We first tried takeout from here, and ordered a $150 platter at the strong recommendation from our friends. It was absolutely incredible and was actually a great value considering it gave our family of four multiple meals over a week. Then we went in person last night with friends. Even though they don't take reservations and waits can be long, it was worth it given the ambiance and unlimited tea they serve to guests waiting to be seated. The best! This new Middle Eastern restaurant is top notch. From its food to its service is A+ . They serve hummus with fresh bread and falafel with keba as appetizers. I highly recommend the ribs and the mixed grill tray. It has a mixture of rice, chicken, and meats. Made freshly from the kitchen to your table the food couldn't have been any better! They have a mixture of different middle eastern dishes and a variety of drinks to choose from. Prices are very reasonable and have generous portions. What I love most is the service above all. Muna, our lovely waitress took good care of us and made sure everyone was satisfied. There's a generous amount of parking and is wheelchair accessible for all. Excellent authentic Cuisine. The food portions are generous, be ready for left overs. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. Had the Falafel sandwich with a salad. I'll start this review with the food. Food was very good, the dish I had is called the beef shawarma. The dish is full of flavor and portions are just right to be full and happy. I'm glad my daughter and wife liked the food as this was their first time trying shawarmas. The price of the food and portions is definitely well worth it. The service is what brings this place down to a three stars. The waitress that attended us seemed very distracted to her surroundings and didn't really explain the menu to me and my family as we are not familiar with the food and drinks. The waitress only stopped by our table once to see if we were okay and that was only due to another waitress telling her we needed service. Normally the drinks arrive first and then the food but in our case it was the other way around. The drinks came half way through our meal and we were stuck drinking the water given. The ambiance of the restaurant is good, very clean and welcoming. As we were seated the gentleman greeting guests poured samples of coffee for a warm taste, which the coffee sample was very good and strong definitely recommend if you're trying to wake up. Other than that food was good just needs service improvements and this restaurant definitely gets 5 stars. I will come back for a second try and recommend to others. read more

For the first few months after its opening this was my favorite restaurant for arabic food. However, it looks like as they got more busy they started cutting corners. I took some friends to dinner there yesterday and was disappointed with the changes. - the dishes now have less meat in them. - the bread was burned. - the table was a cheap narrow one from costco and is not covered with table cloth. - kunafeh was overpriced. $36 for two small plates. - the music was too loud. The food was OK but the service was very slow very confusing at best. It took forever to get a table then when we finally got seated it took another 10 minutes + to for someone to take our order. They had no table appetizers the meals didn't came out together. There was at least a 25 min wait between my kids food and the adults food coming out. At the end of our meal they tried clearing the table with us sitting there only to feel rushed when they clearly weren't quick to serve us. Then the wait for the bill was taking forever. the kids were feeling antsy so I told them to go to the car and I stayed at the table waiting for the bill. Next thing My wife called me telling me that they think we are trying to leave without paying. They came running out after my family I go to the cashier and talk to the manager and the waiter, They claimed that they looked for me at the table and didn't find me even though wallah I didn't leave the table we won't be returning because of customer service. Best Arabic food I have had in a long time. If you go, you should definitely try the lentil soup, fresh juices and the dawali. They were delicious!! They have a nice variety of dishes.
