Adam was able to recover my lost data even though it had over 1300 disk errors. He moved the data to the new office computer. He kept me updated on the progress of data retrieval. There is no possible way I could have achieved this task since the computer wouldn't initialize and open (I tried for a few days on my own using standard Apple IOs functions). I thought it was quite possibly the death of the computer, but an employee diagnosed my problem as a dying fan within a minute of seeing my laptop and hearing my story. They were able to order a replacement fan and install it for around $65 and the whole ordeal only took from the Friday I dropped off the laptop to the following Tuesday. They were very straightforward and got the go ahead from me for every additional cost fixing my laptop would require. No surprises. This is a responsible, trustworthy place to get your computer fixed. I am so grateful that they saved me from dropping $1500 for a replacement laptop all over an easily-replaced, dead fan. I'll be sending anyone I know with computer problems here in the future.
