Got an appointment quickly. The man helping me was very smart, helpful and empathetic. I was distraught and he made sure that my problem was solved and patiently helped me know exactly what to do with my phone and tech. Very grateful for the service provided. read more

I've been a Mac user since the late 80s, living in several cities, and using Apple Care. MacHQ is the best I've used. They are knowledgeable, patient, and their prices, while not cheap, are fair, especially given the attention you get. The only problem is when they get several "walkins" at once. They take the time and care of those who got there before you; can't complain about that! read more

MacHQ is awesome! They answer questions, are no-pressure, and get the job done. Yes, you may have to leave your item and not have a 5 minute turn around, but come on people...have some realistic expectations. They aren't a McDonald's drive through. read more

Went in to have the battery in my iPhone replaced. The whole process was painless. Nice guys, very efficient.

My i-phone was having issues. brought it in, they tested in, rebooted it and talked me through everything. Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended. read more

Woke up to have my computer completely stop working. I took it in and no one even looked at it and said it would be TWO WEEKS before they even would be able to know what's wrong and probably won't be able to recover any of my files. I understand that we're in crazy times but for those working from home that turnaround time is absurd read more

Looking for great service and first-rate support? This is the place!! The long lines at the other places wasting your day?? This is the place!! This store services and even sells new and used computers. Went in for help with my old time capsule and the guys there were very patient and helpful. They got all my music off which I had feared lost and I was so relieved!! Will definitely go here and recommend to my friends with laptops or iPhones! read more

Great service. So much better than the Apple store. Very knowledgeable. This is my place for everything Apple.

Wonderful experience! Very much appreciate the service and patience the tech offered me. He Answered all of my questions and was able to fix my problem. Never did I feel rushed or like my problem was user error. I have used this place for years and have highly recommended it to others. read more

Fast service! What I thought we be a long costly fix on an IPhone ended up being fast and free. Would definitely go there again. read more

They had my phone for a week and never sent it out for repair . If I had not called I would not have known that they had not sent it out. They never even attempted to notify me that they were unable to take care of the phone. I'm completely dissatisfied with their service and how they addressed their error. read more

These guys are awesome. I cannot describe how great they have been consistently. I had a few issues with my Mac Pro (5,1) and a Thunderbolt Display. They troubleshooted both issues and were very technically competent and made sure to explain the problems to me before any repairs. They have gone above and beyond many times and I will only use them going forward. I can't recommend them highly enough. I worked with Nick on the Mac Pro issues and he is excellent. read more

Great service today...New battery for an Iphone 6 for a very competitive price and I was in and out in less than an hour (actually went across the street to Michael's for lunch). Jacob was very attentive, professional and courteous. Much better than braving the mall... read more

Made an appointment for a battery replacement. Arrived on time and waited in line for roughly 15 minutes before someone asked if I'd been helped. When I explained I was there for my scheduled service, I was told "He's working on a screen replacement right now. It will be about an hour, is that ok?" No. It is not okay. I made an appointment for a reason. If you refuse to honor scheduled appointments, why advertise that you accept them? read more

Walked in (no appointment) with my wife's 2011 MacBook Pro laptop with a failed trackpad (could move cursor, but not select anything by pressing the trackpad). The technician hooked up an external mouse, enabled "tap to click" and showed her how to lightly tap the trackpad to select options. She avoided a lengthy and possibly costly repair (assuming parts are even still available). No charge! read more

Always a good experience. These guys know what they are doing and the service is much faster than at the Apple store.

Wow!! Friendly, competent and NOT crowded. Skip the overcrowded mall stores and come here. We had a phone that would not charge . They cleaned pocket lint from the port. 5 minutes later we walked out with a functional phone. read more

Over the past 10 years I have had the pleasure to work with Mac HQ in several ways. Initially, they were the Mac supplier to my employer. They were always available, eager to help, and professional. I was so impressed with them that they quickly became the place I went for all of my apple devices, and any service or question. The staff is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They take their time to work with you and can usually provide support fairly quickly. They have all of the latest apple gear and are amazing at selling you what you actually need. They are the local original mac provider and thrive from a love of devices. They get my highest recommendation! read more

One word: INCOMPETENT! Save yourself the time and the headache and go elsewhere! Went in on Saturday and was told my phone needed a new battery but the technician wasn't in due to car trouble but was advised to come back tomorrow and I could have it replaced then. Arrived Sunday at opening and was told the technician wouldn't be in until maybe Tuesday due to car trouble. I was also told that the customer service rep left me a voicemail on Saturday to inform me of the situation. Low and behold I have a missed call from an unknown phone number from Saturday night, but no message was left! How many people return phone calls from unknown numbers in which no message was left?! Go the extra mile and leave a message, it's good for business. Will not be returning. read more

Very helpful and informative. I took my laptop to the Apple store the day before they told me it would cost me $500 to repair it, macHQ did it for free. read more

They have earned my business for life! I will bring all my Mac things here from now on. I am so happy. Start to finish every person we dealt with was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Our Mac had an issues that the Mac Store wouldn't fix, they recommended Mirco center. We had a HORRIBLE experience there and won't be back EVER--but that is another review... Mac HQ came back and saved us THOUSANDS from what Micro Center wanted. They were kind and listened to us and made us feel confident in their work and they delivered and then some! All three people we worked with were awesome. I have only the best things to say not to mention they saved our computer and everything on it and did it faster and cheaper--after we were told the Mac store wouldn't touch it, and Mico Center said it was a lost cause they came in and this was like playground simple fix for them! Thank you all. We will be back and we are sending everyone we know your way! Keep up the great work! read more

Jesse was efficient, fast and helpful. They had a new screen on my phone in under 2 hours. I'll definitely go back.

For all the years I have bought computers from MacHq, I am disgusted with your company for selling an incompatible piece of equipment then when it is pointed out that it is incompatible, you stand behind your 14 day return policy. You have just got your 32.00 dollars and screwed yourself out of the future sales that good will buys. I will also tell everyone I know not to buy from your company. Smart move. read more

Jesse and Robert helped solve my iPhone 6S issues, which were complicated. Jesse worked to troubleshoot some unexpected problems. I'd come back here again in a heartbeat! read more

The worse customer service and also can't fix your broken iPhone screens in house! Save your time and cash before going here!! Horrible experience read more

Wanted to upgrade my 5-year-old MacBook Pro as I'm not in a situation to afford a new one right now. New storage and a battery were needed. I wasn't readily able to leave my computer with them for 24-48 hours either, so they came up with a plan for me to backup everything on an external drive and bring that in for them to update my hard drive ahead of time. It meant going in to the store an extra time, but it was worth it. Fortunately I don't live too far. They were extremely helpful and on the ball and now I have more storage and a new battery and didn't have to go anywhere near a mall. read more

Alex was a great help...got me in and out..second visit to this location and this time was just as pleasant.

I called this place with a question about my Mac. The guy on the phone was so helpful and clear about explaining the situation and what my options were. He spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me, even doing research for me, when it was apparent right away the store didn't have what I needed and no sale would come from it. Super professional. I will not hesitate to go straight here if I ever need anything Mac-related in the future. read more

I came in with my iphone that wasn't working. I didn't want to hassle with the Apple Store -- waiting 3 days for the next appointment. The gentleman, Brian, was more than willing to try and help. Sure enough, within a few minutes, my phone was working again! No hassle. No wait. No charge. In addition, he shared useful tips and websites. I am very appreciative of the quick and kind service. read more

They were able to replace my daughter's shattered iphone screen in about an hour. Great option when you want your phone fixed fast.

5* for amazing customer service, and willingness to work with you. I wanted to be part of the New Computer for Life lease program, because it seemed like such a good deal. I was ready to sign the contract, but there was a pretty big hickup; I didn't have any credit. I had just turned 18 and hadn't had the chance to establish an official history of financial responsibility. After explaining myself to Jim, he gave me the OK, and here I am, happily enjoying my Mac. Not only do they have competitive prices, great service, and friendly staff, they have an outstanding insurance program that is heaps better than Apple Care. Wouldn't shop anywhere else! read more

Please shop around for repair outlets and make sure you read the info on your printed receipt otherwise you'll be in for a shocker. These guys think they are sleek. I dropped off my iMac in for diagnosis and data retrieval and they called me back after a few days telling me the logic board was bad and before I even asked about my data they were already offering to sell me another Mac. All they were interested in was selling me another Mac without even trying to transfer data from my Mac into an external drive. What a waste of my time. These guys are a bunch of 21st century unprofessional crooks. Why would I buy another Mac from them when I can drive less than 5 miles to an Apple Store to pick up a new one. read more

Great customer service, staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back when it's time to upgrade my laptop.

Great service, very knowledgable and incredibly helpful staff! They explained the problem and solution in language I could easily comprehend so I could make an educated decision. The workers at Mac HQ are incredible! I had to get a new hard-drive for my mac and they were able to install it and transfer all my data onto it within the day. I was told it could take up to 2 days for the install, but when I mentioned that I needed it ASAP for school, they were able to get it done for me within a few hours. They were genuinely concerned about my situation and interested in getting it back to me quickly! Truly amazing service and employees! If you have issues with you mac-this is a great alternative to going to the apple store. I couldn't recommend it more highly! read more

Always excellent quality service and excellent programs. I've been a devoted fan of the New-Mac-for-Life program (i.e., 2-year leasing of new machines) for quite a few years now. Always good service. read more

Awful-had to go back four times to get my phone screen replaced under AppleCare. Ultimately gave me a phone with no SIM card, unbelievable!

These guys are very knowledgeable and helpful! They were upfront and honest about what I truly needed in a new Mac. Will definitely be back!

Used them for the first time today. They replaced the battery on my MacBook. No lines, no wait, friendly service. They also lease computers and have a service where you can pay a monthly fee and always have a new computer to use. read more

The staff was outstanding. Very helpful. My issue was a simple battery repair. They estimated 1.5 hours for the installation but it took less than an hour. The environment at the shop is far better than the crazy, intense environment at mall stores where it can be hard to find a seat. There are a couple of tables and chairs here where you can set up your laptop and wait for your repair to be completed if it's a same-day repair like mine. Staff also told me about computer for life program and other purchase options I wasn't aware of. Positive experience all the way around. read more

Always been a pleasant experience. Everyone there is very helpful and explains things thoroughly a lot better than going to the Apple Store in the mall. read more
