There was a bit of a line to order and most of the seats were taken. We did find a table for four (there were five of us). They have extra seats stacked up by the trash bin so were able to seat all of us at the table. The extra chairs are a nice touch. We ordered a variety of drinks and pastries. (Sorry - I didn't take any pictures this time.) Since you select your pastries from display cases, we didn't have to wait for them. For our drinks, there was only a short wait - surprising since they were so crowded. Everything was delicious. When the location is full it can get pretty loud. We stayed for about 90 minutes and the place cleared out some by the time we left. The noise level dropped as people left. Tous Les Jours is very consistent across locations. This was our first visit to the Glenview store and we were very pleased.

The place was very clean, too. Although, since they were busy, we had to wipe our table down. I understand they couldn't get away to bus the tables. They have a large drink menu and lots and lots of pastries and cakes. I had a latte made with oat milk, and the rest of our group had a variety of pastries. Everything was great. Their price point is a little higher than other places like Tour Les Jours, but not out of line.

The bakery is excellent. I tried their Mocha Cappuccino cake - delicious and big portion! Maybe one of the best kinds of these cakes I've tried before. I love all the parrot decor inside the bakery as well. The employees I encountered were very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend the bakery section of Papagalino for their cakes, and I will be back to try the restaurant piece in the future.

Each of the lemon squares were the same size not clearly listed as such. This isn't fudge where you chipping it off the block and selling based on how much you get. It is a fixed pre-cut piece. So when I asked the worker there how much it was going to be (because I have no idea how much that lemon square is going to weigh), she said $2-3. I told her okay bag it up. But when I got to the register, it was $5. Just list the price for what it is. That is way more $$ than I would spend for a lemon square (that was subpar by the way). The lack of flavor in the square and the "con" feel of the transaction well keep me far away from this place.
