What a great experience delivered by Premier Concrete Resurfacing!! My residential LVP flooring…read moreproject could not be completed because my concrete was very wavy and had to be ground flat. I can't thank Addis the owner of Premier Concrete enough. He came over that night to access my dilemma, gave me an estimate and his crew began working the next day. My LVP contractor returned to complete the project and even he commented how perfectly smooth and moisture free my concrete was. Thank you Premier for delivering exceptional quality. My new flooring is absolutely beautiful!!!!

We were planning on being closed for our employee Christmas party the following Sunday (the ONLY day of the year we are closed). Adis contacted his crew and they were willing to come in at 6:30am on Sunday and do the job in one day! We did have to be closed Monday so the epoxy could dry but that's so much better than losing 2-3 days business. The outcome was fantastic! They stripped the floors of whatever epoxy was left, put a tinted primer down, epoxy and then polyurethane. Adis personally stopped by a few days later to see if I had any questions, to see if we liked it, etc. They were absolutely reasonably priced (this is not a cheap job to have done) and did a wonderful job. We will have them back to do behind the bar and the back room at some point.

We are thrilled with the outcome of the work from Nestor and his crew. We finally decided to take…read morehis advice and use pavers to extend our driveway instead of concrete. The finished product was far beyond what we had anticipated. The pavers added a lot of character to the front of our home. He and his crew were professional, informative, and prompt. His bid was far below the other 7 we had received so we had a little concern. But could not be happier with the finished product. the cleanup left our property better than when they started. We highly recommend Nestor and Sophora. 5 stars!

After years of our front yard being an eyesore we decided to consult with a landscape design…read morecompany and went with Sophora Landscaping and Design. I wish I could give them a 10! We had an idea of what we wanted and Nestor made recommendations without upselling us. We had the unappealing desert landscape replaced with grass, easy to care for plants, new rock and pavers. We were so happy we had them come back and remove the same type stuff from around our pool and install pavers. Pricing was within our budget, and Nestor's team was respectful of our property. Each day they cleaned up before they left. While this may not be important to some, I appreciated that the entire team wore company shirts each day. We would recommend Nestor and Sophora Landscaping and Design for all your landscaping improvements!! Shannon, who works in their office, is very helpful!

When my original pool builder was dragging their feet to get my hardscape scheduled, I decided to…read morenegotiate my way out of that contract and be my own general contractor. I received a stellar recommendation from one of the other subs to call Vinny at HotShot. I was told the work was top-notch, the team was friendly and professional, and that I would not be disappointed. I spoke to Leah first - she was so on the ball. She explained the process and let me know they were scheduling out only a few weeks instead of the months I was told it would take. Within a few days Eric came out to walk the property and help me create an amazing design that looks beautiful and matches our lifestyle and the way we want to use the space. We selected all new materials and within 2 weeks they started my job. It's stunning! Even the pool maintenance guy gushes over it every time I see him. After hardscape, we once again turned to HotShot to complete the interior and assist us with start-up. Vinny and Eric to the rescue to get it done quickly and professionally. We got an azure blue finish with glass beads and abalone and the sparkle is magnificent. The customer service and attention to detail are second to none. The communication was excellent and I always felt like my job was a priority (even though everyone gets this treatment) and that I could and can call on them for anything. We wanted our backyard to look like a resort - and they achieved exactly that! Can't sing their praises enough - one of the best decisions I ever made.

My partner and I entered into a contract with Hotshot Hardscaping on January 12, 2026, with the…read moreexpectation that our project would be completed by the end of April. Permits were finalized at the end of February, and construction began during the first week of March. At the beginning of the project, communication was excellent. The design team kept us informed of progress, timelines, and any challenges that arose. Unfortunately, as we approached the expected completion date, communication steadily declined. It eventually reached the point where we had to repeatedly email or call to receive status updates. Not to mention we have a jacuzzi spa getting installed & the dealer keeps calling asking when do we expect to coordinate delivery. Unfortunately we are two months behind the expected completion so at this point we have no clue. Because we have security cameras on our property, we were able to observe the work as it progressed. During the project, I frequently noticed trash left behind by contractors, including energy drink cans, water bottles, and food wrappers. In one instance, I observed a worker throw a can into our fire pit before covering it with gravel and lava rock. This level of carelessness was disappointing and unprofessional. It also became apparent that Hotshot relies heavily on subcontractors. During the installation of the sprinkler water line, the team was also supposed to account for a future extension for our misting system. Unfortunately, the water supply line for the misting system was never run, causing delays and additional work later. Additionally, the light for the misting fan was not connected. When we brought this to their attention, we discovered there had been no plan to connect it to the designated power switch unless we specifically requested it. It is now the later part of June 2026 and the project has still not concluded, with no update or communication in the last two weeks. Overall, the project felt disorganized. There rarely appeared to be a project manager onsite coordinating work or ensuring subcontractors understood the next steps. This lack of oversight resulted in missed details, delays, and unnecessary frustration. What makes this experience particularly surprising is Hotshot Hardscaping's nearly perfect 5-star rating. Based on our experience, either the level of professionalism and project management has declined significantly, or the reviews do not accurately reflect the customer experience. Either way, our experience was the complete opposite of what we expected based on the company's reputation. The contrast is so significant that it's difficult to believe we worked with the same company described in many of the reviews. While the project is slowly moving forward, the lack of communication, poor job-site cleanliness, missed installation details, and apparent lack of project oversight made the experience far more stressful than it should have been. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and improves its communication, supervision, and quality control processes for future customers.
