After we moved in, I found there was still a leak, so Mike's, who had been paid to fix it, was called to come back out and fix it. Mike came out and looked at it and promised to come back the next day and fix it. He did not show up. A few days later I texted him and he said that he forgot about me. He then promised to come fix it "in a day or two." Several days later he did send a guy out to dig a little around the box. That guy said that his boss would be out the next day to fix it. He didn't show and he didn't call or text. After 3 or 4 days I sent him a text. His reply after stringing me along for two weeks was, "Sorry for the inconvenience, you are going to have to find someone else." I was and still am incredulous. I cannot imagine anybody treating customers that way, let alone walking away from a job like that. I did find an excellent company who came out and did the job, no thanks to Mike's. One star is too high, I wish there was an option for zero stars for Mike's Yard Sevice. They are terrible, DO NOT hire Mike's Yard Care for anything.

He also replaced all the very old and mismatched sprinkler heads that were there from before my time living here. Mixed Experience - Kind Crew, But Lacking in Execution…read more I hired Abe's Yard Clean-Up for a large garden project and appreciated that the quote supported a small crew of respectful, hard-working young men. They were courteous and professional in demeanor, which I valued. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not match the price. Several areas of my yard were left uncleared, trimmings were not cleaned up, and there was little attention paid to garden features like solar lights. I requested a return visit to address what was missed, which they did--but the initial lack of detail was disappointing. Most frustrating was when a shovel of soil was tossed over my koi pond, leaving it full of dirt. I had to spend hours restoring the water quality myself. I do have photos documenting the issues. Overall, the experience was a mix--good intentions, kind workers, but a lack of follow-through and care in execution. I hope they grow from this, as they clearly have potential with better oversight.

From the first consultation to the final walk-through, the entire experience was outstanding. Jeremy, the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was truly exceptional - every phone call and text was returned immediately and he was always available to answer questions or talk through ideas. Jeremy has a fantastic eye for design. He came up with a beautiful vision for our space and picked the perfect gravel colors, plants and layout to suit our home and the environment. Every element feels intentional, and the results are both striking and harmonious. The transformation exceeded our expectations! Even better the job was completed much faster than we anticipated and came in exactly on budget - no surprises, and no stress. The crew was professional, respectful, and tidy throughout the process. We've received so many compliments from neighbors and friends, and we smile every time we pull into the driveway. If you're looking for a landscaping company, that is professional, creative, reliable, and a joy to work with, we highly recommend Blue Moon Landscape. They truly went above and beyond!!!

He listened to our ideas and answered questions. From the first meeting, Jeremy told us they were booked out about 6 months, but since we contacted them in January, that was not a problem for us. The estimate, with a detailed scope of the work, was provided to us very quickly. We were notified about a month in advance of starting the project that they expected to begin in late June. It was always easy to reach Jeremy. When I had a question that required another site inspection, he made it happen at my convenience. We are delighted with the result. They were very professional, easy to work with, started when they said they would, were considerate of our property and neighbors, cleaned everything up, took the micro-climates in our back yard into consideration when selecting plants, and took the time to make sure everything was expertly finished. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend Blue Moon Landscape.

They used my ladder and left it laying in the yard, it's very heavy. Jonathan said he would cut the wood in 16 inch lengths, but only cut up some of it. Cleanup was shoddy and they left my gate open, would I hire him again, no. Would not recommend his service, nor recommend using this site when in need of help.
