If you are looking for a company to solve computer or wireless issues, call Computer Solutions…read more After a couple of experiences, I am a happy customer. Initially, Computer Solutions was called regarding wireless issues at home. The local cable company was unable to provide consistent help after several visits, but a tech from Computer Solutions had a resolution in less than two hours. I subsequently had issues with my PC. A service company was called and after a couple of hours working on it, made no progress. I was charged for the service call, and told they would do some research on my problem. After a few weeks there were no answers. As a small business owner, an operable PC is vital. I called Computer Solutions at 9:00 on a Monday morning and had a representative on site by noon. By 1:15 my PC was working like new. When you have a problem, make Computer Solutions your first call Sales Rep Andrew Bader will do whatever he can to help you out.

My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. What a great experience!

Of course, when it's technology maintenance can be really, really shaky. It's hard to figure out,…read moreso I cannot blame them one singular bit. It can get very time eating though, a pet peeve of mine. I'm a impatient person and that's my fault. Sorry. Store was huge with lots of gears, gizmos and other great jazz. Lots to pick from, great variety of models and other such. Prices were fairly reasoned. Expect technology to be expensive, please do. That is normal. Service depends on who you ask for help. Some staff are very helpful and patient, while some can be on the rocky side when considered "good." It's too bad, so I don't go shopping for technology a lot. This store is decent, nothing special. It's somewhere I don't mind shopping at so a final rating of three stars will work for me, in my opinion.

If you overpay your minimum bal, then u would assume that the extra payment would be applied to your nearest expiration date for payoff - so interest isn't rolled back in! On top of that, I had to call numerous times to make them go back over my 'extra' payments to be applied to interest avoidance balances before The date expires?? They have the worst customer service of any finance company, I've ever dealt with. Once, I pay my credit card off - I'll be shopping online or their competitors.

I've been reluctant to switch, but thanks to Jim and the Mac HQ team, we now have a MacBook Air and I'm typing this review on my lap sitting on the sofa. I'm using this MacBook all over, getting small things done when I'm ready, in comfort (not that computer desk is that uncomfortable...). We had a few considerations to think through w/r/t a large Photos library and more. Jim was both patient and helpful, working with me to get the configuration on the MacBook that we have. It took me several phone calls to work through, but we did it! It was a special order, and a couple weeks later it arrived. After a call with Braiden, he worked through moving the large libraries onto the MacBook and he even merged them. When I picked it up, I had a few additional questions, and Braiden was patient and helpful working me through it all. Along the way, Bailey, Sean and Gage also provided help, in person and on the phone. All, THANK YOU!! Life is better away from screens, to be sure, and yet, screens help us do fun and interesting, and often necessary things... and this MacBook is a great way for me to get things done. Thank you, Mac HQ... and your New Computer For Life (NCFL) program!!!

I honestly can't believe this location is affiliated with Apple. From the moment I walked in, the…read moreplace felt strange and unprofessional. The store was very dark inside, looked run-down, and just didn't have the atmosphere or appearance I would expect from a business affiliated with Apple. The overall environment felt uncomfortable, and some of the people there came across as unprofessional. I went there because I was having a very specific issue with my AirPods, but the employees I dealt with didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. I kept getting generic answers that didn't actually address the problem. Instead of troubleshooting the issue properly, I felt like I had to explain the same thing over and over again. I eventually went to the actual Apple Store in West County, where I was able to troubleshoot the problem myself with their help. After testing multiple devices, the conclusion from my testing was that AirPods 3 are currently not working properly with the iPhone Air and iPhone 17. I also experienced the same behavior with AirPods 2. The current software version is 26.6.1. Apple might patch the issue in a future update, but there's no guarantee or timeline that I'm aware of. What really frustrates me is that I had to go to a proper Apple Store and essentially figure out the issue myself. The difference between the two locations was night and day. I went in expecting knowledgeable staff who could troubleshoot an Apple-to-Apple compatibility issue, but instead I left feeling like I had wasted my time. I honestly still can't believe the first location is affiliated with Apple. EDIT: The owner gave half-truths and dismissive responses instead of professionally addressing the issue. They claim to have over 30 years of experience, yet the shop doesn't inspire confidence when it comes to troubleshooting Apple products. I was told there are no known reports of this issue anywhere online, but a simple Google search shows multiple people experiencing the same problem this year. Dismissing readily available information instead of investigating it is disappointing. What was even more concerning was being told that my Apple-certified AirPods were fake. They were verified as genuine through Apple's official website and confirmed in person at an actual Apple Store. Despite that, this shop continued insisting they were counterfeit. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business here. If they're making unsupported claims about genuine Apple products and providing misleading information to customers, that's a serious concern. I believe this location deserves closer scrutiny regarding the quality and accuracy of the service it provides. Edit 2: This was a complete waste of time. Anyway, good luck with your business. Honestly, you don't deserve anyone's business, and it's a shame to see the store taking up space when customers are treated this way. Edit 3: :) Edit 4: Threatening my family? Yeah, very mature behavior from this store owner. I strongly recommend not giving this store your business. Apparently, any disagreement can escalate to the point where the owner threatens your family. That's completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Edit 5: Lmao, okay. Definitely not worth my time. You shouldn't waste yours with them either. They're just waiting for someone dumb enough to fall for their scam. Save yourself the headache and walk away. They WILL scam you. Edit 6: 37-point inspection? Lmao, that's cute. Keep throwing around "family-owned business" like it somehow makes the incompetence look better. At this point, the family might want to consider owning literally anything else, because running a business clearly isn't working out.
