Great service, great attention to detail. I helped my wife drop her car off here yesterday for an oil change. She'd been there before and loved the service she received. When we went back to pick up her car I was so impressed by the level of service she received I asked Lei if he had time for an oil change on my 2001 Tahoe. He got me in same day, and a couple hours later I had my Tahoe back - complete with an oil change. Lei took the time to take a video of under the car while he had it up on the rack so we could see the condition of the vehicle from underneath as well as taking the time to walk us through condition of the engine from under the hood. He did this for both my wife's car and mine, answered all our questions and made recommendations for things we might need to keep an eye on in the future. Excellent service! My passenger mirror/ housing needed to get a replacement Lei had me bring in the car to make sure that he didn't need to order excess parts/ charge for excess service. Once he determined the issue and the parts needed, he placed the order for the replacement parts and I put the deposit down. Parts arrived next day and I was able to bring the car in during my break. Within a few hours, my mirror was fixed. Additionally he noticed that the air in my car smelled funny, he asked if I wanted my cabin filter changed. I took him up on the offer and he quickly obtained the replacement parts and had it ready within the business day. Communication was great throughout the process and all questions were answered. Very expensive hourly rate. Might as well bring the car to the dealership. Paid $400 for tests that didn't produce anything conclusive.

I normally go to my dealership for car maintenance but since we moved, it's a little further than I would like to drive. So I decided to look up a few auto shops in the area and A-One seemed highly recommended and based on my conversation with Lei, I decided to give it a try! I came the next morning and I needed an oil and transmission oil change and tire rotation. Lei was good about explaining to me what will happen and what the estimated cost will be the day before. The drop off was quick and simple. He gave me a call a couple hours later to let me know what he found and how the repair was going, and when I can pick up the car. When I came to pick up the car at the end of the day, he immediately let me know that the cost was actually slightly cheaper since I didn't need as much fluid as he thought I would. I appreciate the honesty and his transparency! He gave me a final walk through of my car and shared what signs to watch for in some areas for future visits. All and all, this is by far one of the most thorough auto shop I've been and at no point did I feel like Lei was just trying to take my money! Highly recommend! read more

The owner is incredibly kind and even stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure my car was able to be seen on a Saturday afternoon. He took extra caution to make sure my Honda was parked inside following the influx of catalytic converter theft in the area. He quoted me a price 1/3 of what Honda planned to charge me- parts included! He was conservative with his diagnosis of the my vehicle. A friend was visiting from out of town, and someone attempted to steal her car from my house and did a lot of damage -- it was undrivable. We were desperately looking for someone who could not only do the work, but would be willing to take the car ahead of time, before the part came in. He took us on a holiday weekend, and even offered to stay open a little late to accommodate us when the tow truck was very late. Lei is the greatest guy! Literally I was in the middle of buying a Prius and when I called A-One Auto to help me determine if the purchase was going to be a good one Lei was very helpful. I wanted to get the Prius checked out so I knew I was buying a mechanically sound car and of course Lei was there to help. There was a language barrier between me and the seller which Lei helped bridge since he was fluent in both languages. He didn't charge me to get the car checked out as it was a quick once over. The shop closed at 6 the day we did all of this and at 5:30 I was about to purchase the car and realized the seller didn't get the car smoged. I then called Lei again to see if he could get it smoged before he closes and he said of course which didn't start until 5:45/5:50 and he allowed us to stay in his yard for the transaction. Lei is great. I will always come here from now on. I only had a 30 minute lunch break and I called right when they opened to let them know I'll be in around noon. Lei did his best to get me in and out of there within 30 minutes. I thought certified smog checks would be expensive and this was my first time. But their pricing was great and I felt like I would get ripped off more by getting my oil changed at another shop. I plan on getting my oil changes here in the future. I came home from work on a Friday night and my 2001 Honda overheated. I needed my car fixed ASAP. I called A-One on a Saturday morning around 9:00am and took my car in around 10:00am. They were super busy on a Saturday morning. I waited for about 45 minutes for them to assess my car. A crack in the radiator was found. Parts were ordered and I had my car back to me at the end of that day which was great because they are closed Sunday. I was very grateful for the prompt attention to my car. About a month later, my car overheated again. I was concerned as I just had my radiator replaced. I was thinking that maybe a hose was not tightened enough. Really not sure why it happened. Turns out, I had a small oil leak that compromised one of the hoses. Not visible originally. Minor repair and back on the road. My car is over 18 years old, so these little things are going to happen. I understand they are on the conservative side, which is great. Only fixing things as needed. I probably should have a tune up and have everything checked in the near future. Otherwise, I like that they keep in contact with you, advising you of their findings and pretty prompt service for a busy shop. read more
