WORST NAIL PLACE EVER, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got here at 10am and i was welcomed by two employees there, service was going great. I asked Jennifer before she started my nails if she knew how to do this design, she said yes once we began on my nails the color didn't match i tried to let it slide and trust the process! NOPE the marble i wanted looked like shit was wiped on it, once i told her i didn't like the color and the design she said that I have told her sooner and that if I wasn't looking at the color or what. Her attitude changed a lot that she was screaming at me, We exchanged some words because I wasn't going to let her scream at me. I asked her for her name and she replied saying " My name is Fucken" worst place ever, this is was my first and last time stepping foot in this salon. In the other hand the other employees were nice and trying to fix my nails but my time was limited and rather take my service and money somewhere else, Guy who did my pedi was amazing he got a tip forsure. When i was leaving and paying for my pedicure I asked for her name and they wouldn't tell me, one of the employees told me " you should ask her" i then state to him that i did ask her and she told me her name was " fucken". He later told me her name but they shouldn't be denying me her first name when a customer asks. Jennifer is the worst employee i have ever ran across, Don't ever come here, save the time and go where they can do simple designs. read more

Went here after researching different nail salons and I must say I will definitely be back. I normally get gel manicures and have not had great experiences the last few places I went to. Most of them would start to chip within the week of getting them or wouldn't use clean tools or they were rough with my nails to the point of bleeding. As soon as I walked in I was asked what is it that I needed and was helped right away. I saw them use clean tools, and they even removed the gel pedicure I had previously gotten the proper way. They were careful to not damage my nails. I was happy with my results. It will be 2 weeks since visiting them and my nails still look good. Although my nails have gotten longer the gel has not chipped. read more

Needed a new nail spot, and saw the reviews, so I came in for the first time today. Theo welcomed me, and Kathy sat me down for an amazing, relaxing pedicure. Linh gave me a great fill on my nails, with gel color. Not a single moment of pain from him or Kathy! Perfectly painted, evenly shap d nails! I'll definitely be back ... Winning!! Update -- Came back ..: so so happy again ! Thrilled actually. Linh gave me pink sparkly spring nails and Maria did a fabulous, extravagant pedicure for me. I've been coming to Steven since high school. When it was cool to get your nails air brushed with the hottest design. Lol Now he's back in Oxnard with a gorgeous new shop doing all the latest and hottest trends. He's makes you feel at home every single time and if you don't like how it looks he will change it with no hesitation and here at lv nails they don't make you feel bad for not liking how a color looked. Went in for the first time on a Thursday and Cathy gave me the best set of nails I'm so in love ! I was offered tea and water. Sat down quickly was also given hard candy that is guava flavor. They were so good ! Even gave me a hand full to take home with me.All my friends and even strangers ABSOLUTELY LOVE the way my nails turned out ! I'm so happy how they turned out. She was very helpful matching the color I wanted ! I also had a pedicure I believe Steve made my toe nails so beautiful. I'm not a big fan of my toes but I have to say they look pretty amazing ! This is the best place in town to get your nails done. I have been coming here for a few months now and i am very happy with the way steven does my acrylic nails and ricky does an exellent job with pedis. I highly recommend you try this place you wont be dissapointed! The whole lv team are very friendly and make you feel like family. The nail color selection to me is the best i have seen,they have the most beautiful colors! They offer you green tea or water during your service which is so nice of them! I went in as a walk in to have my eyebrows and lip waxed, and for a pedicure. They were very welcoming, cheery and made me feel they were happy to see me. Kathy did my waxing, and my pedicure. Ive been getting my nails done for a long time and can be kind of picky, he listened and double checked everything i mentioned. He put on some white tips and acrylic and did a great job. They were incredibly nice and sociable. Unfortunately i live in colorado...otherwise I would make manicures and pedicure a regular part of my life.
