fun store to visit, but depends on your taste and what exactly you are looking to buy.

I was not happy with the way the jacket fit and owner insisted it was fine but said he would fix it - I picked up the suit and it was just not right, felt tight and the material was pulling in the back - the salesman (I'm assuming he is the owner) said he couldn't do any more with it. the next day I took it to a tailor recommended by a co worker and he was astonished by what he saw. He said the suit and shirt sizes were too big to begin with and should have started with a smaller size, he could fix the pants and shirt collar but the coat is ruined - nothing can be done with it, he laughed and shook his head at the way it was tailored, and said the man should not be in business. I paid $420 for the suit and shirt, (the 2nd tailor shook his head about that too). I learned a big lesson about hard to understand fast moving salesman insisting on you paying cash - when you don't feel completely comfortable walk away
