I asked how long it would take, and the man quoted me 10 minutes. I waited there and watched the process since I've never had to do it before and was curious. I watched him hook up the machine to my car, but became distracted with a call. By the time I hung up 10 minutes later, my car was done and PASSED (anxiety levels declined). I'm glad I checked because sometimes Groupon can be cheap but it usually doesn't include $8.25 certificate fee and $1.75 electronic transfer fee, so you end up paying more than you thought you would. I walked in on a Saturday around 1:30pm without a reservation and was in and out within 10 minutes. The gentleman was friendly and efficient. I'm so glad I found this spot and will be coming back for smog checks in the future if the price remains the same or reasonably priced! They even had a TV inside while I was waiting!

It was like pulling up in front of someone's driveway and getting your smog check done right there. There was only one guy working. I would describe him as nice, quick and efficient. When he was writing down the info for my car, I showed him the web special on my phone and he was able to give me the discount. It took about 25 minutes for my smog check to be done. It probably would have been done quicker but there were a couple of people ahead of me. They did a few chairs inside for you to sit while you wait. If you were planning on using the web special, I would recommend calling them just to make sure your car qualified for the discount before you go. I thought I might have needed to call a few times before someone picked up but they were quick to answer my call. I noticed the guy actually carried the phone with him when I was there. The only downside about this place was that they charge you for a retest if your smog check failed so that would be something to consider if you decided to come here.

Once he determined the issue and the parts needed, he placed the order for the replacement parts and I put the deposit down. Parts arrived next day and I was able to bring the car in during my break. Within a few hours, my mirror was fixed. Additionally he noticed that the air in my car smelled funny, he asked if I wanted my cabin filter changed.
