Update David called around 1:20p and apologized. I explained to him I came from Maplefalls for this appointment, that's why I made one. It's a 45 minute drive 1 way and 1/4 tank of gas round trip, with gas so high I really don't have the money to drive around aimlessly. He didn't seem to be bothered by that at all. At the time, I was told to return once I had finished breastfeeding to complete my last treatment. When I was done breastfeeding, I called to schedule my final session and specifically explained my situation to the employee who booked my appointment. A few weeks later, I drove an hour to my appointment, only to be told that I could not be treated because too much time had passed since my last session and I would need to reschedule. I explained that I had already disclosed this information when scheduling the appointment and that I had driven an hour to get there. While I understand that mistakes happen, the response I received was simply that they had new employees and that "we're only human." While I agree that everyone makes mistakes, that doesn't excuse the lack of professionalism or the dismissive way the situation was handled. I've spent a significant amount of money with this business, and this experience was extremely disappointing.
