He listened to our ideas and answered questions. From the first meeting, Jeremy told us they were booked out about 6 months, but since we contacted them in January, that was not a problem for us. The estimate, with a detailed scope of the work, was provided to us very quickly. We were notified about a month in advance of starting the project that they expected to begin in late June. It was always easy to reach Jeremy. When I had a question that required another site inspection, he made it happen at my convenience. We are delighted with the result.
