Kiddo and I just grabbed a quick Smashburger with their sidewinder french fries and it was fantastic. If you haven't been give them a try @ Mac Daddies Haverhill.

Our food was delicious!! The Mac and cheese is top notch. So creamy and a great blend of cheeses. I got the Texacoco and it was amazing! My sister got the Hogs and Kisses and a spicy margarita. We also got regular Mac and a quesadilla. All was really good. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant is decorated super cute and nice and spacious. We weren't sure where to park but called and there was parking behind their building. You just have to go through the McDonald's parking lot.

This place has such a great vibe. I thought I would be walking into a sub shop, guess I need to do better research, but instead I walked into a neighborhood bar with a fantastic menu. The bartenders were super nice and it seemed like everyone knew every person that walked in. I went with the Cuban and a small order of gold rush wings. The Cuban was good, seemed like it was missing something, but I enjoyed it. The wings were fantastic. They had a golden crisp outside and the chicken was so juicy. They don't overdo the sauce and a very good blue cheese. Now I love my blue cheese with wings but you didn't need it. You did not need blue cheese with these wings. I will be going back for the wings and I need to try the steak and cheese. Almost forgot, they said it came with house made chips but they tasted like Cape Cod chips. Ask before you get too excited.

Great menu. Something different for everyone. Options, grinders, Mac and cheese bowls, rice bowls, baked potatoes....etc. and love the kids menu. The food was delivered so some soggy tots were inevitable. Would definitely order again.

Went in for Mac , my husband and I enjoyed our Mac. I had the Angry version. The chicken was nice and crispy and the Mac was saucy. We also had the tots with hot honey and those were delicious. Parking right out front and plenty of tables inside for dine in.

All three of us named those sprouts as one of our favorite fried sprouts dishes ever. The combination of sweet and savory flavors was the perfect combo and the sprouts crisped just right. The cornmeal waffle was both unique and delicious alone and when paired with the perfectly crispy chicken. If you like both waffles and cornbread you can't go wrong with this dish. The Biscuits Benny were tasty with nice crispy potatoes, but we felt the chorizo gravy was light on both the chorizo and flavor. We would definitely get both the sprouts and waffles again though next time. Our server was both friendly and knowledgable and accommodated a couple of special requests, which we really appreciated (like putting the chicken and waffles on separate plates). The space itself was very comfortable, with nice touches to divide the space up and fun decor. We noted there was a nice long table in the middle which would be great for group events. It was too hot to eat outside, but that would be a nice option on a cooler day.

We started out with wings that were good although slightly underseasoned. Their maple ranch dressing balanced the taste well. For my entree, I went with a new item on their menu- BBQ Benny. I asked for my BBQ bernaise sauce on the side. I was surprised to get 4 poached eggs so that was a bonus and they were perfectly cooked. Home fries were unevenly cooked probably because they were unevenly cut but the flavor was on point. Place is cheerfully decorated for the holidays. I am unsure of how it would be on a busy night/day as the place is not huge and tables are placed close together.

Joe, his wife, and the entire staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure our group was well taken care of, which made hosting a large event effortless and enjoyable. The brewery itself has a fantastic atmosphere, with a beautiful bar and plenty of space for groups. The food was outstanding, especially the BBQ and pizza. As someone who loves authentic BBQ, I can honestly say the food made me feel like I was back in Texas. Every bite was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. If you're looking for a great venue for a private event, business gathering, or just an excellent place to enjoy amazing food and drinks, I highly recommend Border Brewery. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

Never have I had a more awful BBQ experience. Went here with my family on a Wednesday, their first…read moreday open after Father's Day the prior Sunday. Our server was a nice girl but didn't exude intelligence or personality. I don't say those things as insults, I know a lot of people like that but I don't think that was what we or most people hope for when going to pay an arm and leg for a specialty cuisine like BBQ. We ordered the BBQ sampler for $63 (1/4 lb brisket, 1/4 lb pulled pork, 1/2 rack ribs, potato chips and 2 sides) we added an extra 1/4 lb of brisket and for the sides we chose baked beans and cornbread waffles. The menu said "out of ribs" so in lieu of ribs we ordered Burnt ends which I have been in the mood for and in search of for a while (a lot of bbq places in this area of NH don't have burnt ends) but wait! They had ribs! They didn't have burnt ends... so good job keeping up to date on that menu! So, we got the ribs. The food looked okay when it came out until you looked closer. The whole meal was heavily drizzled with bbq sauce in what I assume was a last ditch effort to make it look appetizing. Usually the moist smoked meats should speak for themselves. They very likely seemed to serve us the leftover Father's Day Brisket and if not, they have really awful, dry, jerky like brisket the entirety of which literally broke apart into dry flakes the second a fork touched it. The pulled pork was also pretty bad. It was charred as if after they pulled it they threw it over an open flame or back on the smoker which isn't commonplace in bbq as it's supposed to be smoked, pulled and served nice and juicy so I assume this was also leftovers. There were sections of it that were charred so bad it was like a burnt chunk of wood that was inedible but a little more than half of the serving was edible with bbq sauce. The Ribs were actually quite good! They were juicy and fell off the bone which is key for good BBQ but they did not redeem the meal yet only added an extra star to this would-have-been 1 star review. The cornbread waffles were floppy and cold, seemed more like an undercooked eggo than a modified cornbread from a good BBQ spot. The beans were fine, nothing to write home about but not disappointing in any notable way. The chips were very good and seemed like they could have been made in house but didn't see or hear anything to confirm this and I wasn't there for chips anyway. My Wife and her Mother both ordered cocktails at $16 a piece, when my wife tried to modify the type of liquor in her cocktail she was told they were batched (pre made In large quantities) with a certain brand of liquor which is not awesome but I guess acceptable for a brewery as it's specialty is supposed to be beer, I did not try any beer as I don't drink much especially on a Wednesday so unfortunately I can't judge the place's brewery ability which also lends itself to the 2nd star. When my wife's cocktail was served the server came out with a shaker and did the performance which I thought was also weird as we had just been told the cocktails are batched so we know you just poured pre batched cocktail in a shaker and shook it. We made our feelings known about the brisket and they were nice enough to refund the extra 1/4 lb we ordered which we did not ingest. The whole meal came out to $147 and we tipped fairly as we really held nothing against the server. They take your card at the door and put a $1 hold on the card which I don't love. After the meal the whole transaction turned into 2 separate transactions for the full amount of close to $200 one of which was taken right out of my bank the other pended for THREE DAYS while my bank held the funds. They should just charge you once the meal is complete. I really question the owners ability to run a business and make smart business decisions including hiring a good Chef. I will not go here ever again and I advise others to stay away unless a change is made. I hope the owner re evaluates his business model and his seriousness to be good because as the only actual bbq place within a high traffic big retail market they really have all the reason to be great. 2 stars. If you read this and say "food costs are high so they can't afford to throw away the leftovers from Father's Day and it's hard to run a small business!" Then maybe should volunteer to be their holiday leftover eater, as the only BBQ place in Salem I'm sure they are not struggling to make it as a small business and it's absolutely unacceptable to serve 3 day old meats. Brisket should be an absolute shining staple of a BBQ restaurant and they should take it very seriously. If these meats weren't leftovers and were in fact prepared the day we dined there then this place really is 1 star and needs to fire its kitchen and get someone serious in there.

This was my nephew's favorite spot, so it felt especially meaningful to be able to honor him there. As a Korean family, sharing Korean BBQ and hot pot together felt very fitting. The food was delicious --fresh, high-quality meats and vegetables, rich and flavorful hot pot broths, and a great selection of soju. The sauce station was also a highlight and really elevated the meal. Everything tasted authentic and thoughtfully prepared. They even offered chicken nuggets and fries for the kids, which is such a considerate touch. So many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food. What we will remember most, though, is the compassion and kindness shown by Jason and the staff. They created a warm, welcoming space during an incredibly difficult time and made it easier for our family to come together, share memories, and celebrate my nephew! We are truly grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend this restaurant--not only for the excellent food, but especially for the people and the care they show their guests.

We've eaten here about a dozen times across all the seasons including a lovely relaxing Christmas Eve dinner and on New Year's Eve. Now to food recommendations/ what to expect - the menu changes weekly based on seasonality and availability of the best ingredients. The banchan / small bites offered always include the incredible (not to be missed!) pickled eggplant - a sweet and savory soft pickled eggplant finished with fragrant garlic oil -- and traditional cabbage kimchi. Soy brined peppers and other pickled vegetables are often on order as well to tease the palate / add some punchy vegetable accent to your meal. The entrees typically include a few vegetable forward dishes, cold & hot. Almost always a mandu (Korean dumpling) with varied filling and delicate sauces. If braised beef is on order - get it! Also anything with ground brisket or house sausage wrapped in chard. We've had some great braised chicken dishes as well. Vegetarians and vegans will find thoughtful dishes here also! The house made sodas are lovely and refreshing - also rotate seasonally. Some favorites have included fennel, chamomile and rhubarb shrub-type offerings, never overly sweet. The buckwheat tea is earthy and warming. To finish your meal, two deserts are typically offered with one usually being a sorbet or soft serve - rice, miso, sesame, squash and even tomato flavors have appeared in the soft serve menu in past months. So so so good. There is also usually another sweet-savory option alongside the soft serve dish. We always get both. We are consistently impressed with Damgeuda and love bringing visiting friends from the beyond the surrounding areas to enjoy. While I'm fortunate enough to live less than 10 minutes from Damgeuda, I'd happily visit from farther afield. Make a trip to Haverhill - you'll enjoy it!

When owner Rob greeted us warmly at the door, we looked around and figured that we had entered an Irish pub or Bistro, since Keon's is relatively small and unimpressive as a structure. However, any doubts we had about the place were quickly dispelled by our server, Kayla, who told us a bit about the menu. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. So awesome was the food that it felt as though we had gone to a community theatre and discovered that we were at the Royal Shakespeare Company. Each dish was beautifully plated and distinctly delicious, with the accompaniments perfect for the featured protein. The chef knows how to create and present "fine dining." Specifics: We had warm bread with a delicious home made hummus, with lemon and garlic. For an appetizer, we chose the " steak bomb egg rolls" which were served with a very tasty remoulade. We each had an entree. My partner took Three Brothers, a dish that offered shrimp, chicken, and beef tenderloin with haricot verts and whipped Yukon potatoes with lemon basil supreme sauce. I had the pan seared scallops, which were served with roasted cauliflower puree, and apple smoked bacon with dijon and golden raison chutney. For dessert, we had a very ample carrot cake. We enjoyed choosing 2 beers on tap: Stella Artois and Allagash White. We were totally delighted with the ambiance and quality of Keon's, and although the prices may seem high, they are totally justified by the fine dining experience that we had. When we left, Keon's was full to capacity, with a few people hoping to get in.
