I had eyelid surgery with Dr. Peter Chang at Timeless Plastic Surgery and developed ongoing issues afterward. The incisions were placed too high on both eyes, and too much skin was removed. The right eye is significantly worse, the incision sits much higher, extends too far laterally, and created an additional fold in the upper-eyelid hood. This has caused unnatural creasing, asymmetry, and daily discomfort. Communication from the office was equally concerning. They delayed my medical-records request, refused to confirm what would be included before requiring payment, and eventually told me they would not continue discussing my case unless I removed my negative reviews. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. read more

Absolutely the Best Experience! I came to Dr. Chang after having breast implants for 13 years that had started to bother me. I chose to have them removed and get a lift. From the very first interaction, Dr. Chang was incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive. He took his time with me, made sure all my questions and concerns were answered, and made me feel completely comfortable. What really stood out was the option for IV sedation, where you can choose light, moderate, or deep sedation. I opted to stay awake the entire time. While I was sleepy, I was still aware and able to ask questions and the team reassured me every step of the way that I was doing great. That level of care truly meant the world to me. I've had other procedures before on my back and breast implants with a different surgeon--but this experience with Dr. Chang and his clinic was beyond amazing. I've never felt so at ease, especially since I struggle with anxiety. His team completely blew that anxiety out of the window! Now I'm home recovering and feeling fantastic. I'm so impressed, I'm already considering future procedures with him. Dr. Chang will be my go-to surgeon from now on. Thank you, Dr. Chang and team you are truly the best! read more

Dr. Mehta did my breast augmentation and they look and feel AMAZING. Super natural looking and the whole process was so smooth from start to finish. I went from an A cup to a D cup and I couldn't be happier. 10/10 recommend him! He goes above and beyond as to see his patients the day after surgery and continues to see you after 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and then a year to make sure you're doing alright and a lot of plastic surgeons don't do that. If you're hesitant on going here for a breast augmentation, don't be! Thanks Dr. Mehta and Timeless for my amazing results! read more

This review is not based on service received but rather on a very strange policy of charging you $50 if you have to change your appointment. I have a fairly busy job that can be somewhat unpredictable, so the lack of flexibility surprised me a great deal. I don't make appointments I do not intend to keep. I was forced to change my original appointment because of unexpected travel for work and called way ahead of 24 hours to give notice of my need to change. Perhaps is that they don't care to have new customers? Very strange practice read more

So my experience with timeless was not a very good one unfortunately. I will say the staff and doctor are very kind however the outcome of the procedure saddens me. My story below: I went to timeless looking to get some lipo done. I went to several others doctors or a consulation , and due to the kindness of him and his staff I chose Dr. Mehta. During the consultation Dr Mehta told me that I would need a tummy tuck, (I found that to be odd being that the other 5 consultations I went to told me that 360 lipo would help me achieve my results)  nevertheless, I declined the tummy tuck and opted for lipo 360, as well as lipo in my bra area inner thigh, kanckles, and arms. So I went in for my procedure about 2 weeks later  everything went fine. The nurses put me in a garment and sent me home. By day 3 I noticed that the garment was not fitting properly so I contacted the doctors office to notify the staff that the garment  was starting to leave indentations and that it was too big.  The nurse advised me that this was normal and that what I was experiencing was swelling and to make sure I make it to my 1 week visit to talk to Dr. Mehta. By day 7 my share looked worse I also noticed there were a few fat pockets in my lower abdomen. When I went to the 7 day visit I literally cried and told them my concerns. I told them that the garment was to big and that I think I needed a new one because the one I was in had little to no compression  also that I noticed unevenness on my right side of my lower abdomen as well as indentations under my belly button and hip where the garment was folding. They told me to continue to wear the garment that had no compression and to wear chucks underneath it.  That same day i went to a Columbia faja store to and the lady there immediately told me that what I was wearing would only leave me with poor results. She then fitted me for a stage one garment, and advised that I may want to talk to the doctor about starting massages to try to smooth out the damages the original garment had already caused.  About 1 1/2 months in... So by this time I could tell that the areas in my lower abdomen that were uneven were there to stay and that I would need revisions. I noticed a dent under my belly button and around my hip area that were from the garment that the doctor had given me. I emailed pearl at timeless to get information on revisions etc. She told me "we took out the maximum amount of fat and you will have to have the procedure redone at full price" I then sent her pics showing her the areas of concern.  I also told him that I noticed an unevenness in my thighs. she said make sure I come to the next visit and speak to the doctor about my concerns. When I went to the visit I showed the doctor , he said it was swelling although I knew it was not the case. About 3 months in... By now I could pretty much see my final results and I could tell revisions would be needed. During the 3 month visit. I explained to the doctor that I voiced these issues from day one. He told me I'm not trying to deflect but I will say you still may be swollen and that the unevenness that I was seeing was my obliques also that I would need to wait 6 months to see about revisions.  6months  I am now at my 6 months mark I have alot of unevenness in my abdomen still I have a fat pouch on my lower right side of my stomach, intentions in my his and under my bellybutton  my arms are very botched and my inner thighs look as if someone cut a chuck out and left a big dent. I have decided  NOT to go back to Dr. MEHTA  and I will be doing my revisions elsewhere. I cannot afford to risk going under and being botched again..  I went and got a second opinion and was told that the lipo was poorly done in all areas. I will be doing my revisions with a diffrent doctor this month to correct this botched lipo Please go to the link below for pics https://www.realself.com/review/liposculpture-liposuction-3 read more

Love this place! Dr. Chang is amazing & so is the staff! Would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Dr Chang is awesome! He's a Chinese doctor with 2 degrees in Dentistry. How amazing is that!! He is an absolute expert and did an amazing job with my daughters buccal fat pad removal. If you want you face to look skinny, he does a great job and under local anesthesia for a great price. Highly recommend! read more

My mom got a well-deserved eyelid and brow lift done here at Timeless Plastic Surgery six days ago. So far, she is healing well, and we can see that the results will be a good one although it's still a bit hard to tell at this time. Lots of bruising and swelling, but so far so good, and I know that it will look better and better with time. I would give this place five stars for their superior customer service and Dr. Chang's ability to explain the entire procedure and healing process along the way. The staff, nurses and Dr. Chang are all awesome, and I really appreciated how they treated my mom during the whole process. Dr. Chang was even featured in New Beauty magazine as one of the top cosmetic surgeons in the country, and so far he has lived up to that reputation. My only complaint is that, this being my mom's very first surgery and being placed under local anesthesia, I think that they sent her off way too soon after the procedure. It took two nurses to get her into my car, she almost fell, she did bump her head on the top of the car. She was completely helpless and unable to assist herself. Just a bit of a patient safety issue. She really needed to be monitored a bit longer, seeing how strongly the sedation affected her, and again, this being her first surgical procedure. She has had two post-op appointments so far and everything is healing smoothly with no signs of infection. If I had a cosmetic procedure done, I would come to Timeless Plastic Surgery. read more

Very pleased with my experience at Timeless Plastic Surgery. After 5 consultations, I selected Dr. Peter Chang as my surgeon. I based my selection on various reasons. In summary, excellent bedside manner with friendly supporting staff, knowledgeable about his craft, and answered many questions during my consultation. I am BEYOND pleased with the aesthetic results of my primary rhinoplasty & breast augmentation!!! And to finish my review, I experienced zero post operative complications related to anesthesia, infection or bleeding. If I ever decide to have another procedure done in the future, Dr. Chang will be my surgeon! read more

I typically don't write a lot of reviews, but Timeless Plastic Surgery totally warrants one. Let me start off by saying that I have had a problem with my nose forever. I had an enthic 'hump' on my nose and it drove my crazy. My fiance and I had talked about it for a few years, but for Christmas this year, he said I can go ahead and do it. We have a wedding coming up in March and was totally freaked out about how it would look/post op swelling/whether I should wait until after the wedding...but after meeting with Dr. Chang and his team, he not only fit me into his schedule, but he answered all of my questions and left me with no doubts. He was extremely reasonable and offered several payment options (which helped with a wedding coming up!). I checked out two other locations for a basis of comparison and for me, it wasn't even a question. Timeless and their staff/office was stellar. The staff is extremely friendly and very professional. My wait times were short for appointments, the offices are very clean,I was able to contact someone pre-op and post-op around the clock, and they made me feel comfortable during a very stressful time for me. I am still in the recovery phase, but I can say without a doubt that I am extremely happy with my results. I felt like I was vague in how I described what I wanted but Dr. Chang is an expert with proportioning and gave me the exact result I desired. read more

Dr. Chang has impeccable bedside manner & spends time answering all questions. Timeless does not feel like a conveyor belt factory practice like some of the other cosmetic surgery offices in town. I know that I am in good hands whenever I visit. His patient care coordinator, Pearl Pedroza is caring, attentive, personable & charming. read more

One star for my one and done 'Wasted Time' visit to Timeless P.S. Sure you can't please everybody but my expectations were not that of a diva. A sorority sis and colleague suggested Timeless. Plus after seeing a couple of advertisements I decided to make an appointment. The front desk staff seemed a bit covert and judgmental. The office manager, Pearl struck me as one with a condescending tone with hints of passive-aggressiveness at certain points of interaction. A limp handshake always makes a bad impression too. Prior to the appointment, I anticipated meeting with one of the PHYSICIANS to discuss the possibility of a revision rhinoplasty and some questions/concerns I had over open vs. closed approach based on my previous experience resulting in some scarring from the procedure in addition to a future, post-delivery appointment to dicusss C oolSculpting and breast augumentation. Any other office I've ever been to (free consult or not) it's always been the physician first, then the practice manger/ consultant. So Pearl conducted the consult. I wasn't aware that I was scheduled on a day in which both doctors were out of the office- in hindsight I should've pressed that during the consult. Later that day, I had a convo with my colleague, who was indifferent to this. When I later called back the next day to get a [concise] explanation as to why I wasn't advised about an initial appointment with Dr. Chang or Mehta , Pearl became defensive, a bit confrontational, and repeated information as if to insult my intelligence. Ultimately, I was told that if I wanted to meet with either doc, there was a $150.00 fee, which is fine but this should've been advised earlier. With my first sugery, I shopped around and was accustomed to paying a consult fee anyway. The [standard] medical paperwork requires personal medical conditions, so for me, that's pregnancy. You would've thought my nose had a baby bump or a handicap of sorts. I was not, foolishly, considering the prospect of any sort of procedure while pregnant. During the consult, Pearl proceeded to tell me that I'd be better suited to make decisions about going back to my previous cosmetic physician re: a revision (since the offer's still on the table) when I was in a less "emotional state" post-delivery. Take a Women's Study class already! That suggestive "Pregzilla" label was offensive. No matter how impressive a doctor's credentials, good bedside manners, professional etiquette and being emphathetic are priceless and go a long way - this applies to the staff too. I don't mind paying $ elsewhere for an experience that shows more regard for prospective candidates, no matter their background. read more

I had a facial procedure and was not happy. It felt like it was more invasive than it needed to be, especially for the result that I received. I was also put on full anesthesia when so many others put you in more of a "twilight sedation" and due to more invasive, it seems like I did take longer time to heal than I had heard. One thing that I'm still unhappy about is the scars around my ears. They both have noticeable scars and while on one ear they're not as bad, on the other they look more like the result of an accident, a fight or a burn and not aesthetic surgery. It reminds me of when you make a bed and the side you're standing on can look better and if you dont move to the other side to do it well...it will end up looking sloppy. The part that made it worse in my eyes, was that although an otherwise nice person, he however seem to be acting like he did a perfectly good job and that was that. I've heard other surgeons might offer additional procedures or treatments to try to improve on results. He offered nothing and was more like "C-ya". Oh..one more thing, since I had my face lift and my earlobes are now attached to my jawline, I've noticed other face lifts where the surgeons allow the earlobes to be attached in a more natural looking manner, which is probably a newer technique than what I got. It's against my nature to leave a bad review and potentially have a negative effect on someone, but maybe he can use it as a reason to improve and do a better job with future patients, which I'm sure he will. read more

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr Chang a year and half ago. About 4 mths ago I went to his office because of several problems related to them. They had " Bottomed out " and also become " Lateral Displaced ". Meaning they were too far apart and one was lower than the other He quickly dismissed my complaints and tried to blame the problem on my loose skin .These problems should have been corrected by him since my implants not even a year old. It is done by surgically reinforcing the lateral boundary of the breast pocket with permanent internal suture's to essentially "force" the implant more inward and upward. He tried to scare me off of this STANDARD corrective treatment by saying I would need extremely painful expensive surgery every few years as upkeep to keep them from sagging lower and lower. I have since learned this is absolutely not true !! Now I'm looking at having to go to another surgeon and pay $6-9 K to fix these problems. Till than I get to walk around with breasts that point in visible different directions and slide off to my armpits ! I would not let him do my corrective surgery at this point. His attitude and total dismissal of these problems has me not referring ANYBODY to him for surgery. read more
