Ken helped me find my new vehicle and I could not be more thankful!! This is the only place I went to where I felt like they actually cared about helping me find a good vehicle for me that was in good condition and actually within my price range. Ken was there for me every step of the way and helped me to understand what I was purchasing and assisted me to find the perfect fit. Within a week he identified a vehicle for me. The price was under anything I could find at other dealerships or online. So happy I decided to go with Luxury motorsports.

Proof of how this automobile was NOT SERVICED prior to placing on dealership ground .

The worst experience hands down. I was sold a car that was not the least given an oil change the fact that the car indicates on it's digital dash screen that the vehicle hasn't had an oil change along with the date. I was told no money down now, I owe them $800dlls. It's a 2016 BMW with 81,000 Miles on it and the employee that helped me put me on a $550 monthly payment plan that I thought included insurance. This was my first time financing a car and instead of getting help I was completely taken advantage of. I wasn't even offered to test drive the car this is how bad of service I I was given and I honestly just didn't know any better as I mentioned it was my first time financing a vehicle I've included pictures of where on the dash screen it indicates the date of when the service was due for this vehicle service meaning oil change the date is 02/2021 February 2021 I went to this dealer for the first time in June 06/11/2021 and financed this car in June 06/11/2021 yet the dash screen says " Service due February 02/2021 -LUXURY Motorsports DOES NOT DO OIL CHANGES OR SERVICE ON THEIR VEHICLES PRIOR TO PLACING THEM FOR SALE and I will prove it with pictures. Furthermore; the vehicle now doesn't start on the dash screen indicating "Drive train malfunction" So now I understand why they sold me this car in particular the car I called for, the car I actually wanted ,was a Camaro ,however ,the employee that helped me said the bank would not approve me for that loan and yet at the end they charged me the same about for this non working BMW that the Camaro cost. When I [tried] to speak to one of the supervisors he said to me it was my responsibility as an adult to know exactly what I'll be paying. So now I'm increasingly overwhelmed by this unnecessary burden. So please if you're a first time buyer or a buyer this place will get and take advantage of you and instead of feeling happy and excited with the purchase of a new vehicle you will be upset ,overwhelmed and stuck in a situation you wanted no part of. I"ll END WITH THIS A 2016 with NEARLY 100,000miles on a $550 monthly payment clearly confirms these people are not trying to help the customer the truth is they were probably having to close down the month and they did what they had to do to push this sale through.... And I was under the belief it was $550 with the insurance however it's $550 plus another almost $200 for insurance For a 2016 with almost 100,000 miles. An honest dealership would of said no that's obviously way too high when we compare it to your paystubs they knew I couldn't afford that because they had my my paystubs bank account information. They took advantage of a first time buyer and railroaded me. If that's something you want to avoid ,then avoid this place. Thanks for for taking the time to read this. Good day.

99 point inspection...hmmm

I would also give zero stars... STAY AWAY...BUYER BEWARE. I Too purchased a vehicle only to take it to the shop the next day.. Luxury acts surprised but I know good and well that they knew and did not disclose the issue... They are terrible... Your milage may vary... I will never return. Rear main seal bad, I can only assume that Luxury are crooks or are inept in their 99 point inspection of their vehicles, it's kind of hard to miss. I feel that Luxury purchases damages vehicles from auction houses repairs them cosmetically themselves to avoid Carfax reporting in an effort to sell to unwitting customer. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Have any vehicle checked out by your mechanic, if they don't want you to, if they say the deal is only good today take that as a sign, why not let you get inspected. Nice to see they put in GPS trackers as well..

Heard bad things about this dealership so I always avoided it until I found a "good" deal on a Tesla Model S. So I went into this dealership and it went okay at first glance but then I found out they lied to the banks about my income just to sell me the car. Fast forward not even a month later I had a tire blowout and inspecting the other tires, they were bald and they showed wires on the inside of the tires which makes it hard to see without laying on the ground looking underneath the car. Ontop of that they sold me the car with a warning light & a bad charge port door which had the magnet missing to be able to close it, they installed a new magnet and it still didn't work properly which I was quoted $1000 to replace but the light went away on it's own so I let that go. Now I had another tire blow out from another tire that was on it originally but didn't show as much wear as the rears. It was a flat not a rim damaging blow out like the other one. Ontop of that the big screen now has a line across it which won't go away & there is a new warning light saying "acceleration reduced". I'm very displeased with this car and their way of selling cars. My buddy with a dealer license sees these cars being sold off at the auction all the time because they can't sell them! Stay away!!

I called them, and only one of the problems was covered, but I didn't have enough miles on the car, so all was denied. Cancelling that--what a rip-off. I wasn't sure of what to do, so I started looking for a second opinion. I looked online for Mercedes-Benz repair and found David Terry, Family Car Care for less! What a blessing. He kept the car overnight, ran tests, and could not find any problems, which is what I thought. At any rate, for a small inspection fee, I feel so much better about the car. The car is perfect, or in very good condition for a 2006. David saved me several thousand dollars and, more importantly, personal peace of mind. I would recommend him 100%!

I recently started experiencing some challenges with my car (after having it longer than I thought…read moreI would). I was having difficulty finding a place open nearby that could replace a specialized light bulb for my car, and I happened to drive over to Honest-1 Auto Care. Not only were they able to squeeze in an appointment for me, but they also helped me feel reassured that everything would work out...and it did. I stopped by a few weeks later when I had a light appear on my dashboard where I thought something may be wrong, but it turned out to only be my fluids were low. The Honest-1 Auto Care team came out and looked at my car, refilled my fluids at no cost, and then told me to head over for a regular check up (which I did a week later at my dealership). They also fit this appointment in between their busy day of appointments. All of the staff from the mechanics to the customer service team are all friendly and happy to answer questions even for someone like me who doesn't know too much about cars. They follow-up as needed (by calling you when your car is ready), and they are honest (thus their name!) and will let you know what you really need and what you do not need. I know they saved me quite a lot of money, time, and stress! You should also check out their website (https://www.honest-1paradisevalley.com) for a lot of great information including some helpful money-saving coupons. I was able to use a $30 coupon off a repair of $250+. It's great to find a place where you can trust the staff and know what you need will get done. Plus, it's right by Dutch Bros.

I started to get weird things happening with the lights on dash. Engine light comes on and then go off after a few miles. This happened for a couple of weeks until I finally hooked up the OBD2 sensor on it and it says P0305 and P2314. The truck would run rough when the engine light was on but perfect when it went off. So I bring it down there and the manager hooks up a scanner and says nothing is wrong with it and that the ignition coils, spark plugs and fuel injectors they replaced are all running perfect. This thing continues to happen for another two weeks. On and off. So I park the Jeep for almost two months until a friend can help diagnose it. The friend pulls the manifold off to look at things and sure enough, the cylinder 3 ignition coil bolt is sticking halfway out and was never tightened. Cylinder 5 and Cylinder 6 electrical connectors were never pushed in all the way like they should have been. In fact the little tab on the brand new ignition coils was broken and the connector just pushed on and never secure. So he replaced the cylinder 5 ignition coil and secured all connectors that should have been done by Half Price Auto. So I spent money to have that all fixed when it never should have even happened if they did things correctly. I'll never bring my vehicle back there because they can't be trusted. They should change the name from Half Price Auto to Half-Ass Auto. UPDATE: They called me today to "get clarification" as if the review wasn't clear enough. So, when I explain for them to tighten bolts and make sure connectors are clicked in and most importantly, when you BREAK a clip, you repair it sites of leaving a connector hanging there not secured, he accuses me of yelling (which I never did) and calling names (which I never did). My next question was "what is the purpose of this call?" to which he replied, "to get clarification". He (Jack) then stated that I never gave them a chance to fix this, to which I said "How many chances should I give? Three? Once when the head gasket was changed, once when I went back with this issue that should have never happened and once more after that??? His comprehension skills are lacking and I see more clearly why this sort of thing happens there. Just wow. So again, I'm still out $250 and haven't been able to drive my vehicle for two months because they ARE NOT THOROUGH IN THEIR REPAIRS. Good riddance.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.
