ughhh wish I didn't go here. I wanted to try a new nail place closer to home and I went in as soon as they opened. They were busy so I had to wait which was okay! After 45 min I was seated & had a gel mani/pedi done at the same time. the mani sucked. the gentleman didn't file or shape my nails.. after he painted them.. they were all jagged and he didn't paint the edges of my nails. he has long nails and kept squeezing and pinching my hand as he worked. HORRIBLE I came here for a pedicure only because my son was getting his hair cut next door. Customer service is horrible. I waited over an hour to get a chair, then sat without a greeting or water in the pedicure bowl for another 30 minutes. workers are rude and did not ask me what type of pedicure I wanted. the person started doing gel and I said I did not want gel so there was an eye roll and she painted with normal polish. I was charged $30 and price at the front says $20 for a basic pedicure. I was not offered slippers when my pedicure was done and I left barefoot. The worst nail salon n rude. I called in ahead of time for gel manicure & pedicure. As soon as I sat down the chubby lady grabbed my foot so hard I pulled away n yelled. She looked at me and said oh I wont touch then , giving me attitude. Anyways i get both n after paying $85.00 I asked for one more coat on my toes cuz I was not happy. The chubby lady looked at as if she was going to knock me out! She started n was hurting me on purpose I was about to tell them to give me my money back. This place is horrible. Warning: do not spend your money here you will not be treated good. I will never go here again. Chubby lady needs to find another job shes happy at! I walked in and asked for a simple manicure. I did not want anything fancy or spend anything more than $20 because I was more concerned about my cuticles than the color of the nail polish. The nail technician that I saw said it would be $12. I actually didn't want nail polish because I am enrolled in a dental hygiene program where wearing nail polish is not allowed, which I let my nail technician know. During the nail session, the nail technician brought over a few neutral pink colors and my rebellious self decided to go with a light pink one. I'm still under the impression it's still $12 and until she painted the clear base coat, she had my hand in the UV light that was labeled for gel nails. That's when I realized she was giving me a gel manicure and that was not what I wanted! I never mentioned anything about gel polishes, gel manicure or gel anything! I just wanted a simple manicure with a basic nail polish that I could remove later but I realized I got gel polish without being clearly informed about it. Maybe I'm new to getting my nails done professionally but I wished the nail technician could have told me she was showing me the gel polishes instead of basic polishes. I told her from the get-go about wanting a simple manicure and my concerns were about my cuticles, not about getting full on nails did because I can't have nails did :( I know I chose to get a pink color during our nail session so yes, I am asking for a polish color but I DEFINITELY didn't ask for gel. My unintended gel manicure with clear gel polish was $25 and they do charge $1 for credit card purchases. She told me that I can buffer it off at home or I can return back to get it buffered off. I feel like there was some miscommunication and being pushed on for extra stuff but let's see how my gel manicure holds up. My cuticles look great but again, I didn't want gel anything :( read more

I was able to make an appointment for mani and pedi the same day which was great. When I got there I had 2 people work on me which was also nice because it cut down on my time there. They were quick and I was able to get out within 1 hour. Color looked nice on both my toes and my gel nails. Unfortunately by the next day my nails were chipping really bad and by the following day I was able to just peel off my gel mani. Normally gel is hard to take off but all 10 of my gel nails peeled right off. Will not be going back. read more

I went to get a pedicure and just like other people have mentioned they let over people pass before me who got there after me. I didn't have an appointment neither them. I was waiting 40 minutes when I ask I'm going to wait longer because it's it I'll just go somewhere else. They said no you can sit on the chair already. If I could give this place a NO STAR I would. First and last time I go to this place. I called ahead to make an appointment, they told me come in 30 mins, so I did. Got there and made me wait another hour! Understanding the circumstances of covid, I decided to leave and came back the day after. WORST IDEA!! I waited for about an hour, they sat me down and took care of the girl who arrived later than me without an appointment! The nail lady asked if I was first and I said yes, she giggled, said sorry and still continued doing the other girls nails first!!! Short story long, I didn't leave that place until close to 4 hours later!!!!! What a nightmare! Worst thing is they kept on telling people to write their name and will be with them "shortly" how about you be honest with them and let them know they will take more than 3 hours to get to them! Not only was she extremely careful and took her time to ensure the perfect shape and application, but she also showed me the newest colors they received and was kind and accommodating. Love, Love, Love this place. A friends recommend Julie and I have been very pleased. I like my nails very thin with gel or acrylic and she does it with out cutting me. I also have had many pedicures by several people in the shop and have been very happy with my service. I went to another nail salon and person for many (15) years. But, she keep changing her price every time and also cut the sides of my fingers when filing way often. I had enough. If you go to a shop, any shop for the first time and have bad service or things are not what you want, remember you should give everyone a second chance. After a few days one of the nails popped right off. I went back to have him fix it and it was a huge mistake. He was so sloppy. Glued so much of my skin to the nail. Even cut me. It was so uncomfortable to get the glue off that was attached to the nail. I would give this place a 0 if I could. The workers obviously don't go by their scheduled appointments because two girls were seen before me and they had no appointments. I had my appointment and 10 AM and wasn't seen until 10:35 AM. Yes it's only a 35 minute wait but they should really respect clients appointments. This salon has horrible service! i've gone several times and even with an appt, they take long to attend me. I went 3 weeks ago and asked if they were taking walk-ins and they said yes but i waited over an hour in a half and they just kept looking over at me and talking in their dialogue, but that was not what pissed me off. 2 girls showed up after me, with no appt but because they knew the workers there, they skipped me and thats when i got mad, grabbed my stuff and walked out. And then the lady nail technician had the audacity to tell me I had "dry" hands (just because I forgot to 'moisturize' that morning). That's not a very nice thing to say to YOUR PAYING CUSTOMER. She was NOT very accommodating. Didn't really like her energy. Last but definitely not the least, my nails looked like it already need a refill even though I just got it done.
