I told him what I wanted and shared his expertise on what would look best. -After receiving multiple estimates I called Rodolfo and asked when he can start. He said he can get started tomorrow. -I had 2 trees removed, 3 trees trimmed, 2 bushes removed, 6 bushes trimmed, and all my neighbors bushes that we're hanging over my side of the fence. -they cut all the large pieces into fire wood and they stacked it for me. -they completed the job in 1.5 days. -they cleaned up and removed all the clippings. OK, first off, my bad, I stupidly STUPIDLY paid them before they were done. After the first day they had most of the work done and Tom told me they would finish up tomorrow. Then he let me know he wanted to be paid. So, stupid me... Anyways, they did not come back tomorrow. Or the next day. I finally had to call them. They eventually came back and did a half-assed job finishing up. My main issue is that they did considerable damage to my property. They left oil stains in the street along the curb from one end of the property to the other, they put a couple of gouges in the street, they put a substantial crack in my sidewalk and tore up several patches of grass. When i called to have them look at the damage Mr. Tom told me he did a walk-around with me after they were done and everything was OK. We definitely did NOT and he essentially called me a liar (Nice PR there, Mr. Tom!). So he didn't have the decency or the courtesy or the courage to even come out and look at the damage. Plus where they removed the stump looks like crap...the dead tree looked better. I have 2 bits of advice: DO NOT use this guy. But if you do, DO NOT pay him one red cent until the job is done. Once he had my money he was done with me. I'm sure he would not accept this type of unprofessionalism from anyone, he certainly should not give it.

They also removed a dozen trees, some smaller, some larger. They did excellent work, at a great price. Fast forward two years, we had an enormous limb fall on top of our house. We were fortunate nobody was hurt. We called Robert and he rearranged his schedule to help us out. He was out the next day, and we had the whole spar removed. It was clear that the remaining tree was not safe. Robert and his crew professionally removed the tree. I was impressed - this was a dangerous, incredibly tall tree, with hazards on every side - no problem for them.
