When I asked how much I owed him, he said let's just say 220.00! He told me he was charging me for his time running around looking for the valve parts. He also mentioned he went home for lunch for part of that time. Needless to say I didn't pay this guy 220.00. Be careful when doing business with this company. I could see him taking advantage of people for jobs that never were completed. I chose this company because of the yelp reviews but hopefully this will make people at least be careful.

Several areas of my yard were left uncleared, trimmings were not cleaned up, and there was little attention paid to garden features like solar lights. I requested a return visit to address what was missed, which they did--but the initial lack of detail was disappointing. Most frustrating was when a shovel of soil was tossed over my koi pond, leaving it full of dirt. I had to spend hours restoring the water quality myself. I do have photos documenting the issues. Ultimately it wasted our time when we could have hired someone else to do the work. We are very disappointed and never expected this treatment. We had preferred them b/c they know the irrigation system, and would be unlikely to damage it when landscaping the yard. Also, their prices are reasonable. Again, very unfortunate and unnecessary!
