Everyone in this salon treats me like family. Kelly does my nails 90% of the time and she always does an amazing job! She listens to my requests/preferences and she always does her job well. Kelly even remembers my preferences in shape, length, and color palette. My mom and I have been going here for about a year and a half now and we have NEVER had a bad experience. She also does my eyebrow waxing and knows what style suits my face. The facility is always neat and clean. was there on Mother's Day and was immediately served, the pedicure and the manicure went fine, until I checked my feet and Daniel did a half way job on scaling the dead skin, I pointed out the fact that he didn't do a complete job. He thought by putting some oil on my heels that would be satisfactory, it wasn't. I told him that my heels needed to be fixed, granted my toes were already polished. He had appointment waiting for him, and he saw that I wasn't leaving until the my feet were scaled. He finally understood and told me he would get to me but he needed to start his appointment, I said, fine, but I don't want to be here for 2 hours more. He did finally scale my heels and finally did a better job. It is just best to do it right the first time, and ask the customer no matter what shade their skin color is, I will return, but it will be awhile. Need more work on customer satisfaction. read more

I have been going to Ken Nails for nearly 4 years. They've changed owners 3 times. The original owners moved to D.C. and after they left, this place has gone downhill in the customer service department. They get you in quick and get the job done but they do not have enough employees and you always have one person working on multiple peoples nails/feet. The prices are average as far as nail salons go. No complaint there. I'd suggest getting more employees so the person who's doing your nails can spend the time needed with you rather than switching back and forth bc my last French manicure wasn't that great. I actually went to another salon for a fill which I haven't ever done since going to Ken Nails. read more

I thought I was treating myself to the same Ken nails I had been too years ago when holly owned it. Unfortunately the staff is inexperienced and painful. Not the right shape, lumpy, given extra services that I didn't request like a shellac top coat and then being charged for it. Considering I was sliced with the nail file on 5 of my fingers I was only charged 30$ for what was a 60$ set apparently when actually I only wanted a basic full set. read more

I was not a fan of this place. It looked very run down. The pedicure chairs that you and the staff sit in where falling apart. The decor was god awful. It looks like the really just don't care. It looks like the got everything in the shop from a second hand store. My pedicure was below average. I have not had my pedicure one day and it's already chipped.
