What was most disappointing was being told that the order had been packed with the "2026" decorations, which essentially questioned my honesty as the customer. I even had to provide photos as proof. Ellie contacted the owners, whose only proposed solution was refunding half my money. That was unacceptable. I have a college graduate to celebrate tomorrow, and instead of receiving empathy and accountability, I felt dismissed. It also felt as though the delivery to Fairfax was being framed as a favor, despite the fact that I paid the long-distance delivery fee. It ultimately took Stephanie clarifying and confirming my original order before the issue was finally corrected.
