The eggs are usually cold, pancakes are hard & rubbery, French toast is burnt, and the biscuits for the biscuits & gravy are doughy (the sausage gravy is good). We've tried it a few times and the same thing each time. When we were there two weeks ago for the breakfast buffet... we noticed that the pan of eggs & pancakes was sitting on the counter behind the waitress station for 15 minutes getting cold before being put out on the buffet. We've finally decided not to go for the breakfast buffet anymore.

It came with staled chips. Very disappointed. My husband ordered a cheeseburger. He said it was ok. I cant even see giving it a second chance which many times I give to a restaurant.

Unfortunately, this is the second bad prime rib I have gotten at the Fox Den. I am not picky and just want consistency in a restaurant. For over $30 you have a consistent product or don't offer that item. Since you advertise it as a restaurant specialty you should really stand behind the quality a little better. Maybe offer to replace it with a fresh cut. Overall, I am sure we will go there again, just not as often.
