I am not one who casually write reviews. In this case the service was so exceptional, G Tree Service deserves a shout out. Rodolfo arrived at the exact time he said he would to give me an estimate (not a window of time like between 4:00 and 6:00. He said 5:15 and that was when he arrived). He gave me a very reasonable estimate, described what he and his crew were going to do, what his concerns were, gave me a list of items I needed to do to prep for the falling of the tree (removing yard art and obstacles that would hinder his crew or get damaged) and how/when payment was to be made. There were absolutely no surprises! Rodolfo and his crew did everything as described during our meeting and it was done in a safe and professional manner. Rodolfo gave us a fair estimate for some tree work at our home. He and his crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and went above and beyond what we expected. This was a big job requiring a bin to dump what they had to cut, all done perfectly. Been at my property for 40 years and always had to contract different tree cutting services. However, this one is a keeper. Good response with a written estimate. When we first scheduled, we weren't able to be at the property, and so we had to re-schedule. Rodolfo was very kind and worked with my schedule. They employed all necessary safety procedures for both themselves and the house over which they were working. We had heard good things about Rudy (Rudolfo) from a relative and had him come give an estimate on trimming the tops of six tall maples. The bid seemed reasonable so we did not even bother getting others. He and his crew (wife and uncle that day) came on time and did a great job without damage to fences, shrubs, or nearby fruit trees. With no large access to our backyard, Rudy climbed the trees without problem or mishap. He even did extra trimming at no charge when he thought it was needed. As the branches fell, his crew quickly dragged them to the street where they were later shredded. They did a thorough cleanup when done and finished without delay, taking the good part of the day. Rodolfo showed up after finishing work for a neighbor. He gave me a quote I accepted and a date and time was agreed on. After telling me between 8 & 10 am next Tuesday he and crew rolled in at 8:05 'Got right to work and asked for my opinions and offered his as the project progressed. I'm very happy with the work. They had me look everything over when they were done (3 heavy trimmings & 1 removal) and after one more branch was cut all was well. We had an enormous oak tree that was dying. It was 10 feet from our house on one side, 15 feet from very busy highway, two feet from touching power line on another side, and our fence on the last side. I was very nervous about it. But Rudy never expressed doubt. They just went to work and got it done without damaging anything! This crew could not improve on their work ethic either. I wanted to remove 50 mid size trees from my house. I called Rodolfo at "G" Tree Service and he met me at my house to give me a quote. He was very reasonable and explained exactly how he intended to do it. The price that he quoted was fair and reasonable and the work that Rodolfo and his crew did was well worth the money. Would definitely use G Tree Services again! They are very fast, professional and kind. They worked with us on pricing as we had 2 large palm trees in our front yard that were dropping their big leaves and debris everywhere and palm trees are expensive and difficult to remove! G Tree Services also removed two large stumps in our back yard and it looks like the stumps were never even there. We had this monstrous tree threatening our neighbor's house that had to go. We called G Tree Service to obtain a quote among other companies and to remove the tree with stump removal was by far the best quote we were given. The speed we were given the quote and how prompt and careful the workers were impressed me greatly. They were also generous enough to cut some of the branches to use for firewood. Great service . He trim down three large pine trees on my property . He was particularly helpful in coordinating with my neighbor. The trees were near the property line and I was worried that cutting them would cause trash next door. He contacted the neighbors and worked with both of our schedules to identify a time that worked for everyone. They were prompt and efficient. I felt comfortable leaving for about 45 minutes for an errand. They left everything clean and tidy after they left. I have had compliments from my neighbors how nice my tulip tree looks now. All the dead branches are gone. They brought boards to drive their truck on the lawn. G Tree was great. I dropped the ball several times in communicating with Rodolfo, but he followed up diligently. When they came to grind the stump down, a couple mismarked pipes turned up (1 star for 811). Thanks to their careful work, disaster was avoided- the stump is gone and the pipes were left intact.
