Salads at small bar-and-grill operations are sometimes a dicey bet, but Mio Saloon nailed it. Don't get me wrong--this place hasn't been yuppified. It's still a down to earth small town bar catering to a biker clientele. It also seems to be a spot where locals just meet to have lunch and chat, dragging the kids along.
