My laptop needed a new battery. I bought the battery through Dell, but I didn't have the tools to…read moreremove the old one, especially since two of the screws were stripped. Richard at Knorr PC reached out. On account of covid complications, I drove up to him instead of his coming to me. It took 15 minutes for him to fix my battery (the big shops were estimating three hours and could get me in a week from Thursday) and he charged me less than half of what they would. In the meanwhile, his wife showed my one year-old their Christmas decorations and we played in the snow and watched wild turkeys in their yard. Not only do I have a functioning laptop, I had a wonderful Saturday morning with Richard and his family. TEN out of Five stars; would absolutely recommend.
