Shellac with tips. The customer service was alright but the older gentleman who did it didn't really do a good job. He left some air bubbles, didn't completely paint the nails, and some is them came out crooked. They were $55 which is the same price as powder in a lot of others places. Pros: clean, large, sanitary, large selections of colors and no conversations between technicians which is kind of nice if you want to sit back & relax. My technician took her time and asked me questions and did a good job. Cons: two females, who looked wealthy, walked in 2 minutes after I did. We picked colors at the same time and they were seated in the chairs next to me. They were offered beverages and were given a run down on the wines and a gentleman brought out both rose and white wine from which they both chose the white wine. I was sitting right next to them and was never offered anything to drink. I didn't speak up because I wanted to see if I would be asked, but I wasn't. This was incredibly disappointing as I felt inferior which hampered the experience. Despite a great technician who worked on my nails I most likely won't return. The salon is in a shopping center just past Cottonwood. I'd call and check availability before assuming they'll have a chair for you. It's hit or miss. The salon has 12 chairs with great massage chairs. I hate when places have massage chairs that are useless. This one worked out some kinks. It's a clean place with an extensive selection of nail polish and shellac. I'm a bit of a weirdo in that I've never had a manicure (don't like people messing with my hands), but I had shellac on my toes once and now I always want them. They last until you just gotta go back because you look silly once new toenail grows out. My technician was very professional. Pretty quiet, but that's fine too. Gives me an opportunity to enjoy my chair and Yelping. Spa pedicure with shellac was $50, which is pretty good. I think shellac is $15 extra. They take cc for payment and tip, which is also nice if you're not a cash carrier. You can also get their yelp voucher ONE TIME. It's to entice you to come in and check them out. It's also a single use $75, so come with the need for a couple of treatments. The people here are super sweet. There is a gentleman that seems like the owner or manager, and he goes above and beyond to ensure you're happy. read more

i *finally* found my nail place!! the place is small and it's clear they have specialized techs for each service. that said, i had to wait about 40 minutes, but it was worth it (and i now know to call for an appointment). jessie was my tech and was awesome. she pointed out how other salons were grinding my nails way too much for dip powder (something i always thought), which showed how much she cares about her clients. she was gentle and efficient. there are no bumps or lumps and they are the perfect thickness. i came in with torn off, short, thin nails and she made them look beautiful. price was also good for the area ($40 for dip nails. not sure if they charge a removal fee). they also do a punch card that gives you a $5 credit after your 5th visit. overall, so excited about this place and can't wait to come in for a pedicure! read more

Great quality, great price, and very efficient! I walked in at 9:10 without an appointment and by 9:15 Remmy was working on my nails. He spoke very good English, so there was no language barrier. I felt confident that he knew what I wanted. He spent about thirty minutes carefully taking off my black fake nails and only one of the nails was uncomfortable. Even that nail didn't hurt that badly. He then made them short and square just the way I wanted. He was very gentle when he was filing the sides (didn't dig his nail in my skin). None of my fingers are bleeding, which is a miracle with my sensitive skin. Remmy used the white tips instead of painting on the tips. He also put clear powder instead of pink, because I'm not the biggest fan of the pink. I also hate when all of that gunk is under the nail, and he filed that away as well. When I went to pay I was very pleasantly surprised! It was $5 to take the fake nails off and only $35 for a full set of white tips! Definitely the cheapest I have ever paid for my nails! The not so good...2.5 hours from start to finish. I waited for almost an hour before anyone came to see me. No indication on wait and no apology. She did my pedicure first then my manicure. Also my nail technician left me on a number of occasions, doing other things. I got the impression that they were short staffed. Although I am happy with the end product I probably won't return. I have visited this place a total of 3 times. They are cheap, but the quality is not as good as other pricier salons. Anyways, after this last visit, I will NOT be returning. I decided to treat myself to a pedicure for my birthday. I went in and a male (thin, muscular built/shaved head) attended me. I think he was the manager because during my pedicure he was distracted and occupied telling other staff in native language what to do. Anyways his distraction (seemed angry at staff) caused him to cut my foot while using the metal foot file (think "cheese grater")!! I didn't realize it, nor did he, until i had a burning sensation on my foot while he was applying the lotion. He then proceeded to apply an unknown blue substance, without my permission to the open cuts! Thankfully, it was Liquid Styptic, to stop the bleeding, but at least ask my permission before applying something to an open cut on ME! He then proceeded to tell me it was the pumice stone and it's because my "skin is too soft". Seriously?? I've attached a picture. You can clearly see the cut pattern from the metal foot file on my poor foot. I hope it doesn't leave a scar or get infected! It is pretty painful and hurts to wear shoes at the moment. I am seriously pissed off!!! Not only did i not get an apology, or at least a liquid styptic bottle to go, i paid full price for a lousy pedicure. I absolutely love the service! I called to ask what time they closed, which was 6pm on Easter. I walked in at 5:30pm and they accepted me with welcome arms! No one was upset at all, even though i got a deluxe pedicure and manicure. Two people worked on me at the same time, and I was even offered something to drink (wine). Im very disappointed with the service i received in this nail salon last Friday. The nail techs were rude and clearly did not care about my satisfaction. The first the lady who gave me a pedicure did not remove any death skin from my feet and the polish looks unprofessional, the second lady who did my manicure was annoyed because my chair was leaned back (a tiny bit) without warning, she straightens my chair. Talk about rude and classless. I went to the salon to relax and she threw that out the window. Second, my nails came out great...I had shellac. They were thin and shiny whereas some places can make the gel too thick or it does not stay shiny. Le did a really good job and even went the extra mile to do a free hot towel since I was his last customer of the day. :) Third, it is very clean here. I was looking for somewhere to get a shellac mani and regular pedi, and possibly wax my brows. I was a little skeptical at first, but after reading all the positive reviews, decided to give them a try. I went in around 11:30 am on a Monday morning, so there was no wait. I'm indecisive and was taking a while to pick a color on the shellac stands, so the lady was kind enough to tell me to sit so my feet could start soaking and she brought me the nail stands to choose a color. I chose a shellac polish for my hands (#17). I was getting my manicure done by another girl, she was younger, probably in her 20s, while the older lady did my pedicure. After she finished the pedi, she brought me some regular polish options to match my shellac, I was happy with them and chose the best one I liked...it matched perfectly. My manicure looked great! A little polish on one of my cuticles, but other than that, I can't complain. She put 3 coats of polish on because the color I got (#17) was a little lighter than I anticipated. I'm a dance teacher, so my feet are a little rough around the edges compared to those who actually wear shoes to work, but I scrub my feet with a pumice stone a few times a week and they stay decently soft. The lady doing my pedicure was very light, which I'm not really fond of, and my feet felt the same as they did when I came in. My polish was thicker in some places on my toe nails than other...you know that feeling/look it gets when you put new polish over old polish or put a new coat over a previous coat that wasn't completely dry...it was like that. I messed up my big toe when I put my shoes on in the car, my fault, but I was still mad because her mistakes made it look worse than it would have. Not to mention, I got my brows done while I my toes were drying and then sat under the toe nail dryer for about 15 minutes, so they should've been dry. I was not at all satisfied With my brows, it was a waste of my $7. It didn't even look like I got them done. Definitely disappointed there. Overall, the staff was very nice, but the particular lady who did my toes and brows was less than satisfactory. read more
