I'm all in for the all-in burger. It's as good as a burger can get. Tasty each and every time.

Going here for a few years now. I still love it! Lately been getting the Uburger with cheese and their special sauce. It's delicious! Their fries with bacon and cheese are awesome too! They don't skimp on those fries. I love to dip them in sriracha and ketchup. It's an interesting combo. Trust me on this. They stopped putting the sriracha out though and I miss it. Also, the fountain drinks are great. They have one of those Coke machines that you could choose from a bunch of different varieties. It's a must try burger place.

Since my kids love Uburger so does mommy specially the sweet potato fries with a bottle of Coors Light. Crunchy, slightly sweet, sweet potato fries will always be my stable here.

I ordered an all in burger, is so big and juicy it's just melts in your mouth. I also ordered side onion rings, it's so fresh and crispy.

It's an ok burger. Nicely salted, not as tender as I normally like. They could be a bit more creative with the sauces/creations. Very nice service at the counter.

I suppose "rustic" would be a good term to describe the interior. The menu offers steaks at prices you'd have a difficult time finding elsewhere in the area, plus chicken, lamb, veal, and interesting specials. Our large group was seated over two tables, which worked well for us in terms of quality conversation among interested folks. Service was quick, friendly, and professional, and all our dinners came out at the same time. We ordered a few appetizers. They were good but a little inconsistent. The mozzarella sticks, homemade, were a little unconventional, with a panko-mozzarella crust. Better, in my opinion, were the buffalo chicken tenders. I mis-read the description of my Argentine Bowl, thinking it was more of a salad. It was steak tips, avocado, tomatoes, and black beans over rice, quite tasty. The person sitting next to me ordered a dinner special the lamb shank osso bucco. While the meat was delicious and tender, it could have had even more seasoning on it, and there was an unexpected amount of fat on the shank. Parking is a little awkward given the shape of the shopping center, and the location of the restaurant. It was nice to see signs designating spaces closest to the restaurant reserved for their customers. This restaurant was the go-to restaurant for the family hosting the dinner event. I can understand why, and I wholeheartedly agree.

But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

Buffalo Wings: Good number of wings, I think 8 or 10, but all on the small side. Not really crisp, but mostly tender. Some were dry, some were juicy. Ordinary Buffalo sauce. A runner brought the wings and left. No blue cheese. I waited and waited to ask the server for some, but she was nowhere to be found. Had to ask a hostess for it - she said it doesn't come automatically, you have to ask. Sheesh. Tavern Burger: A grilled non-smashburger, with strong grilled flavor and nailed the medium rare. Good juiciness. Good condiments (LTO and creamy sauce) on brioche. Solid. Onion Rings: I opted for the $3 premium to swap out the fries and swap in onion rings with the burger. A mere handful, but THICK. If you'd like this style, you might like these. Seemed like a mass-produced product. Lots of seasoning visually on the outside, but still no flavor. Very bready between the onion and the outside crumbage. Not a fan, but your mileage may vary. Didn't see much of my server. Which is understandable if the place is packed, but at late afternoon, it wasn't. Everything took a little longer than it should. Would have ordered another beer if asked. Overall, not bad, just very ordinary. The parking, though it'll cost you a buck, is great. So there's that.

For…read morecontext, I love burgers, eat them often, and have tried most of the big and small names (with the exception of In-N-Out, which I'll finally be trying in March). I ordered a double char combo with fries and a drink, keeping all the toppings as they come. I always do this on a first visit to establish a baseline. The first red flag was how quickly the food came out--within seconds. If a burger is being cooked fresh, it simply can't be ready in under a minute. That's not the case at places like Shake Shack or Five Guys, where you actually wait for the burger to be cooked. This felt more in line with what you'd expect at a traditional fast-food chain like Burger King. Flavor-wise, the burger reminded me a lot of a Double Whopper with cheese, as both have that charred profile. Unfortunately, the Whopper is actually more flavorful--and bigger. The fries were completely average and forgettable. I ended up leaving half the burger and half the fries, which anyone who knows me will tell you is almost unheard of. Will I give it another shot? No chance. The food at Shake Shack is vastly superior, and surprisingly, the combo there is cheaper by over a dollar. The Habit combo came in just under $17, while the same combo at Shake Shack is under $16. The overall experience was also bland and cold. There's no real interaction--you order on a screen, the food appears, and you grab it from the counter. Even Shake Shack and Five Guys, despite being partially automated, still feel like there are actual people preparing your food. Bottom line: if you're considering Habit Burger, you're better off going to your nearest Shake Shack. And if it's that charred flavor you're after, you'd honestly be better served at Burger King.
