Went here for the first time today and Cyrus did My nails. I love them because she worked with me and asked a lot of questions to make sure we were on the same page, and I appreciated her listening to me talk my crap for the few hours i was there. Good vibes, pretty nails, I recommend this place from the experience I had today

First time here, and I live less than 5 minutes away. I've passed by almost daily on my way to the groceries, which never caught my attention. The facility was very bright and spotless (which to me matters tons) and is quite fancy, which is nice but not my main priority. My main priority is quality for the amount of $$$, excellent service, exactly getting what you asked for, and the facility's cleanliness. Everyone was friendly and professional. My technician, Mary T. # 004, was very friendly and did a good job. However, it could've been better, in my opinion. Why? My feet generally are not in bad shape, but I love the pace of the service, the attention to detail, the foot massage and exfoliation. The other place I go to (which I didn't this time because they were full) is because they take their time; their massage is for 5 min on each leg. (Main reason for a pedicure is to relax, right, and that massage is a for most women) They seem to have a loyalty reward card program according to the printed receipt; however, I am not 100% sure since no one said anything about royalty rewards when becoming a customer. I am looking forward to coming back one more time and giving it a second chance. I didn't take pictures of the inside because there were many people this Sunday before the 4th. So I didn't want to make anyone uncomfortable--next time. Price-wise is pricey! And make sure the technician knows or understands what you want. I kept telling her I wanted Deluxe Pedicure for $45, and she continued over and over (3 times), referring me to the one above, which is the same service but $10 more because the products are "organic." Thank God, no kids running around or with their moms winning or crying!!!! 20 on this subject

I was in town for the week and I lost a nail. I needed to have it replaced. They squeezed me in at the end of the day and almost an hour after closing to finish my pedicure and my fill. We started out a little rocky. Because one of the women was trying to do my fill while I got my pedicure. I explained to her that I was feeling very rushed and but I wanted to wait to have my nails done until the pedicure was finished. So they found someone else to do my nails. Pedicure went great. But after the palace was taken off we realized that I needed to replace the acrylics because there were several that were coming up. She did an awesome job. My nails look great. The owner came over to check and see how everything was going. She was very friendly and just wanted to make sure I was happy. I would definitely come back if I lived here!

I've been coming to Luxx for a couple years now and 9/10 times I leave completely happy. Once I got a gel pedicure when I didn't ask for gel and that might be my only complaint. Son did my gel X nails today and the design is perfect! I love the whole vibe of Luxx and will keep returning

Very clean and professional nail salon. Pricing is very fair for manicures, pedicures and both. Appointments are recommended but walk ins are possible. Easy parking and close to many other shops.

I've been going to another nail salon across the street for the past two years. I walked into my normal shop at 3 and they couldn't accommodate a walk-in and asked me to come back at 6. I really don't have time to sit around for 3 hours so I decided to give luxx a try. Hot damn! I'm never going back to the other place! My last few acrylic sets have looked really bad so I've been nervous to get them done again. I have always brought images off Pinterest to the nail tech to ask them to replicate. Rarely is it on point..... But dang! Luxx did it! I hate the thick, fat and ugly nails and my current set ARE SO PRETTY! Love love love! Perfect wedding guest nails for the weekend!

Visited Luxx Nails Bar for the first time today as a walk-in appt and had THE BEST experience. The salon is incredibly pretty inside - well designed, clean and feels like a special indulgence. Second time I have come to LUXX and I absolutely love this place. Every single person is friendly and professional. They are very attentive during pedicures. The facility is bright and buzzing with good energy. It is very clean and the prices are very fair.

I cannot give this place enough stars! Their dedication to precision on my dip design did not go unnoticed. I brought in a picture of my idea and they executed it perfectly. I love a salon where everyone is playful with each other and steps in to help where they can. That is Luxx. I have been twice now and for what you get the prices is more then fair. This is by far my favorite nail salon in the Denver metro area and I have been to my fair share.

Update: I'm updating my review as the business owner Tina reached out and was very concerned with my satisfaction. Tina assured me she wanted to make sure my nails were fixed and I was happy with them, she also stated their policy allows customers to come back within a week to get your nails fixed if there's anything wrong with them. I thought this was nice especially considering most salons will charge you regardless for repairing a broken nail. I went back in and Kim and Tina helped me fix my nails. I thought it was really nice for Tina to reach out and Kim did a fantastic job. Because of the second experience I had and how hard Kim and Tina worked to win me over as a customer spoke volumes about how the staff cares for their clients. I would recommend this salon, I'm so impressed with their customer service and Kim was great! I'm so sad to write this review but I've never had my nails fall apart after getting them done in less than 24 hours. I went in yesterday evening and Kim gave me a beautiful set of dip nails with a winter design, and honestly she did a great job with the look. However, an hour after leaving I noticed my thumb nail looked cracked, I am very gentle on my hands and just left the salon so I didn't think much of it since I've never had a nail break before. Then a few hours later my top coat was peeling off. I spent $80 and my nails are broken and peeling and I haven't even had them done for more than 24 hours. Extremely disappointing... especially considering this was my first experience at this salon.

Found this place not too long ago and had the best experience. I keep returning and get outstanding service every time. I like my nails a specific way and I never have to ask my technician to change anything because she does them perfect every time!! The pedicures are very luxury, the staff is so nice and welcoming, and they steam sterilize all of their tools. One of the best nail salons I have ever been to in Colorado. 10/10 read more

I just went here with my daughter. She had a lovely manicure and Dip service. My experience was NOT the same. The technician Cindy, was aggressive to say the least. All of my fingers are raw. Two were bleeding. The shape was never corrected even though I kept describing what I wanted. There are signs posted everywhere to wash your hands, yet I had to ask if I could wash my hands, my daughter had to do the same. Unfortunately I will NOT be returning. read more

Don't waste your time and money I tried out this place because I am just down the street and thought it would be nice to save myself the 30 minute drive to my normal salon. I left disappointed and will probably have to get another mani/pedi way earlier than I normally would need to. My feet do not look like they even had a pedicure, aside from being freshly polished. I had to ask that several of my nails with shellac manicure had to be redone because they were bubbling. In addition to that, the polish wasn't even and I could have done my cuticles better myself. I wish I hadn't had to ask for all the fixes I did and then I still left feeling like my morning and money were completely wasted. read more

This place is great! The salon itself is beautiful, and after 3 visits now I can honestly say the techs are very kind and talented. They can totally bring your vision to life and if they feel they can't, they find a tech who can. I always enjoy coming here. Special shout out today to April, who knocked my nails out of the park. I asked for springy frog nails and they're so cute I could just die. Seriously, highly recommend! read more

Omg I absolutely love this place, I go in and get my nails done in a very very timely manner. My nails have never looked any better especially my natural ones!! The price is set very perfectly for the quality I get! I've come in about 3 times and my nails last for more than 4 weeks!! I get non stop compliments on them always asking were I get them done. So I send them there! My first set was was for my prom and my graduation and I am absolutely amazed how long they stayed on. My purple set omg non stop complements from people. I highly recommend coming here, the staff is amazing and very welcoming! Haha I need to come in super soon, but I appreciate all the staff! read more

I have made this my go-to nail salon! I have been here about 5 times now, and every time I go they do a great job. I had been to other places, trying to find a good place, and so glad I found Luxx. They really take their time, my nails last a while, & they are very friendly. I also want to say Kim! She is great. I will be trying to get my nails done by her from now on. New management makes workers clean sidewalks and answer phone. They are running a sweatshop. Making nail girls do this. They also overbook. Don't take care of workers. Management should be inspected by state....if you don't have happy workers then your business will die. read more

This is the only place I'll get my nails done during the COVID times. The precautions are fantastic. They take your temp, ask you to fill out a questionnaire, have hand sanitizer, limit numbers of people, space people out, etc. Very clean. They also are just really good at what they do. I've opted out of dip or gel nails for the time being and just get the classic manicure, which is under $20.00. The staff is very friendly, helpful and thorough. I love making appointments online too. read more

Last time I was in my pedicue was incomplete. My little toe was not polished. My nail tech was added a 25.00 charge I did not authorize and left my nails way longer than asked. I have been going to them for months. There are other issues which space does not allow me to share. These actions were vindictive and unprofessional. read more

Did a great job on nails but I went in for a rebase and left paying $86 with tip. I did get a design which I expected to be extra but was $15 extra. Then when paying they added $5 for French tip and $5 for new nail shape. This was not ever mentioned when I asked for these items. If it was I wouldn't have moved forward. All of the additional charges at the end should have been mentioned during the service. Very unfair and sneaky. I loved my nails but not the 5 upcharges added at the end. read more

My friend and I wanted to get our nails done for a 2 week trip. We don't really get our nails done often but came across Luxx Nail Bar. I specifically wanted to get a gel nail design called Waterdrop, due to its resemblances to waterdrops. Due to the design being difficult, I wanted to see if they'd be able to do the design. They were so nice and one of the nail techs, Tina, offered to do 2 test nails. When I went back for the full set Tina was able to work with my short nail beds and used a tip that works better with short nail beds. She has plenty of experience and keeps a clean workstation. I am extremely happy with all the hardwork and dedication Tina put in to get my nails done right. read more

My husband and I came here- he got a pedicure and I got a full set of acrylic nails with a design. I had Tina do my nails and I literally couldn't be happier! She let me know she doesn't do much nail art but I am stoked with how my nails turned out, pretty much exactly like the photo I showed her. She took her time with each nail to make sure I liked it before moving on which was awesome. All in all, great experience and great outcome, super happy! Tina is awesome!! read more

Rip off!! They charge extra for everything! Nail shape, length of nail, tips, manicure, matte top coat. I was shocked when they told me how much the price was and then I looked at the receipt and couldn't believe all the extra charges. The technician wouldn't listen to what I wanted and my nails were WAY too long! I'm never going back again and I will warn everyone about this salon! read more

I went there today, first time try that place, the place look very nice and clean, however, the server I got was very bad. She is an old lady, she was so rough, and everything she does is trying to in hurry so she can get more money. She don't even help me to clean the dead skin, after the nail done no lotion too. The nail she done did not meet my expectations at all. I gave her $13 tips cuz of her age, I will go to different nail place to redo my nail tomorrow, that is how bad its. A nice good looking place with that cost I expect at least better than Walmart nail story servers. Will not go back read more

Vivian gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had, and a manicure, and it was just their basic one! The place is huge, beautiful, fully stocked with anything you could possibly desire in the way of nail care and refreshments. A friendly staff too. The only negative was the total was five dollars more than was listed on their menu. I had a coupon and she had definitely out some extra work in on my neglected mailso I didn't complain, but that's not cool. Updated review! The nail bar called today and said they accidentally did not give me the combo price and put a five dollar credit on my account, so that was very nice! read more

Went today for the second time today. The lady that helped me the first time was not available. I got another lady to get a set of acrylics. I am typing with band-aids in 4 of my fingers. She files between my nail and my flesh. She burnt me with the file. The gel color I got looks gooey and applied by a toddler. The nails look terrible, like done by a teen with no experience. I left the place as fast as I could to cry in my car out of pain and frustration. Never again. Now I have to deal with this nasty look for at least couple of weeks while my nails heal. read more

Sub par... not worth it. Left not happy with my nails. Came home only to try and fix all of what I tried to convey what I wanted multiple times throughout my appt. Cool. I usually get my nails done for any special occasion. This place exceeded my expectations. Not only was it so nice inside but I was greeted by such kind, friendly staff and was checked in very quickly. I normally prefer dip nails and they had such a huge selection! (Even glow in the dark dip powder). KC went all out with my nails! They are definitely my favorite set of nails I've gotten for the holidays so far. She was so precise making sure the shape was just what I wanted which I really appreciated. I will definitely be coming back in the future. read more

First visit.... Not happy with nails, shape was off, they couldn't shape the nails and just kept filing. So all my new nail growth is gone...not to mention paint errors, nails where rough and not smooth, and the full manicure, water was cold, massage was ehh....which made it not worth it. Very nice people, and the shop was very nice......but they need more practice on somebody and not me. read more

I have only been here twice the salon is gorgeous. The only complaint I have is that after my pedicure it was asked if I had Venmo for the tip. I get it it gets taxed if it's on the credit care transaction but to ask seemed really tacky. Unsure if I'll return :-/ read more

My 11 year old daughter and I went in for pedicures and then I also had my dip nails taken off and new color put on. The staff was very attentive and sweet. My issue was that the nail tech cut 7 of my fingers with the rotary tool and buffing block. My index finger would not stop bleeding and I'm fairly certain my blood is sealed within the top coat. There's also crusty top coat and excess dip around and under my nails. Also, they only accept cash tips and you are charged ATM fees that I didn't expect or see from the website. I really wanted to like this place. My friend and I have gone for the 4+ months. My friend was unhappy almost every time and stopped going. I went again and no even a week did I have a nail break and a bunch more cracked on the sides. When I went to get it fixed they wanted to charge me and then were upset that they had to repair it. They don't file any of my nails correctly and I leave with them all slanted funky. read more

I went in to get my dip nails removed. Instead of using acetone or a drill they ripped them off. Painful and took the top of my nail bed with it. If I wanted to ruin my nails like that I could have done it at home instead of paying someone else to do it. read more

I've never left a review in my life on yelp but this is ridiculous. $75 dollars and it took two hours and I asked for almond shape. Every side of the nail is a disaster and not one shape looks like another nail. I'm so upset, these were for my birthday and they're so poorly executed. read more

I went to the grand opening and some lady did acrylics my nails and not even 4 days later, they started lifting!! I went in and told them about it and they were kind and understanding enough to be able to do a new set for me free of charge and my nails turned out amazing all done by a lady named Casey (KC). Great interior and lots of colors to choose from for your nails! read more

They are always so sweet to us both and totally understanding that he's just a baby and I can't drop him off anywhere in order to come in. They don't care if he's fussy or when he starts acting up and are always so professional and kind. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Even if I'm late trying to come in to my appointment time they will still squeeze me in with whoever is available and I have no complaints about any members of their staff. It's a little pricy but in comparison around town quite reasonable. And if you're a frequent customer, there are other offers for people in order to save money. You also don't have to pay it all up front, they can break it up into easier payments which is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my wax treatments.

The service itself was performed well, and I was satisfied with the quality of the wax. However, the subsequent events have caused significant disappointment and lead me to strongly advise caution to other male clients. The day after my service, I was unexpectedly contacted by the manager and informed that I was banned from the establishment due to an "inappropriate conversation" with the esthetician. This notification was perplexing, as the conversation in question was initiated by the esthetician's small talk. During the service, Reagan asked about my weekend plans. When I initially mentioned that the plans were personal, she indicated that was acceptable. I then shared that my wife and I planned to visit The Scarlet Ranch, a known lifestyle club. As my wife and I are open about our lifestyle, I was willing to engage in general, surface-level discussion. Reagan continued to actively participate, asking multiple follow-up questions about the club's atmosphere, membership fees, types of events, and clientele. I was careful to keep my responses strictly professional and non-sexual, focusing on logistical and social aspects. At no point during this sustained conversation did the esthetician indicate that she felt uncomfortable or ask to change the subject. Therefore, receiving a call informing me I was banned--and being told by the manager that the conversation was "inappropriate to have while getting a male Brazilian"--was a significant surprise. It seems highly unprofessional to ban a paying customer without the service provider communicating any discomfort during the interaction. Feedback on Communication and Professionalism: For the management and staff: Professional protocol dictates that if a client's conversation makes a staff member uncomfortable, the staff member must clearly and politely redirect or end the topic of conversation. Customers cannot be expected to know a provider's boundaries, especially when the provider is actively engaging and asking follow-up questions. A simple, "I prefer to keep our conversation limited to the service," would have been sufficient and professional. This lack of professional communication has resulted in the loss of a repeat client and has created an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I urge management to review their policies on staff interaction and boundary setting. Recommendation for Male Clients: Due to this experience, I do not recommend this establishment for males seeking a Brazilian wax. While the technique was good, the overall lack of staff maturity and professionalism in handling client conversations is concerning. Prospective clients might consider alternatives like European Wax Center for a lower-cost option. I hope this feedback leads to better communication practices so that other clients do not feel targeted or confused in the future.

I have been to this nail salon and I'm very impressed with all of the staff and their hard work to provide a luxury during this pandemic. My big shout out goes to my technician Cindy. She is a hard worker and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my results. She remembers things I have told her from previous visits and has helped me to keep my nails looking great. I can tell that she takes pride in her work and that if I ever had a concern or was unhappy with a result I could call and talk to her and she would fix it in a heart beat. Super looking salon is what I noticed when I walked in to get my elder mother a mani/pedi while we were on vacation in Denver, we're from SC and everything is better in Denver. My Mom's nails grow very very slow and her nails looked wonderful for over two months probably closer to three before she had to get them removed back home. Everyone in the salon was pleasant and seemed to speak multiple languages including English which was awesome. The complimentary hot cocoa for mom and fresh flavored coffee for me was a lifesaver because we don't get surprise snow in SC. I have found my new spot!! Walked in for a Pedicure and splurged on the "I deserve it" worth every penny! I had Tee and she gave me the BEST pedicure I've ever had! So relaxing in a clean and welcoming environment! They even have a private room of spa pedi chairs, perfect for a girls day with friends!! I made an appointment on Sunday to come in and get my nails done before graduation. I walked in and was greeted right away. I am beyond impressed and happy how my nails came out! Tina did a wonderful job with the whole experience- making me feel valued and heard from the beginning. POST QUARANTINE NAILS! I made an appointment here with my sister on a whim to give some post quarantine lovin to my nails, and I'm glad I did! I feel like myself! The salon was so clean, they took social distancing measures seriously and temp checked everybody before their appointment. Tina did an AMAZING job with my nails. This is the BEST nail salon in Denver! It is absolutely gorgeous! The staff is amazing, especially K.C. and Joesph, they make sure that you are all the way taken care of.
