$9 for two scoops garlic rice, and a skewer of chicken butt, bbq pork, fried fish cake, fried lobster ball, and fried quail egg. Chicken butt - 4 pieces. should have gotten three of these and a quail..one of my favs. Get this one !!! Sweet. Bbq pork - 3 pieces. Chicken was better but dipped in the vinegar alongside the crunchy bits, it wasn't bad at all. Lobster ball - 2 pieces. Tastes like the ones at h mart. Would pass next time. Fish cake - 3 pieces. Slightly chewy with some crisp from the fryer. Okay. Quail egg - 6 pieces. This was one of my favorites. Crunchy from the batter (I have no idea why it's orange) and then creamy from the yolk. Also kinda chewy from the batter but I think this made me rapture lol The garlic rice isn't super garlicky but it had good texture. Chewy and not dry nor soft. I guess if you MUST get rice, you can, but this was aite. Service was helpful since I had some questions. Kikiam = fish cake. Overall, I would come back for the chicken and the quail eggs. I wasn't aware some of the skewers were fried, but I wish I made more room for the chicken. If it weren't for the vinegar, this place would lack a star.

Located where Little Dim Sum used to be, near Seafood City, is this new Filipino eatery. The moment I saw the sign for this Pinoy joint, I had my heart set on checking it out. I came right when they opened on a Friday. It's a small little place with a couple Filipino desserts on the side on display for sale. Up at the main counter is where you order your food. This is not a Filipino turo-turo restaurant where food is already made, instead you order the food and then they make it. They have combo deals that includes rice and soup for dine in only. 1 item combo starts at $4.99 up to $8.50. 2 item combo starts at $6.40 up to $9. I chose to get the $8.50 1 item combo with the Bistek Tagalog while my friend got the $5.99 1 item combo with Pinakbet with Pork. First served to us was the free soup that comes with the combo. It's a fairly simple soup with cabbage. It was a little salty but was ok. Not bad but not the best either. It's basic broth with a little salt and greens I had high expectations for my Bistek Tagalog. The traditional beef with onion dish is one of my favorite Filipino dishes and I couldn't wait to see how it was here. When my combo came out, I was surprised with the portion I saw. It was a couple pieces of beef spread out in the container with a bunch of onions. It was small for an $8.50 price and I was disappointed up front. I however hoped that taste wise my initial disappointment would diminish. Honestly it was ok until I noticed it was a bit on the greasy side. The accompanying rice was also not too good. My friend even made a comment it's the lower grade type of rice. Similarly my friend's Pinakbet with Pork was also a small portion with mostly veggies and little pork. Lastly we tried their pichi pichi for dessert. The coconut rice cake was ok. I had been looking forward to checking this place out and unfortunately the prices and what we got just didn't match. My $8.50 combo which consisted of a low grade, hard rice, a bunch of onions and little meat in greasy sauce. It unfortunately was not worth that $8.50. This prices here a lot too compared to other Filipino eateries. I'm all for freshly made food and perhaps this is the reason for the high price but the sadly quality and quantity wasn't there with what I got.

Steamed or grilled? 3 big pieces. Difficult to chew. Weird taste. Has food coloring.

Big cuts, stingy pork intestines. I couldnt swallow or eat. I want to return them or wont return there at all! If I get a tummy ache they're the culprit. My jaw hurts...their food has food coloring too. Weird taste

All grilled and ready to eat! Pick ears, chicken intestines, pork intestines, fish balls.

The parentals and I came here just to check it out. My dad has always seen this place but never checked it out until I urged him to go in. The place is small. The staff was friendly. We ordered the inihaw (grilled meats on a stick). We got a few of the pork ear, pork intestines, chicken intestines, and fish balls. We noticed they have other items on the menu. We didn't order any of it because we just wanted a quick snack. By the way, each skewer was $1 and I believe they only have this available during the weekends. Anyhow, the pig ears were amazing. There was enough crunch because of the cartilage and then when you dip it in vinegar, it tastes even better. The intestines were okay. I'm not a fan but I still eat it. The fish balls were good. There was also kikiam, hot dogs, chicken and pork skewers - we didn't see this until we already paid. There's always next time. Overall, we will be back. The skewers were awesome and we now want to try the other dishes that they have.

Very disappointed! They serve burnt food! When I complained that their bbq meat are burnt the owners son says that's how we serve it! Really? He did not even try to communicate with me further! Went on about his business. Burnt meat is bad! Burnt food cause cancer! Since I am forced to check a star, I will acknowledge that Ma Jing is really nice.

BBQ on a stick with passion fruit iced tea is the best combination for summer!

I stopped in with my niece to have drinks and try out the BBQ on a stick. I am a big fan of street foods. The initial plan was to grab BBQ sticks but I couldn't resist trying out the salted pepper pork chops. The BBQ are awesome, they go so well with the passion fruit iced tea - they use real passion fruit with good quality tea! Salted pepper pork chops are much better than I've had in other places, crispy outside soft inside. Want to go back and try other BBQ!

Their food was oily. The female cashier was not friendly at all. It's hard to park. I would never go back here.

I had a craving for egg rolls, so I logged onto Yelp and found a spot in Carson. I had actually…read moredriven past Tita Celia's before but had never stopped in, so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant is tucked into a corner of a busy parking lot, but I was able to find a spot easily. The outside has a charming look that reminded me of a little island hut , with beautiful trees and green trim that give it a welcoming feel. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the aroma of food cooking in the kitchen. The staff welcomed me as I approached the cafeteria-style food counter. The menu hangs above, making it easy to look through the options. I asked about their veggie egg rolls, which were displayed in a separate case along with lumpia and other tempting treats. While learning about their veggie egg rolls and other dishes, I decided to order the egg rolls and was also drawn to the cantaloupe drink. On a warm day, the thin slices of cantaloupe floating in the drink looked so refreshing. The prices were very reasonable, and the egg roll itself was a great size. It also came with a dipping sauce that paired perfectly. I sat down to enjoy my lunch, and it did not disappoint. The vinegar-based sauce complemented the egg roll nicely, and the sweet cantaloupe drink balanced everything out for a great sweet-and-savory combo. Before leaving, I even bought another egg roll to take home. The staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed my lunch. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other dishes on the menu.

On Sunday, 3/1, I ordered catering for my son's birthday -- a tray of pancit, 150 pieces of egg…read morerolls, a tray of steamed rice, and a tray of mechado. The food was good and met expectations -- no complaints there. However, I was very disappointed with the $60 delivery fee to travel just 5 miles to the park. That charge felt excessive and left a negative impression. While the food quality was solid, the delivery cost makes me reconsider ordering again.
