That struck me as odd considering that this was my first treatment. I figured she knew what she was doing. After the treatment I followed all of the aftercare instructions to the tee!! I was like a damn " vampire"! I started noticing almost immediately these track marks like a waffle iron or grid marks all over my face. Seriously, concentrating on my cheekbones!! Surprise, Surprise! Like a burn!! So, I went back a couple of times not getting anywhere!! Now when I call for an appointment to see just him. I get a phone call from Judy. The right eye is significantly worse, the incision sits much higher, extends too far laterally, and created an additional fold in the upper-eyelid hood. This has caused unnatural creasing, asymmetry, and daily discomfort. Communication from the office was equally concerning. They delayed my medical-records request, refused to confirm what would be included before requiring payment, and eventually told me they would not continue discussing my case unless I removed my negative reviews.
