After being told about their vegan pizza, we came here just for that. A carryout spot, the service was cool except we gave our number for text when it was ready and we never got the message. After 10 minutes beyond the expected time, my friend walked in to find our pizza sitting under the warmer and the employee saying she thought she texted us. I had a taste for a meat lovers pizza and decided to give Mac Pizza & Wings a try. I must say the pizza looked absolutely delicious when I opened the box! The temperature and look was definitely to my liking. So, the taste... this particular pizza was not bad enough to be below a three star, but not good enough to be above a three star. It actually sits in the middle of other pizza places I've tried. It's an average pizza. For the price point and size, you can enjoy a much better quality pizza elsewhere. I travel a lot and this location for this Mac Pizza & Wings is the one to go to. Had ordered online through apps in the past as well as at the location. Food is freshly made & temps great, the portion of the items are great. Chicken wings are large and great in flavor. I requested light cheese since I'm lactose intolerant and let me just say this pizza was worth every tummy grumble I am about to experience because of the indulgence. So I just had this for the first time and I am giving it 3 stars because, well, it was just ok. It's not that it was "bad," but it definitely wasn't one of those pizzas where you just can't stop eating. I got the bruschetta pizza, which I was super stoked about and it doesn't come with basil on it. Bruschetta ALWAYS comes with basil on it, so that was disappointing as well. For years, we've been disappointed with the pizza places around here. We had hopes when Mellow Mushroom opened, but MM doesn't seem as good as I recalled. Then recently. MAC opened and we love it.
