This burger stop is my go to place after a long day of school. All bad reviews are lying and this store is great with lots of quantity and quality, good ambiance, and good service. I will NOT, let ANYONE criticize this spot. read more

If it was fast food or a drive through id probably give this a 4 or 5 stars. But not only is free parking hard to find around this location but it takes awhile to get your food and well... its not a sit down burger. Its somewhere between a fast food and sit down burger and the restaurant is also somewhere between a fast food and sit down place. All and all nothing to complain about and nothing to love. Good food for the price but im not sure when i would ever come back. Service was 10/10 though. read more

Don't get me wrong the burgers and onion rings were very good. However with that said I had higher hopes with regard to the flavor of the beef. Not bad but nothing special. Service here is order at the counter and wait for your number to be called. The atmosphere was kind of cool, sort of an industrial look. Would I go out of my way to go back... No. If you happen to have an EV they have 2 chargers available which are free for the first 4 hours. A local favorite. The food is always good, especially like their home, cut fries. Breakfast is my go to, a good variety of food. The waitresses are always on point and friendly. read more

Not a good burger, imho. It seems like they bought the patties from Costco. It was more of an injection-molded puck than a hand formed patty. Everything else was fine. They have a good soda fountain with the flavor selector, so you can get lime coke or peach coke, etc... read more

Going here for a few years now. I still love it! Lately been getting the Uburger with cheese and their special sauce. It's delicious! Their fries with bacon and cheese are awesome too! They don't skimp on those fries. I love to dip them in sriracha and ketchup. It's an interesting combo. Trust me on this. They stopped putting the sriracha out though and I miss it. Also, the fountain drinks are great. They have one of those Coke machines that you could choose from a bunch of different varieties. It's a must try burger place. read more

Narrow menu but if you want burgers, fries, salads and beer - and you want it FAST - they are your vendor! Burgers are a bit smaller than I'd like and they won't prepare them to order (rare, etc.) which I REALLY don't like. read more

The burgers and fries were surprisingly delicious. The ambiance was, well, let's just say basic but not offensive. If I was still 18, it would be perfect. But I was there for the food, not the environment. read more

I never write reviews but I was inspired to do so tonight. The hamburgers were overcooked and tasteless. I am not sure they were made of beef. This is American food at it's worst. read more

If you want to overpay for a cheeseburger worse than McDonald's, this is your place! Enjoy a preformed, frozen, gray meat patty that you'll want to throw up minutes later. Uburger is my favorite fast food burger. It is consistently good. My go to splurge.

I will say that the fries served are 10/10. All cooked fresh right in front of you and much better than I had hoped. The only thing that made me make this a 4 star instead of a 5 star is the burger. The taste was t an issue it was the texture. The burger bun didn't come toasted and it made the burger as a whole become a bit soggy and took away a lot of the texture as the quality of the ingredients are very good. Definitely worth a visit just hope they start toasting the buns. read more

I just finished eating here. I chose this place based on Yelp reviews. What a mistake that was! It turns out that New England foodies can't spot pre made pre formed patties on a burger. The juices aren't from the burger, they're from the water logged lettuce. No seasoning on the burger, even less on onion rings! Didn't spot a single fleck of pepper in the coating. $25 for this? Should've gone to Burger King! I'd be less disappointed! Most of the tables were dirty. The highlight of this meal was getting diet Barqs root beer! read more

My first, and last, time at UBurger. Good fries, but I spent $18 for a cheeseburger, fries, and a fountain drink - and the burger I got was just, well - it was fine (way too salty), and somewhat better than a burger that you'd get from McDonald's or Burger King, but for $18 I'd expect a burger meal that was more than just "somewhat better" than a McD's or BK meal. read more

One of the perks of my job is that I get to work all over and every now and then I come across burger joints I would never find on my own. This place is one of them. What a gem! Tucked right in the corner of a plaza strip they serve the best fries you can find in a 50 miles radius, me personally I don't remember having better fries than this one, honestly. Crispy, dry and tasty, I can't put into words how delicious these fries are, you gotta taste it, to be honest this was my very first visit and I hope they can replicate well so you can have the same experience I just did. As I placed my order for a Ucheeseburger with bacon I noticed in the back a sink filled with water and potato skin so I assume they cut the fresh fries every day, no wonder they're so good. The burger is also good. The place is clean and the staff courteous. I paid $17 for a to go combo. The package was well done and made to keep everything warm and fresh. read more

Burger was way too salty , fries would have been good if they weren't over salted and the bun was light and dry. Service was not good. Three guys go in order three burgers and they only cooked two. She claims she never heard the first guy ask for a burger. Why would three men wait in line and order just two burgers. When I paid for the third burger and I was seated outside waiting. She left the burger in a bag and waited for me to come in and get it, instead of bringing it to me after she screwed up my order. The place wasn't too busy that she couldn't have brought it out. I love burgers recommend Mooyah. I'll never go back to Uburger. read more

Better than five guys and shake shack, equal to smash burger. I get the sense that they wanna become the next SmashBurger. They are very helpful and able to accommodate allergies. I like how they ask if it's an allergy or sensitivity (gluten free for me). Overall pleasant experience. One star removed for no outdoor setting, very uncomfortable indoor seats and the tables were all kinda sticky like new paint read more

What?? A burger bun that doesn't crumble and sog for the entire meal? To be honest, this was the highlight of my experience at Uburger. (I would have loved to have a sesame seed bun option too) I'm not sure what everyone else is complaining about and really think this place deserves 4 stars. The food is quite good here, well presented, and tastes high quality. I think the prices are pretty fair, given that you're in Andover ($$$) - with a decently diverse menu for a "fast food joint". The burger patties themselves are a little small (reason for docking 1 star), but the grilled chicken on sandwiches and side orders of fries were plenty big. Sweet potato fries were some of the freshest I've ever had. Didn't even require salt, which is unheard of from my fry-eating experience and love of sodium. I liked this trendy spot and so did my fiancé who can put down a lot of food. We left full and happy. Beers were a fair size with a decent selection on tap. This place may be run by a bunch of young adults on an average day, but they do a nice job. We will come back. read more

April 21, 2016 Called ahead and order two jalapeño burgers, was surprised when I heard it would take only 5 minutes. The burgers were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. My Mother loved the house spread and barbeque sauces. I barely had to wait to pick it up, around 5:30, only two other people ahead of me. The cashier girl was friendly and cute. holla @me. read more

In all fairness I met up with a friend here about 2 weeks ago and totally forgot to ad this review. The '2' stars are NOT from me...I'm being generous because my friend felt his burger was ok ..Okay meaning so-so. I'm not one to ever order a burger under any circumstances. But fries, I will try So, after ordering we sat & sat& sat..... I kept looking at the person behind the counter who kept looking at me? My that was strange.... All I could think of is that it was an off time & the place was nearly empty... Which should have made the wait time less? Nope.... Finally it was time to go up to the counter & get our order. I thought, what is it? But kept quiet. I watched while my dining companion ate thinking .. this isn't good. The fries I'd ordered I just picked at. .. Drinks were self serve and the area could have been kept up a lot cleaner .. another red flag. I'm sorry, but I just couldn't wait to get back it of there read more

My son loved the burger and fries said it was equal to smash burger and better than Shake shack. The only issue with this restaurant was the lack of a restroom, otherwise everything else was perfect read more

Very good food quick easy. Very clean and nice inside. Large portions. Would highly recommend!

We weren't too impressed with this highly hyped joint. I had the haddock burger which tasted like it came straight from the freezer and way WAY over done. I'll also mention that the house made tarter sauce tasted like a simple mayo/sweet relish, not really a true tarter sauce. It was so dry, I really needed that $2.35 soda. My guy had a grilled chicken burger (both sandwiches were served on the same, very mediocre bun). He was less than impressed with his sandwich. We also ordered a large fries to share. For $4, I expected a larger amount (the fries come in a small paper basket that isn't as large as a small fry from Burger King) not to mention that they, too were a good bit on the over done side. $27 for 2 people! I'll just go down the road to the new Town Market and get fresh product and nice size portion of what I order for the same amount money. read more

PACKED for lunch. Had a burger in a lettuce wrap and sweet potato fries. Burger was good, nothing special--probably my fault for ruining it with lettuce tho. Sweet potato fries were legit. Super crisp outside and fluffy inside. Onion rings were also delicious. Pretty expansive menu for a burger joint w/ build your own options. Will be back for the fries if anything! read more

Not enough seating! The problem is exacerbated by people reserving tables as soon as they walk in, rather than waiting to sit until they have their food. (Time to put up a sign to discourage this!?!) So many tables are taken by people in line and other people waiting for food that there is no place to sit when you're ready to eat. Take what you need only when you need it, and there would be enough for everyone. Also, this place is expensive... Three burgers, two shakes, one large fries came to $38.00! And they're not as good as nearby Sauce, which has far better buns. read more

Waited forever for this place to open and OMG it was SO worth the wait! The staff is awesome. They are so friendly and professional. The burgers are soooo good and the fresh cut fries and onion rings are to die for. It is a scary situation that this place is so close to me because I am going to be tempted to come here all the time now! Thank you to the staff for being so great to us. TIP: This place is BUSY (because it's so good, duh!). I mean, busy as in there's a line out the door sometimes. My advice is to go during the day when Phillips Andover students are in class or else you may be waiting a while and have trouble finding a seat. read more
