I absolutely love Neo nails. I live in east denver and drive here to get my nails done. The quality of their work is great. 100x better than most nail salons in denver proper. They always get the nail polish as close as possible to the cuticle. That's one of my biggest peeves at other salons. Pedicures are great too. I have been their client for 2 years and I have been more than satisfied each time. Mai is my nail tech, some of the other ladies have done my nails at times but personally no one compares to Mai! Tell her what you want or ask for advice and she's got you! I almost always never do anything with designs so I don't know how they are with nail art and the Pinterest nails but if they do a great job shaping nails, I'm sure they'll ace the designs. The salon is clean and they're always very busy. The first time in October, my sister took me here...My cuticles were cut and bleeding, but I really thought it was fluke. Why? Because the tech was very nice and accommodating. I finished my gel mani and pedi before my sister's service was completed. She was not happy with her tech. But said she had a different tech previously. But, That should've been my clue not to return. However, Yes. I went back with my sister two weeks later and was clipped very badly on both hands, my cuticles were bleeding and ultimately were infected. After two weeks and I still had small sores on my cuticles I sent a picture to the technician. Her response was please come in so she could see what they look like, Well, that's why I sent the pictures. No refund No apology No gift certificate No concern. I was reluctant to go back. For the same person to clip my cuticles for a THIRD TIME IS CRAZY! My cuticles have not been the same. So here's the pictures sent to the technician. I copied the owner too. No reply or respond. Look for yourself. I wouldn't say Customer Service is one of their strong suits...IF you have issues after-service AND PAYMENT! No one at this salon addressed a legitimate concern on a professional level. No need to resolve my issue. They just move on to the next customer. Needless to say, I haven't been back. Since I contacted them. When I pay $80 for a service. Still tip $20 bucks. A hundred bucks later... my cuticles were abused TWICE. Also Within the Salon atmosphere I noticed BOTH times, Way Too much employee talking and gossiping! You never know who can under your foreign language! LOL. I learned a lot from translator! Really disappointed with this place. When I had first came here I had got a groupon for the $40 to try their eyelashe extension. That experience went okay.. The lashes only lasted about a week before they had all completely fallen out. I wanted to give this place another try, I asked the lash technician for a natural hybrid cat eye lash look... She took close to 3 hours to give snuffleupagus lashes.. You know one of the characters off of Sesame Street... The cherry on the cake was I decided to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted too... Yall I look absolutely crazy. My eyebrows are uneven. And they look like "C" eyebrows.. I really dislike what I got and I paid close to $200 for something I pretty much hate... My advice go to a PROFESSIONAL lash technician!! Go to a PROFESSIONAL eyebrow technician. Don't go here, you'll be sad and disappointed. I've been coming here for years and have never had a problem until recently I've noticed that the quality has gone down while the price has gone up. Yesterday I got my eyelashes filled and woke up this morning with my eye swollen shut. I just got treated at the ER for an eye infection. I believe there is a lot of cross-contamination and equipment is not being cleaned between clients. I also think the quality of the lashes and lash glue has gotten worse as well. I decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure because my hands and feet were looking a hot mess. The ladies that work here were very polite and accommodating. They took me in really quick and got me going on my pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure and manicure took her time and actually made a great effort in making sure the pedicure looked great. She also took her time massaging my feet and legs which was nice. The manicure was also nice as well and the price point for the shellac manicure was great and affordable. The only thing I have to criticize about the salon is that the woman who did my nails made one of my finger nails bleed a little because she cut a little too deep with the cuticle cutter or whatever they are called, but it was a mishap and it wasn't terrible. Looking for a nail salon for a great relaxing pedicure I ran across this location. I stopped in and was greeted as I walked in. Told the lady who was finishing up a manicure that I came in for a pedicure. She then called someone from the back. The young lady took about 5 mins to come up front, and then asked if the color in my hand was what I wanted I said yes. I then grabbed a paper brochure to see what they offered. She didn't ask which kind of pedicure I wanted. She did tell another customer who came in that her husband would have to wait for a pedicure because they were short staffed so I suppose she decided to just give me the basic pedicure which is not what I wanted. The pedicure was very rushed and uncomfortable. She did not get started right away she checked cell phone multiple times before starting my pedicure. I'm not one to complain so after she finished this fast pedicure. I stopped her at the polish and told her I would go ahead and pay for what she had already done. I get pedicures for not only foot care but self care and relaxation. I then left and came to check out Vegas nails. I was greeted, asked to pick a color, gave a list of pedicures offered, and even giving a bottle of water! Phenomenal service. It's okay to fall short some days but treat your guest with service or just tell them unfortunately you can't take them today. read more

We were very pleased with our experience AT FIRST. My mom and I came for $150 sets of lashes each, the lashes were beautiful. My mom wasn't pleased with hers because they were classic not volume. We both wanted volume and mom received classic, mine came out long and fluffy as we both wanted. Mine started falling out the same week (i've been getting lashes for a long time so i take care good care of them). We called to see what they could do about this , they nicely said come by at 6. So we came, mom decided she wanted $50 nails so we were only supposed to pay $50 , well she charged us $130!! I went back in and asked why it was so high, she was speechless and said she'll refund it, as i was leaving she said she will never have us back again! and we realized she also overcharged us the first time we came . we will gladly never be back. I felt like a Queen they made me fill so relaxed. I ended up having my nails done with powder with Cathy she is such a sweet heart! powder is the way to go on your nails, I had an amazing pedicure from Tina such a dolly. I also ended up having my whole face waxed in addition to my eye lashes. You should not go any other place they treat you like you are family. Best experience of my life. Got my eye lashes done here and the next day I woke up with a PINK/RED eye. I later found out they lacerated my eye with the sticky pads they apply to the bottom lash line. While getting my pedi the lady cut me and my cuticles were bleeding. In stead of stopping she kept going, it got in to my gel pedicure causing her to start all over. Since she took too long due to having to starting over, another lady started to remove all my acrylic nails on my hands.. instead of moving my arm off the pedi chair away from me she started drilling all over me and my belongings lol there was stuff every where including the inside of my shoes.
