Henry and his team fixed our front porch and stairs. Due to the size of the porch, and water damage over the years, it was a pretty big project. Henry's team replaced the damaged plywood, added more support, and improved the drainage system. They also redid the stucco around the porch and stairs, and put in tiling for both. The end product was excellent. The porch looks great, and I'm confident the drainage system is much improved. It was a definite upgrade. Henry's quote wasn't quite the lowest I received, but his estimate was detailed, and he seemed to put a lot of thought and consideration into the project. I definitely recommend M 7.24. Trust these 5 star reviews!! Henry and his team do great work, very reasonable estimate, and rolled with the punches that my old condo threw to get some much needed electrical work done. I needed my zinsco panel replaced and also wanted to add ceiling fans and lights into the bedrooms. Henry was very flexible to come over and take a look at what was needed. Ricardo (electrician) then came and spent half a day troubleshooting and working with building management to figure out how to beat complete the project (cement ceilings and power that also served 3 other units made the project impossible to complete the day it was scheduled, but again Henry and Ricardo were amazingly flexible to work with so the fans were finished right before the heat wave!!) I'm also planning to change out the shower door, add screens to the windows, and maybe a few other little projects down the line and M 7.24 will be my go-to contractor for everything!! read more

I had bought a new prehung front door and had M 7.24 Builders installed and painted it for me. They did a great job. I also had a leak issue with my bathroom air vent. M 7.24 was able to diagnose the issue after cutting up section of my ceiling in the bathroom. Turns out to be a corroding vent duct. They were able to replace it and patch up the ceiling with the same texture and paint it. I would recommend this company for any repair and remodeling around the house. I hired M7.24 Builders to address various exterior dry rot issues on my property, including siding and window frames. It was a great experience, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor. I chose to get an estimate from Henry because he responded to me almost immediately on Yelp, had great reviews here, and was both efficient and friendly in answering my questions and setting up a time to come out and take a look. On the pre-estimate inspection, he was likewise great, taking time to explain his opinion and answer any questions we had. I really appreciated how often he paused to take notes, voice memos, photos, and video of the areas we'd discussed. A lot of this material made its way into the detailed estimate we later received over e-mail. The work itself took a few days, and the team members he had onsite were likewise friendly and efficient, and took the time to talk to us about questions or adjustments once the work was in progress. The final repairs look great, and I feel confident that the house is in good shape now as we head into this winter's rainy season. To sum up, I highly recommend M7.24! We had a LaCantina accordion door that had been installed poorly a few years ago that we hired M 7.24 Builders to fix. M 7.24 did an awesome job. Henry was very responsive and helpful setting everything up and then Richard, our site lead, was fantastic. The job was fairly complex with a good amount of precise leveling and waterproofing needed that had been missed when we first had the door installed. Unfortunately we where not able to use Henry's services, but it had nothing to do with Henry. The experience was fantastic. He was punctual, friendly and really knew what he was talking about. When the job called for an engineer he recommend one that echoed his work ethic. They both came to our house and looked around separately and respected COVID guidelines. The quote he gave us was free of charge and came in on time. He even meet with the engineer for a Zoom call so we where all on the same page before he submitted his proposal. Bought a new house and there were various issues within the crawlspace regarding joists and floor damage. Henry was the only person to respond to any inquiries as everyone else brushed me off as "not worth the time." Henry came by to do an estimate and he went through my crawlspace to take a look at the damages and potential need for repair. Let me tell you, that crawlspace is about 3 feet tall and dirty but that didn't stop him. I had a stucco wall that was leaking water inside the house. The guys at M 7.24 was able to stop by and evaluate and provide me with a solution. After opening up the stucco wall, we discovered that the stucco wall was not properly done. We discussed the best option to take and went ahead and replace the whole wall.
