The food is fine but the service not that good. I wish they don't have to yell the order number, it just felt like they been shouting at us read more

Uburger - Burgers Near Me - Andover, Massachusetts

Not very good at all! The burger was very much like McDonalds, gray in color and below average beef (if you can call it that). It is overpriced as well. If you want a legit burger, FudRuckers is the best... read more

Uburger: German for terrible If you want a high priced burger on a doughy undercooked bun, this is the place for you. Gave it a 2nd try to confirm before posting, but have to agree what others have pointed out. It's just high priced fast food. Go to a local diner or five guys to get your moneys worth. read more

I've been here multiple times over the past few weeks. The restaurant is in a nice location, easily accessible in busy downtown Andover. The interior looks modern, but with wood walls. I usually get the All-In burger with sweet potato fries and a shake. Now the shake and sweet potato fries are usually pretty good. However, the burger tends to be a little small, and if there's cheese in it it can be a little overpowering. Another thing to keep note of is that the place is pricey! If you get a shake, burger, and fries, you can easily be looking at an almost $20 meal. In my opinion, while the fries and shakes are quite good, the burgers don't match up to local places like Fuddruckers in nearby North Andover. read more

Uburger - All-In burger, the bacon was a little overpowering - Burgers Near Me - Andover, Massachusetts

You let me order from a restaurant that was closed at 9 PM and restaurant sent me a message that they delivered order at my hotel door at 12 the next day that I left at 7 am like comon for bth - 10000 is my review read more

So I had a free 15$ to spend here from a Nift promotion and I chose to walk out after experiencing the worst customer service from a cashier. The food could be good, I don't know because mid way while placing my order I was so put off by there attitude and and lack of customer service told them to forget about it and left. I might add that it was pouring rain and I chose to go to another establishment and spend my own money. read more

I have been going to u burger forever when I found out one opened so close to my house I flipped. As far as chain burger joints go this is the best. Get the cowboy burger you won't be sorry. And the fries are always amazing. Only note is don't take it to go the delicious grease in the burger will ruin your car seats. read more

I don't understand how this restaurant doesn't have higher ratings. It's great! The burgers and fries are delicious and the shakes aren't bad either. read more

This place is delicious way better than five guys and in N out. HOWEVER. It is way to overpriced so bring a heavy wallet if you plan to order a lot of food. read more

Great location and friendly staff! Burger is juicy and tasty but fries are oily. Burger King onion rings tastes better and I was disappointed. I love the many choices on the menu as well as drinks! read more

Made our first venture to the newly opened UBURGER in Andover. Big burger fans that we are, it pains to say that we were highly disappointed. We ordered their 'build-your-own' burger. Both orders were overcooked and bland to the taste. While the sweet potato fries and onion rings were better, the main event (I.e. the burgers) was very disappointing. Nothing more, really, than premium-priced fast food. We'll not be back... at least anytime soon. read more

After a year of waiting for this place to open, when they finally did, I got a lukewarm reception. They didn't have their take out menus printed yet. I explained to a young man that I owned a business 1 mile from them and many times I needed to call in an order because of my short lunch breaks. This is what he told me verbatim - "Well, as long as we're not busy, we'll pick up the phone." Really? I asked. You should be so fortunate. I went there to order and was very disappointed in the lack of flavor the burger had (I like spicy) and the sweet potato fries were barely warm, mushy and had an unusual after taste, not to mention, a stone-faced staff who could barely crack a smile. They seemed Zombie like. For nearly $13 for fries and a burger...I'm all set. read more

We came here for lunch and ordered ucheeseburger, fries with cheese and bacon, and a strawberry malt. Also got two drinks from the cooler, the total came up to $21.74. The food was horrible. The malt had no malt, burger wasn't anything special (I'll go to McDonald's next time), the bacon on the fries was not cooked enough and was rubbery, and the cheese on the fries had a weird grainy texture and didn't taste right (it must have gone bad, but they served it anyways). And that's what you get for $22?! Never again. I would give it zero stars if I could. read more

As a reviewer stated earlier, it is really just a very expensive McDonalds. When it first opened the burgers were fantastic but as time has passed the food and preparation are just not that good. In fact, I would say that the other chains like Wendy's, Burger King or McDonald's do a better job of preparation. The food is really no better than these other establishments the only difference is twice the cost. It is clear they are preying on the local students who have limited options, unfortunately, that is not a good business plan. I will not be back... nor will my student. read more

I called in an order for two burgers: the basic cheese burger and one with a whole bunch of toppings. They told me only five minutes which seemed super fast. Took us slightly longer to get there. The restaurant was packed. There's no separate line for pick-ups so I got stuck behind 5 other customers including two girls who were giggling, flirting and taking forever as they spoke with the boy working the register. He even tried to take off to chat more before the woman directly in front of me objected. Yikes. So, the food is good. Decently priced and whatever the house sauce is was really tasty. Looked very cramped if you wanted to dine in and the noise level was super loud for the small space. I noticed some good beer flavors on tap. If I lived a bit closer then I might go back but I wouldn't make a special trip there again. read more

Prices were very reasonable. Grilled sweet chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries were really good. Someone I was with got the spicy crispy chicken sandwich (served with bluecheese) and thought it was it great. We aren't from Andover but will return if we find ourself in the area. read more

Wanted to try a new burger place today. I regret going to this restaurant. The burger tasted like cafeteria lunch meat and the restrooms are in a creepy basement. read more

We were drawn in by the design of the sign and atmosphere which led us to believe it was a burger restaurant. Once inside we recognized that this was a glorified fast food joint with over priced options. $20 got us 2 skimpy "premium" patties, minimal toppings and a small fry. The customization burger option is an interesting idea, but left us disappointed with scarce burgers. Would not recommend and I would go out of my way to not come here again. read more

Nice workers. Set up like five guys. Burgers taste like McDonald's. They should make their own burgers, the prepressed ones usually don't taste as good. I didn't try the fries. My kid wanted a grilled cheese which wasn't on the menu but they were happy to accommodate. Extra star for that. read more

The cashier taking my order complained to me about how it was getting busy then my friend told me she was talking shit about her coworkers when she took her order. It wasnt pleasant. Then she gave my friend a water cup and she filled it with juice and she walked up to our table and made my friend dump it out which was just about the dumbest shit ive ever witnessed. Even if it werent for that girl i wouldnt bother cause the food wasnt that great read more

Uburger awesome burger, fast service, and the owner was very attentive with out being intrusive. Definitely coming back.

Yes, good burgers for sure. I love the veggie burger! I've also had the chicken sandwich, all outstanding. French fries are 'okay'. We want to go back and have one of those great looking milk shakes! read more

Good burger - bun big cold doughy - but insides great - fries and frappes r winners too !

Went back and this time was amazing! Burgers were great and food was hot.

If it was possible to give these guys zero stars I would. Went there for a chicken sandwich and a burger both where DISGUSTING! The chicken was burnt and sour, the burger was greasy tasteless and just completely unacceptable. My wife called the management to complain, and they could not have been RUDER!!! The repose was "We can't do anything, it happens." Actually there is a lot you can do about it, and you can start by not treating us with disrespect. You can remake my food and not burn it, you could offer me credit towards my next meal in the HOPE that you cooks give two cents next time, or you could give me a refund and not just prove that you don't care about your customers. They survive off the kids in Andover but if you're an adult don't bother coming here, or if you do I hope they treat you better than they treated us, my wife was heart broken that she had wasted money and and had to throw out our lunch. read more

So glad they are open again!!! The gas situation was horrible for businesses like this. Got a uBurger at lunch today and better than I remembered! read more

Better than fast food, but not super impressed. Can only get a med well burger, which isn't my preference. Sweet potato fries were good.

We ordered burgers fries and onion rings. Everything was great. Can't wait to go back.

I love this place, great staff, food is so fast and delicious. I'd eat here everyday if I could.

Was great when first opened but went there today and burger was over cooked and tasteless, bun not fresh, onion rings were cold and I had to ask them to refil the soda machine as all diet products were out. Never going back. For the money you pay go to Sauce on Essex Street, they have never disappointed us!! read more

Though I've only tried the french fries they were very good, and I would definitely recommend this place over any other to someone who's looking for a more satisfying burger joint than some other restaraunts read more

The onion rings needed a lot more salt and the food is very overpriced but he coco shake is very good

Gave this place a shot because I've always enjoyed the ones in Boston and I'm originally from the area. Food was ok but the man at the desk this afternoon was beyond short with myself and other customers. Two walked out and didn't come back. Alienated people for whatever they asked for to the extent that it was intimidating and everyone rushed to complete their order. Apparently this is with the cashier was aiming for because it soon as the line cleared he was smiling playing games or sending messages on his cell phone. read more

Did the create your own burger with double patties, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and mushrooms. It was made pretty quick. The actual burger was pretty delicious, but the price was ridiculous. Save your money & go to McDonald's. read more

Tasty food but that's about it. Not sure why the prices are higher than that of which are reflected online at any of the Boston sites for uburger. Burgers are priced fairly. Drinks, fries, and anything else not so great on pricing. Two burgers and a fries and a ring will cost you about $23-25 dollars. Honestly, for the quality of meat and the price - I'd rather spend the money at McDonald's or burger king. ACTUALLY - just go to Sauce for your burgers. It's right behind memorial hall library. read more

I'm giving them two starts because sauce was good but my burger looked like a patty from any other fast food place. Lots of those clear fatty looking things, it wasn't even that warm my cheese was barely melted. Overall bad experience I wouldn't go back esp seeing I paid $7 for it! read more

Really good burger and onion rings and they have a beer tap with a few good beers - Evan a good IPA for all you real beer lovers.

I've been a long time fan of UBurger. I was so so sad when they closed the Downtown Boston location, but eagerly awaited this location to open up. I came here once a few months ago, and service was slow, but the food was of good quality as expected. But I am seriously disappointed by my experience tonight. I was so excited to go to Uburger tonight, and I checked the hours to make sure they'd be open past 9. I called around 9:30.... And nobody picked up. I called twice more and again there was no answer. At this point I was pulling in the parking lot. I didn't want to arrive too late and burden the employees, so that's why I tried to call ahead. Well, when I got there, all chairs were stacked on the tables and nobody was in sight. I was seriously so frustrated. If you don't plan to stay open for your advertised hours, then at least adjust them! I've loved UBurger for a long while but will no longer be a customer. It's inexcusable for a location to have shotty service especially as a small company. Quality assurance is not difficult with only a few locations. Consider other options before heading here. read more

A decent burger in the increasingly competitive premium burger space. I went with the house cheeseburger to gauge it against the competition. Bun is somewhere between a potato roll and a Kaiser- not super soft but not overly dry either. Size is between a Fuddruckers/Sauce ( a local joint) and 5 Guys/Shake Shack/Tasty Burger. Of all of those, this fits somewhere in the middle. As a local I'll probably come again but I wouldn't drive out of my way for this. I did think the fries were great, they are the small McDs-type which I do like. My buddy and spent $27 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, a Coke and a Frappe which seems about what the new non fast food/junk food burger joints run now. read more

Glad to see this place finally open in Andover. A nice addition to the area, since the only other good walk-in burger place in the area is Sauce. Really good burger and amazing fries. Soooooo much better than Five Guys. read more
