    KBJ tips taxes

Terrible gratuity calculations. Two different KBJ locations in Virginia. Both calculate taxes in with the gratuity calculation for our convenience. Fredericksburg recommends 18, 20, and 22%. While Richmond KNJ calculations are at a higher percentage of 20, 22, and 25%. Both include the TAX in their calculation. Why would you ever think a customer should tip a tax? CUSTOMER BEWARE

Went here late night! Good selections of drinks, I got a Pint angry orchard on tap! Spinach artichoke dip wasn't bad at all! It came out hot! Shroom and swiss burger was good, although lacking a bit of flavour! Fries were crunchy!

    INSULTINGLY UNDERCOOKED! RAW!

Ordered a 12 oz steak through DoorDash and it was ordered MEDIUM RARE. But, instead I got a practically raw very red steak cooked barely on the edges (see photo). Called the restaurant and the woman who was the manager I spoke to was far from apologetic saying that I would not get food poisoning despite me making clear I was worried of it and that the steak was far from medium rare. I had to be stern and make clear the steak looks practically RAW. Like who let the child cook expensive steaks tonight? If I could give negative five stars I would.

So popped into Kickback's for a quick date night. Got the appetizers for him "Philly Cheese Steak Egg Rolls" and "Firecracker Shrimp" for me. Well dang I didn't know those Egg rolls were that delicious. Between these and a side salad I was full couldn't eat my wings. Comes with ranch dipping sauce you don't need it but it taste great either way! 10 out of 10 recommend you try them!

Always a good vibe, food is hot and delicious and the drinks do not disappoint. Went on a random Monday, there was a decent crowd but nothing to overwhelming

We had a great time at Kickback Jack's. Asharee 1379 was our host. She had our appetizers out in 10 minutes , kept our drinks topped off and food out in less than 20 minutes. Very positive minded and mad us feel welcomed. We had the Firecracker shrimp, fish and chips and barbecue baby back ribs combo. All of the food was hot and Asharee checked if we needed anything more frequently. Very nice restaurant clean and well mannered staff.

Came for the Bears game. Place fills up fast on Sunday for the 1'O'clock games. All the games are on, but the TV's aren't marked. So come early and ask which game is on what TV's. The service is much better now than it was right after COVID.

Either they listened to the negative feedback or we caught them on a great day, but we had outstanding service from the hostess to our waitress. Zero complaints! The hostess even told us what NOT to order lol. The drinks are in huge cups and the iced tea good and strong. The fish n chips and all American burger were very tasty. The ribs were not my favorite, but my daughter loved them. I still have Covid taste issues so that may be why. Very busy for a Thursday lunch, but a great experience!

Firehouse burger a little dry but it was good

3 stars for the food 4 stars for the drinks Tuesdays and Wednesdays are $3.75 a pint, great price for craft beer!! Love the Falcon Smash, but they have a lot of options including some local breweries! Our service was great. Wish i got the girls name. The food I got was okay, I certainly wouldn't come here just to eat but after downing a few beers I had nothing to complain about lol. The fireman/firehouse burger was dry but had good flavor. The Buffalo chicken wrap was good, but had some really aged stinky cheese which I didn't like. The fries could be crisper, but again with craft beer at 3.75 I dont think the food really matters to me anymore

I went in for the pho and bánh mì, and both delivered. The pho broth was the star--deep, rich flavor without being overly salty, and you can tell it wasn't rushed. The pork bánh mì had everything you want: a crusty roll, tender seasoned pork, crisp pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs that brought it all together. What really surprised me was how well they pull off the combination of neighborhood sports bar and authentic Vietnamese restaurant. It's casual, welcoming, and feels like one of those places locals are going to keep recommending to friends. If you're anywhere near Midlothian, put this on your list. The pho alone is worth the trip, and the bánh mì seals the deal.

I didn't really order food because I was ready to party. I then went with my girlfriend and we got the spring rolls and chicken Verecialli. I realize the spelling is wrong but autocorrect won't help me out on this one. With her being half Asian and looking closer to 75 percent Asian, that should be a bigger testament to this review. She loves this place! I order it to go frequently and usually have no idea what in the hell I'm ordering, but I know this shit is nice. Give this place a try.

I REFUSE to eat meat ANYWHERE in RVA but this place. Swear to GOD. They are really that good and we are talking about access to a full bar and HELLA TVS. All jokes aside, you can't thank me right now for coming and trying the wings. TBH, I have no idea about the rest of the menu but I hear that the ribs, chili and nachos rank high up with the wings. They also have specials they run through the week like live bands on Friday, Trivia on Tuesdays and BOGO wings on Wednesday. It's located in the back of Rosie's Casino - you do have to go through security and show your ID to be able to enter (must be 18 or older). There are several large screens so it's a great place to watch a game. Several beers, a couple wine options and mixed drinks available. They seemed to be understaffed when we went so while the servers were extremely nice, it did take 25 minutes for us to get our beers. The food (wings & Parmesan truffle fries) came out quickly and while I prefer breaded, crispy wings, the sauces were pretty good. I loved the truffle fries and bonus: all appetizers are 1/2 off during the March Madness games. If there's a big game we want to watch, we might return since they have so many screens and a decent beer selection.

Bartender was probably the busiest staff member, and he ran his bar efficiently, and with a smile. Overall the place just had a good, friendly vibe. If I have a critique, and I do, it's that the ranch served with the wings is pretty bad. I'm a bit of a ranch snob, and I didn't dip after the first wing. The brussel sprouts, however, were fantastic. Crispy without being burnt. Not too much Parmesan or balsamic glaze. The location isn't in my usual area, but I'll likely be back for a game, a beer from the absurd selection, but maybe I'll go blue cheese with my wings next time around...

There were only a couple of tables available, but they were clearly well staffed. We were greeted immediately at the door, and it was obvious there were multiple managers on the floor making sure everything was running smoothly. The ambiance struck the perfect balance--upscale yet approachable. It felt polished without being stuffy or overly formal. The lighting was just right, creating a comfortable atmosphere for dinner, and they offered a nice selection of beverages and cocktails. The food absolutely delivered. My friend ordered the Cobb salad with fried chicken. The chicken was perfectly cooked and lightly breaded--not overly heavy at all. His only suggestion would be swapping the mustard-based dressing for something brighter, like a lemon or citrus vinaigrette, since it competed a bit with the blue cheese crumbles. I ordered the Mediterranean Bowl with shrimp, and it was fantastic. A small detail that made a surprisingly big impression: the shrimp tails had already been removed! It's such a simple thing, but not having to stop and pick tails off while eating made the meal that much more enjoyable. The dish was perfectly balanced and delicious exactly as served--I wouldn't change a thing. My martini was also expertly made. No notes there either. The restaurant attracted a friendly, well-dressed crowd, adding to the overall experience without feeling pretentious. It's also easy to find, located on the corner of the shopping center with Trader Joe's and Planet Fitness. Granite Grill exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be back.
